Horrible management . Brian keep treating people like they’re under you. Google my name and see how big of an influencer I am and my feedback does count big time. The iPhone 12 promax was under warranty and the temperature on it was so high this phone was a lemon and the Apple at the Wellington mall refused to switch it to another phone immediately horrible management the GM Brian was there what a way to show a good example of management horrible customer service

I purchased a new phone online and made an appointment to pick it up at the Wellington Green location.The appointment window to check in was only 15 minutes; not nearly enough time to navigate the mall for a first time visit.I usually avoid the Apple Store due to the crowds and long waits even with an appointment. This visit was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t overly crowded. I was greeted right away and directed to order pickup.Brooke assisted me with setting up my new phone. She was very competent and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and gave me sound advice without pushing additional products. I could tell she loved her job and got along well with her coworkers. One coworker in particular, Steve, showed me two tips that would extend the life of my battery. Amazing! It’s no wonder Brooke views him as her mentor. He shares his knowledge to benefit the entire team and elevate the level of service.I would have preferred to trade in my old phone while there, but I had already started the process online. I think that customers should have the option to cancel the online process at the store for their convenience. That’s going above and beyond to promote stellar customer relations.Overall it was a great customer experience that exceeded my expectations.

Apple staff did a great job super attentive and a great experience getting my new phone replaced. My issue is with security who forces people to be masked despite palm beach county codes and being vaccinated . I was more upset that he tried to tell me it was the owner of the apples requirement that everyone was masked . YET HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A MASK ON AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE STORE AND HIS RESPONSE WAS IM NOT INSIDE THE STORE IM IN FRONT ENTRYWAY OF THE STORE . Super pushy too got entremely close to my personal space multiple times which I had to eventually inform him that he needs to stop trying to advance in my direction before this situation escalated . I had already had my mask completely on . While he kept advancing closer and closer to my person . Good form of social distancing and maintaining COVID guidelines with masks but not for security who feels entitled enough to just get in your face when you don’t listen . Completely unprofessional very lucky this wasn’t someone who wasn’t as nice as me . Not smart to enter people’s personal space to try to force them to do something . causing more problems that your prepared to handle. Apple employees again did a fantastic job handling my phone

I had a good experience at this Apple Store thanks to the well prepared and organized way they had here for all the customers.First of all, the only way to get into the store is if you have an appointment.I also like how they take your temperature even if you have an appointment and you’re going to go in.So this is how it works: you get an appointment, then you show up and show your appointment confirmation, after that you make a line in there they will take your temperature, and then they will call you in.Since I bought My phone online I went to pick it up and I was out in less than 10 minutes.The only thing I didn’t like was that the address that it was on the website was wrong and it took me like 10 minutes to get to this place by car and then I found out that it was inside this mall.

I’ve had to deal with this location on multiple occasions with my previous employer, and I will tell you first hand they lack any type of empathy with their customers, they are coaxed to tell you any and every device brought in is worth nothing and should be recycled, their techs have in every interaction gave no resolution to any product brought in but to recycle them, no options or repair or exchanges. Apple has really lost its touch, recently I entered with a MacBook Pro that has rarely been used and shows no signs or damage labeled a brick that the techs could not find any resolution to fix, I was then told they would have to send it to get repaired at a flat rate of 575$ (the price of the laptop refurbished on Amazon) for a computer to be taken care of and have no misuse and to be a expensive paper weight within a year shows exactly the dedication this store shows to keep returning customers. This is sad, and apple really should look into this location and their tactics.

The system they have set up is great. The temp. Checks first. Then someone checks for your needs. Then they direct you what line to enter and the wait is pretty short. The team work is phenomenal. And the service was within reasonable time frame.

I went to the Apple store at Wellington Green last night. Probably at least 6 team members were outside the store greeting customers and ascertaining why they were there. Extremely organized and it may have 12 minutes before a team member approached me.Her name was Bernice. A very personable attentive and professional young lady. I explained why I came in and could she possibly correct the issue with my phone. She worked her magic and in 15 minutes my phone was 95% corrected. She said it would take about 15 minutes for everything to download and she asked me to take a seat will it completed the download.Soon afterwards a young man, Henry came over and introduced himself, stating that he was a team leader. Henry asked if I was satisfied with my experience, who had assisted me and if I had any suggestions as to how they could approve the experience.I was greatly impressed with these two team members and greatly appreciative with their patience demeanor. If only all customer service encounters were this amazing!Kevin Moynihan

Worst services ever. I went to replaced my phone and get a few more items at a store since I thought it would be easier to do everything there instead of ordering online.I let the salesperson know all the things I needed to get done. She dismissed all my request, got me the phone, didn’t let me the change to shop for a case since now they don’t want you to move away from the station. I was trading my phone in so she grabbed my phone, deleted all my contact and without helping me to set up my new phone sent me away so I left the store without a working phone. I had to drive back home so I can set up the new phone. Plus when I remembered the salesperson all the other items I needed to buy she said I could place the order online instead and didn’t seem helpful at all. Worst customer experience.

This Apple store seems to have more amicable employees than at least the Boca Towncenter store. They check temp before entering. The sales person was knowledgeable. My wife had questions and the answers were not the make-up-as-you-go type. So all in all we left satisfied. However it is just a display store. You go to see, touch and settle information not shown anywhere else. Then when its time to purchase you are instructed to do so using your internet linked device. Kinda like a Service Merchandise of the 21st century.

Apple store in the Wellington Green Mall is doing an awesome job of social distancing. You need an appointment and they have 3 security guards outside controlling customers. They verify you have a qr code or email reservation, you must maintain a proper 6 foot distance and they check your temperature before you are allowed in the store for your appointment.

The security people there should not be doing their of job the way theyre doing it totally out of touch with the people that are in the store that they work for. Ive been in this store several times and always go back. What I dislike about the store will never go away, its so BUSY there. Of course, thats because they serve people well. As busy as it is, I can always walk into the store to buy one thing, find an employee with a mobile card device and pay quickly. Getting customer service at the desk is something different, it takes a while. My best advice is to make an appointment online before you go in. It still takes a while but goes much faster. While you wait, you can play with all the new phones, laptops, desktops, and tablets. There is always something intriguing about playing with devices. If nothing else, Ive learned about new apps I just have to download.

This might be the absolute WORST Apple experience I’ve had, and I’ve gone to a few stores as I’ve been an iPhone owner since the beginning. I recently upgraded and got the iPhone 12. Unbeknownst to me, there is now a new lightning charger cable and it is not compatible for usb. I drove to this store from a ways away, to try and swap out the BRAND NEW iPhone 12 cable for a usb lightning cable. I spoke to 2 people, and neither of them were willing to help me. The reasoning I was given was there were no programs available to swap out 2 different cables. I explained all my accessory tech (i.e. battery pack, Bluetooth speaker) isn’t even 2 years old and that all I wanted was a simple swap out. They just tried to explain away why they couldn’t do something ethical and human. Something so basic, and not even owning the lack of foresight as a company in letting a customer pick their choice of cable, as both are compatible with the newest models. You seriously feel it’s justified to ask a customer for another $20 after they just dropped $1,000.00 on your phone?! What’s wrong with your company?If this is what Apple is turning into - a bunch of tech savvy flesh sacks that are programmed to be devoid of any type of human response - then what’s the point of marketing yourself as the opposite? Truly 🗑 business tactics.

You should judge an apple store by its repairs shop really - they all sell the same stuff - and this place is really the worst Ive encountered. Its the kind of place that tells you something is going to be free, then calls back and tells you if you really want it fixed, this other $400 part needs to be replaced. Then calls you back again and tells you theres another $325 part that really should be repaired as well. Its the equivalent of taking your car into a scummy repair shop.Shop elsewhere.

I made an appointment online through the apple website and this location is close to home. I was greeted and helped immediately as I let them know I was here to resolve the damage on my phone through apple care. The girl was nice fast and very helpful. I was practically in and out in 20 minutes with a replacement phone. Super easy to set up your phone with an Apple ID too. Overall a great experience to resolve the issue.

Terrible customer service. Waited in line 40 minutes past my appointment time. I was sent at the back of the line because I was there early, then I discovered that they were following the order of the line, instead of following the order by appointment time. So, other customers who had an appointment time after me went in before me, and Apple employee Marsha lied about it, stating that they were following the order by appointment time, which was clearly not true. I am never coming back to this store.

Worst line/queue experience I have had during Covid, very inefficient and not friendly. Security was very rude even as we were just standing in line. Security tried hard in discouraging us from going into the store to look at their products.So many employees just standing around and taking up store capacity, making it more inefficient and slower than if there were less employees.

I dislike going to the Apple store, they told me to come back in three hours, when I did they said maybe another hour. Im not sure why they think I have a day to waste on trying to change a battery for a phone that is not working due to their aggressive marketing strategies. I am posting this on my pixel which works perfectly, I am 62 and didnt think I could make the transition from my iPhone 6S but it was easy and I love my pixel so now I am gone for good.Thanks for letting me rant 🙄👍

How can every Apple employee at this particular location be so rude, so snotty and snippy and so anti-customer service?? Are they ALL miserable working for Apple? No one smiles. Every response to any question is as if youre bothering them or theres someplace else theyd rather be. Yeah, one sec. Im busy with someone else now. You have to wait. Oh, you dont have an appointment? (how dare I enter without reserving a time!)? IF you happen to get any type of informative answer, if you find someone willing to provide this oh-so-coveted and secretive information, its as if they try to use as fewest words possible so they dont waste any more energy than absolutely necessary. Or they just plain ignore you and feign intense interest in something very crucial theyre doing on their iPad. Even the greeter had an air of Im so very important and busy and such an integral part of this huge company I cant be bothered to assist you. This Apple location seems to always be packed. Don’t expect to have much room here. I was standing in one spot talking to an employee for 20 minutes and got bumped into or bumped into someone else at least 5 times.On the brighter side, everyone here seems to like working here and know what they’re doing. It’s Apple so naturally everything is expensive but all products are high quality.I’d recommend this location if you need something fixed or you need a new iPhone and know which one you want. Either way, try minimizing your time in the store, as it’s always so crowded.

A mix review, we had an appointment for our tablet, the first person who call us couldnt help us and make us wait for close to 1 hour, we call the apple service number and they told us it was good our apple ins, then we were call again and the 2nd person only took 10 min to resolve our problem and gave us a new tablet.

Horrible service. I took my iPhoneX to replace a screen and they charged me $300 because I didnt have insurance. They couldnt replace the screen so they gave me a new phone. After less than a month the phone they gave me to replace mine simply shut off and wouldnt turn back on so I took back to the store to see what was wrong with it. They couldnt fix at the store so they said they had to send the phone to get it fixed it and gave me a loaner that had only 32gb of memory which wouldnt work properly because my apple id has much more in it and wouldnt load to the loaner phone. After 2 weeks without being able to use my phone (which is a business phone) they said they couldnt help me because the phone was modified by a third party even though I had the phone for less than a month and didnt do anything to it. They kept saying I did something with the phone. So they were unable to fix the phone they gave to me less than a month away saying it was a new phone but in reality it was a faulty phone. They said that if I wanted a new phone I would have to pay another $1000 to get a new one even though I had already paid $300 to replace the phone they couldnt make it work after they tried to replace my screen. Very bad costumer service and horrible tech support. I had to waste 3 days on this store because every time we went there we spent at least 2 hours waiting to get something resolved and even then we spent $300 and come out without a phone because they replaced my phone with a faulty phone and the manager said that their was nothing more that he could do to help.

I accompanied my son to this store for his first iPhone. Because our household hasnt previously had any Apple products, we were new to the Apple experience. They were fantastic and came to our aid as we stood in the middle of the store completely clueless as to who to go to for help. I went to the Apple Store to either get a replacement phone for my broken 5s, or buy a new phone...I eventually decided to buy the new iPhone SE because of its faster processor and better features...after working with the sales person she took me over to Daniel to help with transferring my info and gave me some tips for the phone. He was very helpful and made sure that everything on my old phone was transferred, from contacts to music to pictures and all, so now my new phone is just like the old one but way better!! He was very patient with me and the whole process, and even though it did take a while, he completed everything with me and I had fun doing so...If all the staff were like him Im sure there would be no bad reviews for this store...Thank you Daniel for your world class service!!

I have now been to this store multiple times and every single time it has been a pleasure. The staff is absolutely top notch. Today I stopped in thinking I could just grab a set of Airpods for a birthday gift only to find out its typically about a 2 week wait. A store employee by the nickname of Gonzo took the time to really look into what stock they had or when I could expect a set to come in. He tracked down the only remaining set in the store and I was able to purchase with Apple Pay in a matter of about 30 seconds. Gonzo made my day, and I am now able to give the gift to someone leaving on a trip for their birthday. Cant thank him enough. Awesome employee.

Worst customer service ever.-I called ahead first to ask them if they’d be able to help me fix a crack in my MacBook screen. They told me of course and to bring it into the store and they could have a tech look at it. When I went in they told me I didn’t have an appointment (which they didn’t offer to give me on the phone) so I would have to wait an hour to meet with someone. So after waiting 2 hours I finally got to see someone who informed me in my less than one minute appointment that my Mac is 5 years old and THEY DON’T DO REPAIRS ON ANYTHING OVER 5 YEARS OLD and I should just buy a new one. Interesting that they don’t believe their products will last you 5 years. It would have been so nice if one of the 20 employees sitting/walking around in the store doing nothing could have told me that 2 hours ago. My entire family has been loyal apple product users and these past few years we’ve had so many problems with all our devices even the brand new ones.... And it’s like pulling teeth to try and get apple to fix things. It’s time to jump ship. The next product I buy won’t be an apple one.

Staff is excellent but the store does nothing to dampen the sound. I believe they actually want it to sound noisy and chaotic. Nelson was a big help.
