Cashier when asked if she could put brisket in a bag told me if you want it in a bag do it yourself I found that to be very rude. After she finishes. I asked her again and said please. She didnt move. My husband explain to her we are elderly and it is must easy to carry it in a bag.Since we live in a apt way in the back and she did not move. My husband put the brisket in the bag himself. I asked her I wanted to talk to her manager. She said I cant hear you iam deaf in this ear. I cant hear you. My manager is somewhere around. I dont know where she is. Than she found her and she told me very rude follow me. She took me to her manager. I explained what had happened. She said I will talk to her and that was it.

Convenient but most of the checkout lanes were closed. I don’t mind using the self checkout but there’s more of a line there than at the regular checkout. The staff works hard and need to get paid more. 3/5

This location is always super crowded. I usually do delivery or curbside, but we needed to go in for something quick. Everyone was wearing masks, but I still felt like they werent maintaining social distancing enough.

When your need help no one is ever there.But 10 minutes before closing their available to harass you until you leave.One lady tried to square up and not let me in 20 minutes before closing. She says it was 5 minutes, poor girl could not tell time.Anyways she offered to speak with the manager, I obliged, she lost and scoffed. Walmart is the only discount grocery place in town that has everything under one Roof, Sam Walton would be very proud what he started, however Sam built his business on Customer Service, however Walmart has drifted away from this in my opinion.

In order to go into walmart, You need to go thru the multitude of street vendors outside, Walmart is not being careful with all those vendors outside leaving trash.

Very poor customer service. This happens every year, they hire newly high school graduates that don’t know what they’re doing. I went in for a return on tuesday 09/14, brought in an a/c tower which valued up to $50. Associate advised me needed receipt or identification for refund, handed passport over since receipt was lost. After handing over passport, associate tells me they can’t give me refund, because I need a receipt ??Never had a problem with the older associates, I can present my reciept or US identification, and I’m refunded, but every time a recent HS assists me it’s always an issue. Anyways, time was 4:20 and I had to pickup younger sibling from elementary, and it was going to take associate minimum 10 mins to pack everything in box again . I had to be there by 4:30 and school was 15 mins away, I let the associate know I’d be back, and left. Today (09/17) I go back to pickup my a/c tower, to which i’m told it was returned back to another walmart facility. The item was returned but I wasn’t given a refund because I returned few days later, which makes no sense to me because I gave them my info and advised I would be back . Spoke to head associate, was no help at all, very rude and cursed me out. I was very polite, and although I was agitated I wasn’t disrespectful. I mean who wouldn’t be upset, brought back an item and wasn’t given a single dollar back. Scroll down a bit, and you’ll see the very poor customer service this Walmart offers. I’d Rather drive an extra 10 mins to another Walmart than shop here ever again!!!

This store is usually crowded but easy to get around .... shelves are well stocked. Walmart employees are overworked and do the best they can to keep up with the demand. From my viewpoint Walmart is overworking their employees in their never ending need to make $$$. One of the main problems I see is that customers grab items then decide not to purchase and youll find them scattered throughout the store. At the end of the day Ive seen many carts full of items that need to be reshelved, bummer! Shoppers need to not be lazy and return the items back to their original location...BE CONSIDERATE!

Very big and lots to see, but like in any store there is always a person thàt shouldnt be working there cuz of there attitude or maybe having a bad day. But God bless those people that dont know how to cover come. Bad experience but a very nice store.

Like every other wall mart, only go there for things I cant find anywhere else and need them now. I avoid any walk mart on the valley. Im amazed how horrible the customer service is. Every single encounter Ive had feels like Im an inmate and the employees a jailer. Just move it along, dont ask any questions, my shifts almost over. Ive never gotten eye contact, it feels very impersonal. Absolutely no pride or job satisfaction. Its very sad. Everybody loses from the customer to the employees. Just a miserable place to be in.

Conveniently located, store was neat and organized. I really enjoyed shopping here. I found everything that I needed (and some things, I didnt, lol).

They take forever to help anyone (in store) much less answer the phone. I’ve been transferred so many times, it’s annoying.

The employees seem for the most part helpful even one of the busiest times. It could use some more cashiers but then again I think most Walmarts could always use more. Not friendly to disabled persons. Front door staff are lazy about bringing electric carts when one is requested. This has happened a few times when Ive asked for one. I dont look disabled but I have arthritis in my lower back and I am currently waiting for a heart transplant so I am physically unable to walk the store due to its size. I had previously complained to a manager but its obvious that they are not talking to the entire staff about the issue. They do not seem to care about making the effort for customers! Very frustrating and disappointing. Now I only go when absolutely necessary. Only for items I cant find anywhere else. I take my business elsewhere.

The auto service department has something to be desired. I took my car in for an oil change and was told about an hour to an hour and a half. When I returned an hour and 15 minutes later there were three more cars ahead of me and told it would be about another hour and a half. Terrible unfriendly staff that does not care. Not even sorry!
