Just got my car washed. Paid extra money to get the inside throughly clean. As you can see. They didn’t even lift the mats when they vacuumed. Didn’t wash the review mirrors and missed several areas on the outside. Very disappointing. You lost a long time client.

I went there today based on good reviews. I searched the website before going and was led to believe an interior/exterior basic wash would be about $14 plus $5 off ladies day Wednesdays. They said it would be $27 when I got there, so I left. There were no prices posted anywhere except for the detailing side business. Very dirty business practices going on there.Edit: The response from the owner is completely untrue. I did not ask for an upgrade of any sort, & the claims that my car is full of mold & that I park under some sort of tree that does not exist are completely ridiculous. Thank you for responding, you confirmed how immature & unethical you are.

Honestly, the self wash bays are super nice. They have both cash and card options for operation. The soaps almost instantly came out of the nozzles unlike some other washes Ive been to. The pressure washer guns have excellent pressure as well.

A basic wash is $35 now??? No thanks.....*No confusion, you should have a talk with the guy working the front then. He told me $35, Ive been there several times...

Great car wash, using them for more than 2 years, car always comes out spotless. Using unlimited monthly package for $39.99, the have other options too, and manager Robert is the BEST.

BEWARE!! I had my daughter take my car today at the Wellington branch and they did a crappy job!!! They didnt even wipe my wheels properly I touched it and dirt was still black!! My daughter gave them $20 tip for a $13.50 Groupon coupon because she said there were multiple guys working on my car but I told her none of those guys bothered to make sure that the wheels was wiped down properly?? For $20 my 8yr old can probably do a better job cleaning my wheels! I should have gone to the Jupiter branch a little far but has way better reviews and probably be worth the $20 tip! What a waste Never again!

I sent my father there because it is advertised as 100% hand car wash. It isnt, it goes through a machine first. $18 would have been a good price for a hand car wash. For a typical machine wash, not so much. False advertising. I feel scammed.

Absolutely the best car wash in Palm Beach County! Cars are hand washed inside their car tunnel then wiped down to perfection.

Car was clean on outside except for tires and very bad vacuum job or may have not vacuum which are services I paid for.

Very bad experience in this place. my car was dirty. I made the claim and the manager did not accept the claim, he yelled at me, he told me that I was paying very little and to take the car dirty, after having paid and given a tip. This person who is as manager is a rude and attack people with threats.

I’ve only come to this car wash a few times, I use them because I prefer hand wash over an automatic system… The staff is usually nice but they always leave spots on the car and never fully clean anything inside or outside, when I walk around the car I get dirty looks for pointing out blemishes they have left. The manager Abraham is usually rude and today he called me a complainer and didn’t want to issue a rain check for me to get service again after it rained and I couldn’t get the 24 hour rain check after it rained. He made a public scene to the worker that takes the ticket and it was embarrassing, never come back here.

Good cleaning for the money. It takes 30 minutes on weekends. Make sure you leave enough time.

They are friendly and they try and get car cleaned well and within a reasonable time while wearing Masks

I have been going to this car wash for years and I am very happy with their service. Always courteous, and willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy. I also have a automobile that are used for sale so it’s out of my garage every day so I have their monthly plan which is well worth it because I wash my vehicle like once a week with them and I need it to be nice and clean when I show up at customers homes.

Robert and his team are phenomenal and always takes care of the cars. I love the level of professionalism and service they have provided. The team really does a great job inside and out to clean and care for my car. Robert has done fantastic on providing great customer service and experience here at Lake Worth location and I will continue to recommend my peers and family to come to this location. Highly recommend anyone to get a membership with Unlimited Auto Wash. I pay $40 a month and get as many washes as needed. Awesome job team!

UPDATE: I tried to give this place another chance and have been taking my new mustang here for the last 5-6 washes now. 2 times in a row they havent done the wheels (which im paying for). Last time i told them right there and the tall manager guy was awesome and cleaned it. This past time I watched her barely do the rims and didnt even spray the cleaner/sealer on it. Gave her $5 tip and im on my way. Guess ill just have to go to the other locations further away because this is ridiculous. The managers are nice but the people washing the cars are putting in minimum effort. Look at this picture of this freshly cleaned rim. Thanks for wasting 45 mins of my life.GIANT SCRATCH IN MY WINDOW!!! Got my new BMW washed there today, inside and out, and I honestly thought the guys did a good job. I sat there and watched them wash it from A-Z. Drove straight home and upon further inspection I found a few places here and there that were overlooked in the rims or hard to reach places, thats not what bothered me. What bothered me is the 10-12 inch SCRATCH thats now on my passenger side front window, that I hope is just in the tint and not down to the glass AND my tint is screwed up on the drivers side front window as well.. Beyond infuriating!!! What are you throwing the rags on the ground then wiping down cars??? Read all the reviews and found 3-4 similar reviews of scratches.. So upset I brought my car here.

Contemplated buying the unlimited plan but decided to try one wash first. Good idea. We watched as the car came out of the wash and the workers dried the car. They never touched the roof of our SUV which has a panoramic sunroof. When we pointed it out to them they lied and said they had indeed dried the roof. Wrong. We were watching the entire time. When we got home we realized there were soap steaks all over the car which means it wasn’t rinsed or wiped properly. Had to take the car to another car wash the following day for an exterior wash. Not to mention it took forever. We were there 45 minutes. Will never be back.

I went by this morning and got the garden special wash. They pointed out a black scuff mark on my truck and took care of that also. From the time I was there to the time I pulled out I was there an overall 25 minutes. Even though the line was all the way to the gas price sign. Their team worked efficiently and in a timely manner which I was extremely pleased with, moving the line along accordingly. I am more than happy with my experience. My tires and rims were immaculate, along with my windows and floors. Highly recommend! Also, free water and sodas outside for the customers! I’m a strong supporter in our local small businesses.

I have been using this car wash monthly for about three years with no issues and they do a good job for a good price. I bought my car there earlier today and was charged an extra $10 for vacuuming. I have two children that frequently spill Cheerios and assorted snacks on the floor. I understand if I brought the car looking like a trash sheep with crumbs, wrappers and garbage on the floor, but this was not the case. My children throw away all the wrappers in the garbage pail that I have in the backseat and the only thing left on the floor was crumbs. Apparently after 3 years of this not being an issue, it’ll now be an extra $10 every time I bring it there. Beware if you have kids, the prices may not be accurate anymore.

Hands down the best carwash I’ve ever been to! All hand wash, no machines and the staff really cares about your car. If you are looking for a carwash that actually treats your car with respect, then Unlimited Auto Wash is the place you want to be. They’ve done a phenomenal job every time I’ve been there and if I ever seen one thing I have a question about, I just ask the staff to double check it and it’s done with a smile. Hard to find the level of care I’ve experienced at Unlimited Auto Wash’s multiple locations anywhere else! I’m a client for life, thanks Unlimited Auto Wash.

The staff is friendly and provide service with a smile. If you find something wrong no questions asked..... they immediately correct the problem. Great service.

I called the main number with a specific question, and the Manager/Owner was nice enough to call me on his personal cell phone to ensure I got exactly what I needed. I received a water extraction and wash for a stellar price and was treated with the phenomenal customer service. I had debit card trouble that elongated the payment process by about an hour and was at no point given any attitude of any kind from anyone. Great wash also! Its abundantly clear that this business prioritizes great customer service attention to detail. Will be coming back!

Re: Lake Worth Rd / 441Very happy with the full service wash I got at Unlimited Car Wash. The wash was completed in a timely manner. The waiting room is outdoors with chairs and tables available. The guys and gals completed the wash by vacuuming, even the trunk area, cleaning the glass, and wiping the car down. I highly recommend this branch of Unlimited Car Wash.

Great prices and quality but it does take a little long. This review is from a Bank Holiday Monday when we went with our Mercedes SUV. The format is great and to know that your car will be taken care of and not sent through a tunnel is pure piece of mind.There were about 7 cars in front of us and 5 behind us. They seem to have a system to prioritize club members which is fine but we waited for almost an hour for the car. They did a great interior/exterior clean and the staff is kind and working their hardest but maybe they could improve the system flow or spread. There were about 15-20 minutes when our car went untouched simply sitting waiting on interior cleaning. We went back on a regular weekday and they were not as busy but it still took longer than average.The car did sparkle and service was great so I would return but the wait time is why it is 4 and not 5 stars.Good job Unlimited Auto Wash team!

Bash and his team are always super nice and make sure to come through with a job super well done, never disappointing us. They keep our cars looking very nice and clean!

I have been going to Unlimited Auto Wash for over a year. They are very fast and thorough, and Bash makes sure than any of my specific instructions are followed by the washers. The price is very reasonable. I have a convertible and I cant go to many car washes. When my car is taken through this car wash, just water pressure is used.

On the other hand, the other manager looked so miserable to be there. Not once did he smile at anyone and did nothing but sit in a corner. Ive been a card carrying member of UAA for over a year. From day one Ive been impressed with the personal touch afforded my ride, including me. From entry to exit, theres a personable feel to our neighborhood car wash. The convenience and price point are spot on. The service, spotless!Keep on keeping us clean UAA!

I personally have the wheel deal monthly service plan that averages $10/week, if used once per week (but is unlimited). It is perfect for an on-the-go mom. The service offered for the price is a great deal. My only suggestion would be that they do better job with grounds keeping and make the waiting area more appealing.

I have been a member at Wellington since it opened. I have two Porsches. I normally would give this facility 5 stars. However I was disappointed with my last two visits. One car was a wheel deal. The trunk was supposed to be vacuumed. It wasnt. I had removed all my golf equipment at home and they never opened the trunk. I had to clean it at home. In addition there were water spots on the hood and windshield.My other car was a complete wash and apparently had road tar on the side which wasnt removed. They didnt even mention it. The windshield was not wiped properly.The current manager on site has to be more attentive. I dont want have to do a walkaround inspection. I never even considered it in the past.

What a thorough job! Not fast and sloppy. I got the basic car wash and for the amount of time that was put in to hand cleaning - well worth the price. (Would have given five stars had there not been a wet dirty shoe print on the driver side floor mat (carpet) from someone going inside the car and cleaning.) However, that wont stop me from coming back. They are my car wash place.

Paid for a basic wash, nothing fancy and when the car was “done” there was still patches of dirt where Water and soap hadn’t even made contact with the exterior of the car. In addition, when the interior was vacuumed, they literally vacuumed just my car mats. I’ll be the first to admit that my car needed a good vacuuming and the black carpet probably doesn’t help, but my car is still filthy and I’ll be cleaning it myself tomorrow. I still tipped and didn’t bother to ask them to correct their errors because clearly they didn’t care in the first place to do it right the first time. I’m not expecting perfection, just a little effort towards a service that I paid for. I won’t be returning.

Went in yesterday and at first glance, my car was definitely much better than what it went in as. However, morning after my windows are covered in water spots as they did not dry my car properly. My car nor carpets were vaccumed completely or well. Nothing against the staff or prices they were friendly and professional, but you do get what you pay for. No wonder it took then under 15 minutes to finish my car.

Best car wash in the WPB area. Ive been to a few other that had been over priced,and not worth it.Unlimited has always done a wonderful job on all our cars. The staff is great and you cant beat the price.

Well I expected a quick easy wash since my car had been slightly dirty from the rain and sprinklers at home, what I got was horrible service and a reason to never go back again. First it took me almost an hour (50 minutes) to get my car washed, they were busy but nothing crazy and what I got in return was wheels/Rims still covered with brake dust and bug splatter in multiple spots on my window and front grill. My AC was off in my car because it was not hot out but it was changed to the lowest setting and running at MAX when i got it back, hate people adjusting a car that they do not own. So for $13 and a $5 tip that I shouldnt have given them, I take it as a learning lesson and go somewhere that they can do the simple work of washing a car completely. Wasted my entire lunch on this mess.

Ive been a regular customer here for 4 years and will no longer use their services. Ive had my truck washed there dozens of times each year (basic quick wash) and today they wanted to upcharge me $20 because its a F250 with leveling kit. $15 because its a F250 and $5 because above standard height. They have never uncharged me for a quick wash in 4 years until now, not once. The manager said its their new policy and the previous workers were not charging correctly. The carwash across from Home Depot on 441 is now my new wash and does not upcharge for a standard truck. If you own a truck, go elsewhere.

I went to Ulimited Auto Wash because an entire bottle of liquid laundry detergent had spilled in my trunk. Robert, the general manager immediately took care of me and assisted me in planning exactly how we were going to attempt to clean the mess up. Robert and the staff were incredibly helpful! I will recommend this car wash to all my friends!

Just moved to this area was very pleased with my experience at this car wash . The man at the front bashair was very helpful and also the staff at the end who wiped down my car I was very satisfied.

I never have time to take care of my car...and Im so glad I came by today. Pedro was awesome, its great to know this is a family based place. Im so glad I found this spot, will be returning !

From the staff to the prices it just really meant a lot to me to find a place like Unlimited Auto Wash Club to help lighten the load a little with great service, almost felt like family! Extremely disappointed. I’ve been coming to your locations for years, so I am definitely not upset with the quality of wash that I pay for. However, this morning when I got my car washed, I was treated with the most disrespectful service I have ever received out of the 3/4 locations I have visited. Whoever is teaching Victor, at your Wellington location how to deal with customers, needs to revisit a few things. First off, it is not acceptable to greet a customer with a blank stare. And when I say good morning and ask him how he is doing, it is unacceptable to not even acknowledge me. I figure people have bad days sometimes, which is fine, but when you are dealing with customers it is extremely offensive. I will no longer continue to go to this location, and will make sure to inform everyone in my network about the poor service I received here. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I have had no issues with the other locations, and am actually a very supportive patron, but this location and some of its staff are BY FAR the WORST that I have ever dealt with.

Best car wash around, I was a member of 2 such memberships programs and just cancelled my membership with the other company because the service at Unlimited Auto Wash of Wellington is simply the best.

They broke my side mirror! I have a Lexus IS 250 and my car is in great condition. Before I even drove off the lot, I saw that my mirror was broken and they claimed they didnt break it. We argued and they claimed that they cover damages but they never did even after I called the police. They said they dont even touch the mirrors when they clean cars 😑I want to give them no stars but its required that you put at least 1 star to post a review. Dont give them any service, theyre washes are mediocre anyway.

I have been coming here for a very long time and today I went and specifically said my trunk needed to be cleaned and vacuumed . I get home and it has not been vacuumed at all. I am so disappointed with this and the waste of money. I had to come home and clean it myself.Worst part is I drive from delray to use this location

Do you guys clean cars with a Brillo pad or what, every time I get into my car after these guys clean the inside of it I find a nick on the center console or scratches on the wood grain of my car. New Mercedes and everything that’s happened to it up to this point has been because the car has been in someone else’s possession.

They did a terrible job.. They scratch my car everywhere n they wash car two times and still looks really bad. Talk to manager n he was rude. I won’t recommend this place at all

Not professional at all guys cleaning my truck jumps up on side of brand new truck to wipe the roof he could have opened the door and stood inside like the rest then the next car coming out they are.blasting music as loud as it can go I mean if it was me and they blew a speaker Id blow my top this not professional at all when I said something oh Ill give 10% off next visit now if he attached the side of my bed it would cost mor then 10% off 29.99

Make sure you empty your car you think might end up missing, not sure what really got clean on the interior
