The store is beautiful and when entering you get such a friendly welcome to a start of a special experience. I had to get a clasp replaced on a necklace and they were able to fix that on the spot. I was amazed how quick that got taken care of. I also had to have my wedding rings enlarged. The service was great in getting all the details needed to get this done. I got my rings back in a week. An exceptional job was done by the jeweler. They look absolutely gorgeous. I was so happy to be able to put them on again. A special thank you to Chris who was so helpful in getting the job done and showing such great care of these sentimental pieces of jewelry and for a very reasonable cost!

I have used Provident twice for very minor assistance, primarily for help changing out a watch band, they are very accommodating and helped immediately. Also, they were gracious enough to do it for free and are very convenient as it is a five minute drive from home.

I went to provident jewelers to have two watches repaired. When I walked in I was greeted warmly and assisted immediately. I went there with the expectation that I had to leave one of my watches there, but to my surprise they fixed both watches on the spot. They were very understanding of my needs and as a special accommodation for my graduation from school and as a birthday gift, they provided their services free of charge. Provident Jewelry’s Wellington location is a great place to shop, trade, sell, repair, polish, and size watches. They have always been knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and easy to deal with. They seem to be right in the sweet spot; big enough to have industry pull, connections, and resources to help you get what you want, while being “small” enough to individually cater to every customer. Dani helped me procure a watch I had trouble finding for myself and handled a seamless trade-in process for me. They are my go-to place for watches, and they should be yours as well.

Wow!! What an amazing service!! I was visiting from Ohio and leaving in two days. I stopped in at Provident Jewelry wanting to add a diamond to a setting that no one in Ohio wanted to work on because of invisible setting design. Chris, Geoff, and Manny were amazing! I went in today to get my wife’s wedding ring cleaned and have a rhodium treatment. I was greeted by Alex who was extremely helpful and professional. Amazing experience here today! I came in to get my engagement ring sized and am so happy that I chose to get it done here. I went to 4 other places and they all told me that I would have to send it off for a week to 3 weeks and that because of the braiding in the band, you would be able to tell where they cut to resize. I really didnt want to leave my ring with a jeweler because you hear so many horror stories and it was SO worth going to a jeweler that really knew what they were doing. It took 30 minutes total and while I waited I had a glass of wine. When it was done, I tried to see where the cut had been made and I still can not find it. ITS LITERALLY PERFECT. Impeccable fit and they polished it up all nice and sparkly again. Chris was an amazing employee and really knew her stuff. I just went in to get my watch battery replaced and also asked if they could fix one of my earrings that were broken. DANI, the lady that attended to me was wonderful. She got the earring repaired and replaced the battery quickly and did not accept payment from me. I tell you, what jeweler do you know of will do a little job like that without giving you a strange look or charge you an unreasonable amount. Ive been there a few times before. I needed to get both a ring guard and a repair of an earring. I was pleasantly greeted by Christine who told me that if they had a ring guard they would just give it to me and the earring was also repaired for free. While waiting I noticed their jewelry was very reasonably priced and the pieces were very tasteful. Although it was my first time in the store I feel that I was treated like I was a regular customer. What a great experience I had today! I wanted someone to look at my my diamond wedding band because I thought I was missing a diamond. The minute I walked in Dani said hello and took great care of me. She told me that she would consult with the jeweler about my ring, and let me know what he said. He came from the back to explain what was wrong with my band, and how he would do his best to fix it for me. Called today to ask how much they would charge me for a watch sizing. Maris answered the phone and invited me in to the store. When I arrived I realized this was no ordinary jewelry store. Outside of their state of the art facility, extensive selection and ability to make custom jewelry, Geoff and his team are second to none in their professionalism and skill. I brought my wifes wedding ring in for repair that multiple other top tier jewelers were unable to repair. They were not only able to repair the issues with their state of the art laser welder but repronged/faceted all the settings in the ring to ensure that she would never have a problem again. Provident Jewelry has now become our go to jeweler for repairs and future purchases.

This is a beautiful, full-service, large jewelry store with fine gems, designer pieces, estate pieces, and everything in between that you can imagine. The watch collection for men and women is extensive; the diamond and gem section is large; and there are many interesting and stylish pieces and settings that are unique and some are equestrian inspired. My soon-to-be and I had just finished working out, went to Publix and decided to step in to check out what Provident Jewelry had in store. Maris was so welcoming, asked if we wanted coffee or something to drink, and was very attentive to us. In other jewelry stores, they usually wave hello and let us look around. Not Maris, she engaged in conversation, allowed me to try on some pieces, and offered to clean both of my rings (which came back looking sparkling new after 2 decades). She came across very knowledgeable. We wanted to look at engagement rings and while my rings were getting cleaned, Jane came back with a trade-off value of one of my rings that was spot on!! I found out about the new location in Wellington and was excited since it was close by. I called the store 15 minutes before closing and came in with 10 minutes to spare. They welcomed me inside without a problem and allowed me to look around. The store was well organized and easy to find. Dani Keith helped me and was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. She answered all my questions. The price of the ring I asked her about was beautiful and fairly priced. Excellent customer service. A+++
