Ive been to this high-traffic location many times this summer. Store is consistently kept clean and stocked, the coffee is fresh, and the employees have all been pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend :)

This location is one of Cumberland Farms larger stores with an awesome assortment of snacks, hot & cold beverages as well as a well-stocked beer cave. The employees are friendly here and do a great job keeping the store, including restrooms, clean and inviting to customers. Also, they do have hot food available 24/7, making this location an excellent one-stop shopping destination for travelers.

Its like a Cumbys mansion, complete with custome Cumberland Farms concrete floor art. It would have had five starts but it is often times very dirty. This visit displayed napkis on the floor, spilled blue drink stains on two of the counters, and some dingy floor stains. Such a beautiful location, its sad to see it not being taken care of.

Very rude employees. I went in there with my children to make a purchase, as we do all the time. An employee was talking down to another employee in front of us. The same employee who was talking down was also swearing in front of my children. When I went up to purchase my items, I joked with the employee about how he was talked to. His reply was Everyone has bad days. I said I understood, but theres no need to talk down to someone, especially in front of customers. He quickly became defensive telling me he wasnt being talk down to. I looked at my son, who was standing next to me, and said Thats what you get for trying to stand up for someone. The employee looked at me and said Now whos being rude? and kept on saying things. Not to mention staring at me like I was an idiot. All this in front of my children, as well as other customers. Pretty sure this goes against employee conduct, considering I didnt raise my voice and I didnt use any profanity. I go there all the time because my work and my childrens schools are right there. I wont again. I dont care if I have to go out of my way. Between the employees disrespecting customers, disrespecting each other, and swearing in front of customers-who happen to be children, Im all set. And the same female employee who initially was being rude was also giving an elderly man a hard time because he couldnt figure out how to work one of the drink machines. Great choice in employees there.

BEYOND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I visited the Cumberland Farms location in Wells, Maine on October 21, 2018 at about 9:00 PM. I started the re-fueling process and rushed inside to the bathroom. The clerk, in a very loud and rude voice, told me by the order of the Fire Marshall, I could not leave my vehicle unattended while re-fueling....that there was a large yellow sign by the pumps to this effect (there was no sign)....and that I was subject to a fine. I really had to pee, so I rushed out to my vehicle to shut the pump off. I found the clerk had already shut it off so I rushed back inside to use the bathroom. The clerk started yelling out me to go back outside or he would call the Police. I told him I had to pee really bad, and the pump was already shut off. He is still yelling as I rush to the bathroom. When I come out he tells me he is on the phone with the Police and they were on the way. Thinking this could not possibly be true, I attempted to leave. He rushes out of the store saying he is going to get my license number. The parking lot is a bit odd at this location, as what would normally be the exit is marked with large Do Not Enter signs. I had to circle back through to exit. The clerk is then standing in the middle of the drive as if to force me to stop. I drove around him and proceeded back to the turnpike. Shortly thereafter I am pulled over by the Police and told the Cumberland Farms clerk said I had attempted to kill him by running him over, and I was going to be arrested and charged with a felony. When I related the story to them...they decided to interview the clerk and review the video before arresting me. (they did not arrest me). I contacted Cumberland Farms Customer Service concerning this traumatic experience.....NO RESPONSE!!

Usually a very clean store. Today was very loud, employees yelling and joking back and forth. The guy cooking pizza was serenading the entire store with his loud, off key versions of today’s greatest hits. If nothing else, it was entertaining. Maybe someday we’ll see him on American idol!

Went in to get a bottle of water, but the cashier was busy waiting by the oven for someone elses food to cook. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting, I dont know why she couldnt take any other customers while the food was cooking. I finally just ended up putting the bottle of water away and leaving.

Rudest cashier ever. We are from new york city, so im used to cashier that giving attitude occasionally because of having a bad say or so. But we were asking for very simple questions!!! We ask where to get the hot dog buns since it’s self service, he literally said “omg, it’s the drawer below it!” Really ? If you are that annoyed, don’t be in this job position! And not sure if it’s because we are three asians, he can be racist! As i saw him giving a bit more patient to other white guys walking inside to buy food & drinks. I will never ever come to gas station again, non other chain in different location! My main vacation mood for tonight was ruin. Thank you!
