When I got there, some man just waved me over to a stall which I followed instructions and got my pick up into place. He came to the window, didnt say hello, just said what do you want today? So I said oil change and then he left. Didnt say where he was going or what the next step was. He didnt say anything about the waiting room being closed. I got out because I wanted to walk my dog, and wanted to explain something to him about the pickup. I slipped on their ramp and luckily he caught me, otherwise I would have fallen. That is why I am giving the business one star. Because he helped with that. No one was friendly there. After walking my dog, he was at his computer and was talking about my pickup. Not even looking at me. He mentioned a price and I said, are you talking to me? He said he was talking about my pickup(which meant, yes, he was telling me what the price was). He was so rude. After I paid, for some reason he felt he needed to help me in the pick up. Which was polite but after treating me so rudely, why even bother. He told me I slipped on the ramp and it happens often to people. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again. I have been there before and never treated that way. I guess those people that posted 4 and 5 stars got him on a good day. He is the manager there.

While I was waiting for my oil change, a very rude woman came in, its like she couldnt understand what they were trying to tell her, the staff was very patient and considerate while this person was borderline belligerent and rude, she even tripped on the ramp at one point because she wasnt paying attention, and started playing it off like it wasnt her own fault, (it was) the staff handled the customer with the utmost respect and kindness but this lady was not having it, she made a total Karen out of herself, the kind of lady who could never be pleased, and the staff catered to her every beckoned call despite this lady going full harpy, I was impressed by the crew, Ive seen this kind of behavior derail staff at other establishments but these guys were super courteous and handled it with the utmost respect despite not getting any respect in return, they even helped her back into her truck because you could tell they just wanted to do the best they could, and this person was not going to give them anything, she had the empathy of a boulder, totally immovable.I came in for an oil change, and left inspired, great job team

Took my car in to get an oil change. One of the workers, and older man probably in his 50’s, told me that my brakes were “illegal” and tried to talk me into getting them replaced. He said it would’ve been $350. Took them to another business for a second opinion, and they are, of course, not illegal and perfectly fine.

Got there late and I know the feeling of arriving or having someone arrive last minute. Guys were great and had me in and out no problem.

Quickest Ive ever been in and out for an oil change . Came with a quart of Lucas and added that in for me and reflected in the low price. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Super quick, super friendly, when I went there, they got to work immediately, within like a minute one of them found a old fishing line wrapped around a part of the car where it could cause some damage if left there. They brought it to me I asked a few questions because I was confused as to where it came from on the car because I dont know anything about cars to be honest and they helped me understand. One of them filled my tires with air which was awesome and they also cleaned the windows which was another bonus. Everyone was super friendly and will definitely make them my go to place now that Ive moved to the east side of the mountains.

When I went in for a discounted oil change, I was given a recommendation for a full synthetic oil change that was upwards of $80. Feeling I was being upsold a higher product, I hesitated based on price and instead asked fora less expensive synthetic blend. I overheard the staff (who didnt know the window was open) saying it was my mistake to make. Inquiring to the senior mechanic that was there, why it was a mistake to do a blend, he eloquently, intelligently and professionally took the time to explain the type of foreign engine that was in my Volkswagen, why having a different oil would damage my engine and even showed me the professional recommended specifications from the manufacturer.What I thought was an attempt to sway me to paying more for services had in fact been a genuine product recommendation for car care that I had been in error of. I am grateful to that entire team on the North Wenatchee Jiffy Lube as they took the time to prove why their suggestion was the best option for me and most likely saved pain and suffering of engine repair down the road.I am debt to them for being patient with an ignorant customer (me) and also appreciated how they provided a reduced cost for Veterans Day.Thank you!

My boyfriend and I took our E350 Van here for an oil change and it was horrible. The man that took care of us talked down to us the whole time and every time we asked questions about certain thing regarding our vehicle he got an attitude. Then the other man came to help and he over pressured our tires! The tire is rated for 80 PSI and he put 83 in to it, then we asked him about that both of the men got attitudes and finally took some air out. I would not recommend getting anything done here!!

Amazing service and great people. Its a good one stop maintenance for your car.They also have a mechanic on staff and can do it of other services, and their prices beat every other shop.

If you can swing it, stop by early and you really will be out in a Jiffy. I went by around noon the day before and it was full with cars in line, so I left and came back at 9am the next day to find it empty. I found a coupon online too.

I love my Jiffy Lube guys! I’ve been taking my car there for 6 years and they’ve always been nothing less than amazing. They are friendly, efficient and most importantly honest. I don’t know much about cars but I thought I needed a lot more work done to my car than what I actually needed done. They were honest and told me I’d be wasting my money if I got all that work done. I really appreciate their honesty and them not just trying to take all your money. That’s hard to find in mechanics. Forever my go to for any work done on my car!!!

Just like they advertise. Oil change and fluid replenishing in a jiffy. Even gave the car a quick vacuum. Fast and thorough work. I came in towards the end of their work day and I got no sense they were tiring out nor did they cut any corners. Excellent work.

This is one of the few quick oil change places that has constantly been a good experience for me. Ive taken many vehicles here and dont get the standard push for wipers or filters every time I go. Ive gone here for services that I was willing to pay for and the technicians have told me I dont need them. Incredibly honest staff that seems well informed and trying to give you a good experience and take care of your vehicle. Just recently took a used vehicle here that I had just purchased and the tech working the bay I was in was incredibly helpful and gave me lots of great info about my purchase. Not a standard quick lube experience, can not recommend enough.

I would of done my own oil change service but I was pressed for time and got it done here. After being charged $113 for their signature service synthetic. My car started to leak oil. Lost about a quart. I was out of state and there was no jiffy lube within a 90+ mile radius. Had to get the car checked and turns out the oil plug wasn’t tighten properly. Had to spend an extra $20 for fixing it.

These guys were awesome! Right when I got here I locked my keys in my car! Couldnt get a hold of a locksmith they were all closed. These guys got my car opened and still did my oil change even after they were already closed. Great job guys!

Took my moms explorer in for a basic oil change and check fluid levels. Left with the oil changed and a bunch of other stuff that totalled around $200! Yes, I will admit, it was time to change the transmission fluid - evidently its not supposed to be the color it was! (Ill say again, it was my moms and I didnt know they last time anything was changed). So yes, I expected a lot less in cost, but I was informed about everything and given the opportunity to say no and just get the oil changed, in in that regards it was a good experience. They even vacuumed, which I can assure you was not an easy task. I drove straight home, about 12 miles out of town, and about 3/4 of the way home, the explorer started sputtering and kept trying to die.. while I was ON THE HIGHWAY. After finally getting off the highway and rolling through a couple stop signs, when I pulled into my driveway, the explorer said that was enough and died. I tried to start it again, and it would start and sputter then die. This was repeated several times. I called my mechanic who said it was probably a wire or hose that got disconnected during the fluid change, and that he could fix it, but I had to get the explorer to him. I was not in a mood for having it towed. So I called Jiffy Lube, asked for the manager and then explained the situation and what my mechanic had stated about the probably loose wire/hose They reluctantly agreed it was most likely their fault. I told them I would send them the bill for my towing and mechanic.. and thats when the district manager got involved. He drove to my front door, saw the problem (yes, it was their fault), fixed it and went about his merry way. So the fluids were changed and it was now running just fine, I just dont want to have to deal with all that hassle, so Ive chosen to go elsewhere for my oil changes.

Took my car to get an oil change (Saturday). Next day I have a huge puddle in my garage. Took it back and they replaced the filter (Monday). Since then I have a small leak after the engine has cooled. I’ve taken it back (Friday, after observing leaks everywhere I park throughout the week and checking oil levels) and one guy was pretty rude about it (“it’s not my fault, take it somewhere else, I don’t see a leak”, though my garage floor tells a different story. Put cardboard underneath to make sure it’s oil. Yup definitely leaking). The other guy was very nice. I take very good care of my vehicles and it has never leaked before. I will be taking it into the dealership for a full inspection and will be submitting paperwork for reimbursement if the dealership feels it was something they could have done. Save yourself a headache and just don’t go there.

Darrell and his crew were incredible. I expressed that I was on a budget and had a wish list of maintenance to do but couldnt afford to do much right now. I had a coupon Wenatchees Best and we were able to accomplish so much, in a short time at an affordable price. They were having a good time but working hard. Sierra and Caleb were great too! Even the guy coming back from lunch said goodbye and held the door for me. I was able to check 4 services off today! Thank you Jiffy Lube!

They didnt fill my wifes car with enough oil. I checked it a couple days after the oil change and it was 1 1/2 quarts low !! Are you kidding me??? Also the oil fill cap was locked on so tight I had to use a wrench to loosen it. These are supposed to be just a little more than hand tight. I will never use an oil change place again. This is the third bad experience Ive had with different oil change places.

They quit carrying my favorite synthetic oil. Then sold me on a brand I dont much care for. I paid a premium price for it and was supposed to come with window cleaning and interior vacuum. Both items were checked off on the receipt but not done. Then a few weeks later I checked the oil myself cuz theres drips in the driveway. Turns out it was down 4 quarts because they failed to adequately tighten the filter! They replaced the filter free of charge and topped off the oil, but they only do top offs with a cheap semi synthetic oil, not the premium full synthetic I initially paid for. I will not go back there for my next oil change

Employees are literally a bunch of bafoons. The store is messy and has empty boxes everywhere. The toilet has no handle and it also never clean along with the customer waiting room, and on top of that. The owner is really rude and disrespectful.
