Big Lots has a little if everything, spacious aisles, plus affordable prices! Easy shopping, hassle free and friendly service to boot!

I went at 8pm when there were hardly any people and the store would be closing soon. Felt like I had the store to myself. It was nice and clean and perfect for me since Im still scared to venture out after my whole covid experience. Had tons of new cute stuff so will definitely need to go back and earlier this time.

Really nice remodling. Couldt find raisins but it might have been my bad.

I like Big Lots but not the one in Weslaco. They dont sanitize their shopping carts and you have to walk to their service center to get something to sanitize them. Dont like the atmosphere here. Prefer the one in Harlingen

Excellent experience. We bought a recliner here the other day. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. They were also helpful with loading it into our car. The cashier could have had a better attitude, though.

Big lots is one of my favorite stores specially when it comes to buying furniture and leasing furniture although theyre always out of sets.

Ad shows Pepsi on sale at store,planogram shows it also but they never have any in this store. We have to go to another town n big lots of course where they have plenty of it

Looks kinda empty but some good price on holiday items.

Today I went to make a purchase with a coupon I had from the store. Once I arrived I saw there was a 20% store wide discount. After I payed I saw the 20% was not added. I went inside and spoke to the manager who said he would fix it. At this point I had payed 70+ and was simply asking for a refund on the amount paid before tax wich was $13.55. The manager asked if i was a rewards member I said yes. He proceeded to do something on the cash register and said i was only to get 5.95 back. I corrected him and said that is not 20% of about 67 (total before tax). He went back and started the transaction as if it was new. Sure enough the amount that was to be refunded was to be 13.55 (the 20%). He aasked for the credit card I used which was the Big Lots credit card and he responded that that was not it. I had to explain to him the manager that this was in fact the credit card for the store he is a manager at. At this point I have becomed annoyed and mad at the fact it has now taken him almost an hour to fix the mistake his employee made when charging the first time. He tried to charge my card $58 and change when he was to refund me $13.55. When i asked him why he said cause i owed him. I asked to explain further as i had already given the store $70+. $30 with my card. And 40+ cash. I asked if he was gona refund the 13.55 to which he repeated i owed 15. I asked him how and he just grabed the receip and told me to leave. He obiously didnt know what he was doing or how to use basic math. He was trying to screw me out of an additional $58 instead of refunding me the $13.55 i was over charged. Horrible experience. Big lots should really look better at what is going on at their stores or at the very least train their employees better.

Bought a fireplace TV stand, havent put it together yet. But it looks very nice.

Always the ladies from customer service, cashiers help me with my questions or to find what I was looking, also got the specials of the week.

Big Lots had a little bit of everything. Furniture, toys, home decor, hardware, cosmetics, electronics, and on and on. In addition, after finding that perfect gift or own for yourself (for a great price, I might add), you can also pick up a little something to prepare for dinner for the family. 👍

We got a twin Sealy mattress at a really good price and the service was nice and fast

Actual stars would be a 3.5. Great variety of products, and some good deals. However, pricing can be a bit over (by a tad bit) and theres not enough employees on the floor to assist you.

Ulta store in Edinburg Texas asked if they had a certain item they said no then they said they have some in Weslaco if you want to go over there. So we went to Weslaco drove all the way over there and no they did not have any made us waste our time and gas

My son and I enjoy shopping at Big Lots. You find pretty items at an inexpensive prices. They have such pretty frames for your walls and the most amazing seasonal items. (harvest, Christmas, ect.)

Big Lots always has merchandise that is discontinued and hard to find. Prices are reasonable though some of their regular items are a bit over priced. Overall, I always walk away happy with my purchases.

My wife purchased a bottle of liquid soap. Evidently the top was not tightened, the soap emptied in the carpet of my new truck.

Update 12-19-20: Dont expect them to honor their own coupons even when directions are on the coupon, they prefer to argue with the customer.

Cheap and good service

Was welcomed as soon as we entered the store. Asked by employees throughout the store if we needed help finding anything and we did hahaha. Then Miss Ale was very nice n helpful at the checkout. She even showed us how to fill out a survey with our reciept we cld win $300!!!

Clearance section prices cost the same as walmart. Scan a couple of items to compare prices cost more than walmart and target no bueno
