This pharmacy should not be allowed to operate. The wait time on the phone to speak to someone is over 1hour, the pharmacists are rude and don’t know how to check your insurance, basic information, anything. There’s always a line inside/outside this pharmacy and Its mostly due to the fact that they make so many mistakes it takes them twice the time to process people. Don’t bother going here it’s a waste of time. Simple prescription pick up takes days here.
They don’t answer the phone. When I finally was able to go in person, the phone was ringing the entire time with no one behind the counter answering calls. Staff isn’t friendly and seem very disorganized. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions.
Quick in and out to get passport pictures done
The older man in the front of the store who always says “good evening young lady” seemed nice at first but is such a CREEP and condescending every time I go in. I along with other people avoid him.When he rang me up as I was purchasing alcohol he asked me how old I was in which I replied, he then asked for my ID. I’ve never been asked my age instead of simply asking for my ID. As he was looking at my ID he goes “ah what a nice smile you have… it’s a shame you have to wear a mask to cover it up”.Maybe he just thinks he’s being friendly but know your audience and know when people are clearly uncomfortable by you.He also goes on and on telling people about the CVS care account when again, know you’re audience and stop when people are clearly getting annoyed and just want to check out!! It makes going here so unpleasant.
Worst pharmacy ever. Nobody anwers the phone in the pharmacy. I had to call the store manager twice so I can get an answer from when my prescription will be ready. Then went to the pharmacy, stood at the pick up window from more than 10 min, everyone ignored me. I am definitely switching over.
A week ago, I scheduled my Rapid Covid test online through this location at 4:50 pm for travel purposes. It is the last appointment slot for the day. I show up on time for my appointment in the drive thru, proceed to wait 15 minutes to get to the window to be told that the nurse practitioner left for the day and told them she didn’t have any other appointments for the day which was false since I had scheduled my appointment far in advance. The lady that helped me at the window was very kind and remorseful of what happened so she went ahead and helped me with the test! She was the best! I do the rapid test (or what I thought was the rapid test) and go about my day. Results should be available within 15 minutes. I never received my results and realized that they had done the PCR test which takes 5-7 days to result. I leave for the Bahamas tomorrow and needed to be tested within 3 days of my trip and now I will not have my results in time for my trip. I tried to call the location where I waited on hold for 35 minutes before deciding to give up. I now just paid 200 dollars for a urgent care visit to get a rapid test which could have totally been avoided if this NP wouldn’t have left early. I would’ve received the correct test and not wasted 200 dollars. As a healthcare provider, this place is a joke. Avoid at all costs.
Covid Vaccine - Worst Run Facility - on 4/1 they vastly overbooked to provide vaccine. People were waiting for hours. The people who had 4:45 appointments, and had checked in with CVS by 4:15, were provided a text at 6:45 that their appointments would have to be cancelled. Absolutely outrageous. What did they do with vaccine for those they had appointments for?? Best chance of catching Covid is waiting for hours in line at CVS for the vaccine!!!
I dropped off my prescription on June 7, 2021 today is June 19, 2021 and I still do not have my MEDICALLY necessary medication that I need to SURVIVE! They are absolutely the worst. When I ask to speak to the pharmacist in charge they tell me they don’t have one. “They float” when I ask to speak to the DM they say they can’t give that number out. This is insanity! I have been on this medication for about 40 years and never in my life have I had a delay of almost 20 days! This is unacceptable and I hope this review with keep others from wasting their time and risking their life because they don’t care about their customers! They don’t even deserve a 1 star!
Pharmacy SLOW and HORRIBLE customer service.
Seems like they need more help at this store, there have been times I’ve called to speak to the pharmacy and have been put on hold for 45 minutes. Today I am sitting on the drive they line for 30 minutes and the haven’t moved.Very nice, very helpful, but clearly understaffed.
Will try to stay away from this CVS as it seems the only two times Ive been here the manager always has some kind of sarcastic joke to throw. Respect plays a big role when working in Customer Service.
I used to work in the City of West Palm and a brand new Cvs opened across the street, so I moved my prescriptions from Walgreens to them. The service was great. Then I started WFH, so I moved the prescriptions to this store. This pharmacy is awful. It appears to be very disorganized and the staff are not well trained. There is almost always a line no matter what time of day inside and in the drive through. The staff at the front of the store are just ok. There used to be an older gentleman there with a mustache who was amazing, but I havent seen him lately. Moving my prescriptions to a different store.

Made an appointment for a drive through covid test. Appointment was for 1pm and pulled into line at 12:50pm...just to wait until I get to the window at 1:40pm...to be informed the covid tech was not in today...also received a text message confirmation the hour before my test to show up and what to expect upon my arrival!!! At least put a f-ing sign up instead of inconveniencing your customers due to your inabilities.....WALGREENS AND PUBLIX getting my business now...
Front store is great and friendly. CVS should CLOSE the pharmacy portion if they are not going to train and staff properly. The pharmacy is a bad reflection of the CVS name. Switching scripts and unfortunately store business elsewhere until I see better reviews!

Incredibly bad, so many bad experiences here and Said I wouldn’t be back, however I booked my covid injection, turned up, checked in and was told I had to wait 2 hours in my car, no explanation, apology etc .... I, like most have to work so couldn’t wait .

The pharmacy always asks for my number to tell me when my script is ready and they NEVER text me all day and I have to show up to ask and they make me wait to fill it even though they told me it would only be an hour early in the morning. This has occurred on three different occasions the exact scenario. Just be honest with your ready times and use the mobile updates like you promise!
Poor customer service. Prescriptions are never ready on time. After my conversation with Chad, the supposed pharmacy manager, it was very clear that this pharmacy has poor leadership and could care less about the importance of your medications. So many other better and more friendly Pharmacies in the area. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Pharmacist is dismissive and rude. She wouldn’t even listen to the problem I had. She just continued to talk over me and gestured NO with her head. Needless to say, I still had to wait over an hour for a RX I requested 3 days earlier. Poor customer service.
CVS needs to get their act together. This location is horribly understaffed. As a result the wait times at the pharmacy are ridiculous; even at the drive-up. It took 20 minutes before the pharmacist came to the window. I would have gone inside but I could see the line was just as bad in there. The pharmacist (who is NOT the manager) was the only one on duty. How does CVS thinks that works for their customers. She cant take care of everything by herself in a timely manner. The poor thing was running ragged and being harrassed by grumpy people. I realize the company is struggling, but this is ridiculous. If our insurance company wasnt in bed with them, I would choose to go elsewhere.
Always an issue to refill my meds . I have been waiting for prescriptions for days . Then eventually when I call to check on it I either get tnot covert or out of stock . Why no call Or message to advise any issue as they arise. Horrible experience.

The worst pharmacy in the world...it definitely has to be the worst. I called in my Rx a week in advance to avoid waiting and when I get there its still not ready. I ended up waiting over an hour to get my Rx. When I call...Im on hold for an hour and 26 minutes. Who conducts business like this. This is ridiculous....hire more staff do something to avoid this madness, its so sad how CVS has such EXTREMELY poor customer service. There has to be a better way.
This is by far the worse pharmacy Ive ever been to. The pharmacist and staff there are slow and not friendly. They dont say on hi or acknowledge you are standing right in front of them. Also, dont waste your time trying to call them either. I was on hold for 15 minutes before my call was picked up. They need to fix this pharmacy up.

Pharmacy always busy today 45 min hold,, Been coming here for a while now but cant take it even if it is only once or twice a month. Automated system to refill stop working and no one can fix it and now I have to call every time.. Going to look for a different pharmacy.
We just stopped by to the drive-thru to pick up a prescription and Anthony made our day! He offered bottles of water to all the people in the car (5 of us), lollipops, and 2 cookies for our dog! He was super nice!
I go here for pharmacy purposes. They are very slow in responding most of the time. The last experience was i was waiting on the phone for 24 min until i decided to hang up and go to the store myself. Dissapointing.
CVS corporate please for the love of god help this location. Staff in the store are all friendly. The pharmacy has issues.I actually feel bad for the employees there because it’s clear the pharmacy is horribly understaffed and the employees are left to deal with upset customers. I’ve sat in line for over 20 minutes at least twice at this location. Every time I am here the pharmacy is slammed. I assume this is because of labor cuts and not lack of trying on the managements staff. CVS please do better
I have been using this cvs for 8 years. Still friendly some times. However the pharmacy has turned into a joke. I cannot even tell you how many times I’ve gone to get my prescriptions and they aren’t ready. Even after you call and chk with them. One time we had to go 3 times for one item. I am about to pull my business and drive somewhere else.
Good luck calling the pharmacy, tried for months, never spoke to a real person, just put on eternal hold. Also ignored at the drive thru, and not greeted or even acknowledged at the counter for too long. What happened to customer service ?
Have all my kids prescriptions done here. Attendants are courteous. Plenty of parking and never crowded.
The staff in the pharmacy is the so slow you might as well not even waste your time. Was sitting in line for over 35 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. The lady working there was moving and acting like she didn’t want to be there. Do yourself a favor and make your pharmacy ANYWHERE ELSE but here.
Horrible customer service, super slow Pharmacy they leave you on hold for as long as they can !!! The worse pharmacy in the Wellington area... Sure wish I could go back to publix but they no longer take my insurance.I am currently on hold now for over 42 min. Completely inhumane. They are always understaffed!

Great experience everytime I go, what makes it even greater is the gentleman Tony at the register. Its not every day you meet someone so enthusiastic about their job and time and time again he never fails to greet you when you walk in and have great dialogue while checking out..I drive past 2 Walgreens and another CVS just to come to this location. This pharmacy is a joke. Over the last year they have gone from a cohesive unit to a hot mess. Every time I go in there I see totally different employees. Meds are never on time and I constantly have to follow up just to get them filled. You can see how disorganized they are with piles and piles of prescriptions haphazardly thrown around. Sad that you cant even get same day service and then they give you attitude when you dare ask for meds that were called in hours or days ago. Im done with this CVS.

This is my 3rd time visiting this location. I have had my prescriptions here for less than 3 months and every time the wait is longer than 20 minutes. I called 4 hours ago and was told my last script was just being finished up now Im at the window and after my 20 minute weight, and umpteen bell rings I was just told the last 2 are almost done INSANE! They need serious help.

The pharmacist had an ugly attitude. I needed to ask her questions about the 2 drugs that had been prescribed for my 5 yr old son and she was rude, condescending and treated me like an idiot. Ill be taking my familys prescriptions elsewhere.
