This is by far the BEST UPS Store I have ever worked with. Manager Starr and her team were so friendly and helpful in assisting us with navigating the best option to move 30+ boxes from South FL to the west coast of the USA. We felt like we had a personal concierge shipping liaison who looked out for our best interests, stayed in contact with us regarding shipment updates along the way, and in general had our back. At a very stressful time in our lives, aka a cross country move, this UPS Team and Store made our lives easier. We are grateful. Thank you UPS Store #4825!

I had an excellent experience at this UPS store. I needed a group of documents notarized and witnessed. Even though the store was quite busy, the staff there, Plato, Alexis and Joe could not have been more accommodating. The charge for their services was very reasonable. This is a well run store.

What happened? Somethings changed. Been patrons of this store over 3 years. No problems. Now they lost a package on day one. And five days out still no sign of it in tracking, and they dont even show the slightest interest in finding it. Just shrugs and I dont know.

Yesterday I messed up and put the wrong label on a package. The staff was super patient with me and helpful. It was a young woman and a man with a man bun. I wished I had gotten their names. I want to make sure they get recognition because they were amazing even though a huge crowd of customers had walked in, they were patient with me

I used to go to another UPS store in the area. But after my last incident at that one I went here. I was blown away by how awesome these people are. The gentleman who cashed me out was very courteous and informative, he asked my address to update my shipping profile (the other store never did), he gave me all answers that I had questions for. This store is a few minutes further than the other, but a few minutes is SO WORTH the customer service.Thank you for being genuine and caring about the customers.

Even though there are two UPS stores closer to my house, I have chosen this particular one to handle all our personal and my husbands business matters and have so for the last five plus years. It is so helpful knowing all I have to do is walk in with objects in my hands and drop and go. We have an account on file. I walk out with a receipt and by the time I’m home I see my email tracking process followed by the next days confirmation that it was delivered. Star and her crew are simply amazing. Wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere.

I’m very disappointed on how this store handled a claim for a sold EBay heirloom item! I trusted them to securely package the item to be shipped to Texas and it was received damaged. The associate manager who took care of the packaging didn’t do the claim properly so I didn’t get fully refunded for the shipping cost of $192! Then UPS Corporate lacks customer courtesy and service; after much discussion the UPS store added $10 to the partial shipping reimbursement. I was reimbursed for the value of the item but they refused to reimburse me for the total shipping cost! I will think twice before going back to this UPS Store; it’s managed by young adults that lack experience!

I should have checked the reviews prior...another guy here had something stolen from this store as well. I shipped a piece of jewelry last week. Apparently, I made a huge mistake telling them that it was jewelry; it didnt even make it out of the store that night. Tracking only showed that a label was created and it never scanned anywhere between here and Jacksonville. When I called today to follow-up on my lost package claim, a male employee told me to stop acting irrational while completely brushing me off. So, I lost my $1000 class ring and the police cannot file a report because its technically only lost. Kudos to the in-house thief for committing the perfect crime; shame on the owner for employing such a person.UPDATE 1/16 - Per UPS Corporate, a monetary claim was issued to this store on 1/8 despite the manager telling me that the investigation was still ongoing. Not only did they steal my ring, they stole the claim funds as well. This cost me $1100 total, but it cost every employee there a clear conscience. You cant buy that back.

I have a home office and have used a mailbox at this location for years. The staff is friendly and always helps me with anything i need.I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a mailbox or just needs to ship a package.

The people at this store are always helpful and friendly. Once they have your info, you just go in and give them your phone number and they pull you up on their computer-if they dont recognize you-which they usually do. They have really good greeting cards in stock as well. Ive been going here for a couple years now and its just too easy. Right next to Publix and close to Lowes if you to need to grab something else. Im sorry I dont know all the names of the people who work at this UPS but they are all skilled, friendly professionals.Just stopped in again yesterday and though they were busy I was in/out in less than 3 minutes! Awesome service!

This UPS store has really got their act together and I actually enjoy going there. There are very efficient and usually make me laugh about something. Great people to work with.

I was a victim of a scam and shipped 1500 worth of camera equipment to a Miami location. Once I realized this, I called the UPS Store and spoke with Star who helped me ship the original package. She did some detective work and got me the information I needed to get in contact with the company and they were able to pull the package and give it back to the UPS driver. She went above and beyond anything I could imagine. Everyone else I talked to outside of UPS could have cared less. I will certainly use this particular UPS for all of my shipping needs in the future. I would give her 10 stars if I could
