Thank you for accommodating me so well during my visit earlier this afternoon. I am so glad that this store takes the proper precautions that everyone should be following during this pandemic. As a daughter of a healthcare worker who works 12 hour shifts back to back because of the current situation and an aspiring nursing student herself, I was amazed to see how meticulous all the workers were. I felt very comfortable and safe because I witnessed how clean everything was. I appreciate y’all.

Friendly staff and some of the best bath, body, and skincare products in the world!

Lots of the stuff isnt great and is mostly for show. Fun experience if youre a beauty person if youre not its just a store.

Was asked to wear a mask and complied but the staff worker still wouldn’t let us in because my grandson is 3 and has autism and demanded he wear a mask. Left the Wellington location and the Gardens location welcomed us in the store and he got to pick out his favorite bath bombs the he loves so much. Thank you to the staff at Gardens. The next day we went to Boca. We were welcomed there too. So Wellington seems to like to discriminate kids with autism that are 3 and have a written diagnosis

Serice is excellent. Products are great. Some of them have an odd odor, due to a lack of perfumes, so it’s best to get a sample. They have a great variety.

I went in today for the first time and was greeted by an extremely warm and friendly team, who are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Shopping during the pandemic is scary in itself, but the employees made it more comfortable by using precautionary measures. Daniella helped me so much into choosing the right products and Angela at the register was really sweet. Thank you for making my first experience memorable. I look forward to shopping here again. :)

I went in recently and was helped by the cutest girl. She was a lot more chill compared to the other girls I usually meet there, which honestly I preferred because I get a little nervous going in there lol. She sold me on the lotion Charity Pot - amazing, I cant believe I had never tried it before. All of the other products I got were my go-tos, except for some bombs, all beautiful and spectacular in performance per usual. Hopefully next time I pop in, Ill get her name, but to the girl with the colorful makeup- youre such a sweetheart

I will go there when masks are optional like the rest of the mall. It is discriminatory against people who cant wear one for medical or religious reasons.

Love their products. Controlling the traffic in the store also masks and sanitizing is a must to enter.

The customer service is amazing! Me and my cousins had never been to Lush before and we were very happy with the bath bombs we purchased. Lilly was a BIG help and seemed very knowledgeable about everything, and she ultimately helped us decide what to buy. The cashier working with her was also very sweet and helpful. Will definitely come again!

The woman who was working the day I went was very informative of all products. Normally when I walk into a store the staff try and push and push the products to the point it makes me not want to buy. This young woman answered all questions and informed me on things about the company I did not know of! Prices are really reasonable and she mentioned how any of the soaps and bars can be cut to your price budget. I will be coming back for sure.

This place has some really cool bath and body products. Problem very high priced. But natural products usually are. My favorite product is the Ocean salt scrub.

The employee Gio was SUPER kind and really helped me out with selecting the right products for my skin type! i am definitely returning again!!!

Lots of good smelly stuff to chose from. The fresh face scrubs are great. They have a expiration date. So make sure you keep it in the fridge.

Girls are very nice and friendly. Soaps are so nice we keep going back and the staff of today 10-21-2018 just after 12pm at Wellington Green Mall today are our 2 favorite girls they belive in what the company stands for and very helpful.

The only place that I will buy anything for the bath, environmental friendly and made by hand products.

The employees are knowledgeable & passionate about the products that they are representing & selling. They all seem to get along with one another, work very well together & most of all, they made our shopping experience fun & memorable in the best of ways.

Love it is a little pricey though so be aware

After trying a few lush products I find that the shampoos are very stripping and I’ve tried moisturizing versions. If you’re a 13 year oldGirl with healthy thick hair you canGet away with using their haircare. If you have damage then you might have trouble with stripped hair. Hair masks from lush didn’t work on my dry ends at all. My hair actually looked worse after. I didn’t find the claims of moisture and softness true at all. It’s very expensive too for the lack of results.Lotions are great very moisturizing. I can tell there’s not that much fillers since they’re so thick and moisturizing.My least favorite part of lush is their employees. Now this goes for both locations in PAlm beach gardens and nj (in my experience). I start sweating every time I go in because the girls are super high energy and high strung. After it feels like I ran a marathon. Does lush caffeinate them before their shifts? I don’t know but they don’t let you shop. They ask you so many questions. IDoesn’t corporate realize some people find shopping relaxing? I don’t wanna talk to annoying girls I never met before asking which scent I liked the best. Who cares? Just let me stand there and sniff the perfumes jeez. Let me browse the store in peace. Find something else to do. Some employees ask you a random question then just stand over you like a ghost omg. Now idk if this is part of their loss prevention strategy? Maybe. But they’ve lost me as a customer in their retail locations. It’s not worth my mental health. I will possibly order online from now on.So perhaps instead of standing over customers I wish they were more knowledgeable about their products. At this Wellington location I asked one of the girls if American cream shower gel came with a matching lotion or cream. I was told no. But at palm beach gardens the girl actually suggested American Pie body conditioner to me. I was very happy to find a matching scent. I know it’s a popular scent bc they were sold out of many sizes of the shower gel but they didn’t know the American pie matches the gel... strangeNo more lush hair care for me. I will keep buying lotions and shower gels though.

Amazing store run by amazing people.

Very nice store but the customer service is a bit overwhelming. You cant focus on the products with every two seconds an associate aproaching you asking have you found everything okay? Or what brings you in?. Its very annoying, especially if I havent been in the store more than two mins. Give customers a chance to look around first before you approach them with those questions. Overall, the store is very nice.

Most of the lush empolyees seem extremely artificial, and you cant really look around or breathe without an employee running up to you. i dont really like any of the employees except a few, i must add however there is a lovely employee named CRISTINA who is super sweet and down to earth and helpful! she gives me such a pleasant expeierence whenever we meet!
