My wedding ring had damage that couldn’t be repaired. My husband suggested upgrading my ring but I wasn’t sure what jeweler I could trust to leave my current diamond ring at. We decided on Van Dell Jewelers. We met with Leslie who helped us create a new wedding ring. In less than two weeks a wax mold was created and we were good to go. Two weeks later my ring was complete and omg I couldn’t be happier. It’s stunning! Van Dell Jewelers is amazing and Leslie was absolutely awesome! Highly recommend!

After our move and sorta getting settled in, I decided to look AGAIN for someone that could fix my wedding set. ( 3 different Jewelers and still broken posts and diamonds loose) I entered the door to Van Dell.. as soon as I entered I was greeted. Super friendly people, super nice, awesome customer service and they fixed my wedding set that I have been unable and afraid to wear!! It was such a great experience that I am having them redo my mothers wedding ring.

I bought a round solitaire engagement ring from another place, and although I loved the center stone, the band was so plain, I ended up hating the ring. So I went and ordered a new band that I liked more. I ended up pay 600.00 for it. Once I got the band in the mail It wasn’t what i expected. So I brought both rings to van dell. I asked them a price to remount the stone. Instead I was asked if I wanted to copy the band I just bought but use my existing band and make it bigger and better? I said how much? The woman said for half the price of the band I just bought she’d put bigger diamonds in my current band, and I could return my new band. And I’d save over 400.00. So I left the ring and returned the one I recently bought. 3 days later it was done, and omg this ring is to die for, the love of my life will love it. This ring exceeded my expectations. The 300.00 was worth every cent because thing ring is to die for. I recommend their custom work at van Della Wellington.

The owner of this store is unprofessional and rude. I will never go to this jeweler again.

Walked into van dell in Loxahatchee Groves just browsing the rings and ended up ordering a custom made engagement ring. They ordered the stone and had the setting done in less than a week. The final product was perfect and the customer service through the whole experience was outstanding. We will be coming back for our wedding bands.
