Friendly staff and great coffee. Love that I can travel anywhere and I always get the same exceptional service and beverages.

The service at Starbucks is hit or miss. Snd its not bc the employees. They are always great. But the constant being out of coffees. Flavors. Cups. Covers. Sugars etc....I get there are issues bc covid. But it just shows how disorganized the company is snd dint support their employeesCoffee taste is ok. But always burnt tastes. Way better options snd quality other places

I met a friend there whom I hadnt seen in about 4 years. It was a convenient place to meet and we enjoyed our hot chocolate with peppermint.

I tried to call and complain but no answer. And couldn’t leave a voicemail. I was at the drive thru this morning about 5:08am and I ordered what I usually order. Well whoever made my drink made it horrible. I couldn’t go back as I had to be at work. I would like a drink credit . It is the mocha cookie crumble frap. Grande

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the crew that worked this morning (August 11th 2021) for holding it down! With the West allis power outage that left many people wandering into starbucks, and with the other starbucks down the street being closed for most of the morning, this crew really stuck it out. I had to be here for some hours to work from my laptop while the power was being restored, and I never once heard anybody yell at eachother out of frustration. They remained positive and up beat and made sure to greet every customer that entered their lobby! They worked together while being under intense pressure! You all did an amazing job and I give you huge kudos! I hope you all get a SPECIAL gift from your managers or corporate for being so amazing during this community crisis! THANK YOU!

Starbucks is Starbucks. Professional friendly staff and everything is what you would expect . Oh and this summer, when you are all hot and crazy from driving around, they make a mix of teas ( i prefer black )`and lemonade. Get it without sweetners in it . It will revive you .

I went through the drive thru and the line was not too long the person who took my order was friendly and the person that checked me out and handed me my drinks was very nice.

Convenient place to grab a coffee or drink. Like most Starbucks, this one is in a decent location near the main street. The drive-thru 🚗 is little tricky -- when the line forms, you will need to leave a space in a couple areas to let traffic get through, which provides an opportunity for folks to cut in. Other than that, service was good 👍 and the coffee ☕, as expected.

Good customer service! Only gave it 4 stars b/c the lighting in and around the restaurant is soooo dim! The Starbucks sign is not lit, many of the parking lot lights are out. Other lights in adjacent lots are not on. Due to the pandemic we have been coming 2 -3 times a week. These same light have not been working for at least 2 months. It OFTEN looks closed when its actually open.

Usually this Starbucks is pretty good, today had me waiting outside their drive through window for 5 minutes just waiting for anyone to even come scan my card- just for them to come to the window and tell me they were out of the “cloud” powder, so they couldn’t make my drink. It p*sses me off they didn’t mentioned this when I ordered, and had me waiting outside the window for so long. There wasn’t a line, they didn’t seem busy.

Great place for crystals and reiki items. A bit small but they will be moving to a bigger location in same shopping center. Great quality. Good prices.

I got Food Poisoning from the Kale Mushroom Bites. I notified Corporate and they offered 100 but I was in hospital for a week the internal Dr saidbit was food poisoning.. Starbucks said they would get back to me. Its been 3 weeks and I have not heard from them.

This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. I ordered a cold brew coffee with sugar and almond milk. What i got was a coffee with granulated sugar on the bottom of the cup, the next 3/4 of the cup was pitch black coffee and then on top was the splash of almond milk. This coffee was not stirred at all and when i asked them if they could stir it they said cant i just stir it myself and that they cant take it back once they handed it to me. So then i ask for a stir stick so i can stir the granulated sugar in my coffee and then they say they are out of stir sticks. This kind of service is just unacceptable for the price that you pay. When i went to a different Starbucks and explained what happened they told me that when someone orders a iced or cold coffee that you are suppose to use the liquid sweetener. So i can understand how there could be a little bit of confusion but to give someone a cold coffee with granulated sugar and then not stir it at all is just absolutely absurd.

Gave me a well needed laugh and helped my day be a bit better.- i hope this gets to his managers or something because i dont know how else to provide positive feedback for specific employees who deserve it. I went through the drive thru this morning and Nicole took care of me. I always order a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra cream. Lately, baristas haven’t been putting the extra cream in my drink, but Nicole realized the coffee was still very dark and asked me if I’d like more cream. I really appreciated that she made sure I was satisfied and I didnt even have to ask. Their employees are always kind to me, but I believe Nicole’s kindness and effort shouldn’t go unrecognized!

I went here during the peak of the morning rush, drive thru line was 15 deep and I went into the store. I had my entire order completed in 3 mins and I was out the door! The folks working were so fast but effortlessly smooth. I am so glad that I stopped here

Coffee standard, prefer my cappuccino made at home. I used to love their banana nut bread but to me it no longer tastes homemade.

All the positive comments are well-deserved. This is, by far, the best Starbucks of any I have been to throughout the United States. Their coffee is better, as are their lattes, and other special drinks. And for the past few years, the staff has been beyond reproach. Adam, Sarah, Paige, Elle, and Cathy are not only the best baristas, but also the kindest. Its also a great place to work -- spacious and one of the few Starbucks that still has cushy easy-chairs.

Perfect service. Perfect coffee,frappe and latté. Employees are awesomely respecful. The orders are never mixed up . Just perfect.

A good selection of flavored coffee s to choose from or even regular coffee or tea if you prefer. A relaxing atmosphere to visit with friends, discuss business, or even study. They offer a few breakfast items and a selection of pastries.

Cold brewed coffee here is great. And you can get just about any kind of espresso drink in the known universe. Chai lattes are truly wonderful. This one is easy to get in and out of, despite being on a busy road. The drive through is pretty fast, though theyve refused to serve me at the drive through when I was on a bicycle. The patio is nice on summer days.

This Starbucks is probably the best one that I have ever been to! The Service is fantastic and the employees are stellar - Specifically Sarah and Page! They are some of the nicest people that I have met and do an awesome job! There are a ton of Starbucks locations that I can choose to go to that are much closer but I choose this one ever time!

Customer service is amazing

The employees here know their stuff, and make every drink as if their lives depend on it. They can handle complicated orders easily and are always open to remaking drinks if it is wrong without complaining once.

Baristas here know theyre a busy store and act in the fashion. Also I believe this is the only Starbucks that hasnt given me a bad drink in the area. Interior is always clean too.

Enjoyed an indulgent ham, egg and swiss sandwich, served on a toasted, buttery, croissant type bun. Delish. The decaf I ordered had enough caffeine in it to keep me awake at night. Other than that, I liked it. Plank tables, lots of windows, comfortable coffee shop ambiance. Busy place at 10:30a.m.

It was quite and nice. No Blaring lights even with being so chose to hwy 100 it was nice inside. We didnt have to wait forever for your drinks. Every thing was made right and they were really nice. Only thing I didnt care for was they were treating one of the people working there like a dog. I felt really bad for him. But it wont stop me from going there again but if they keep treating people like animals ill just find a different Starbucks.

The music and just general noise was SO loud you couldnt hear your companions talk. There were only a few people in there, so it wasnt others making the nose. I used to get a frappacinno from the secret menu (20 oz) for under $5. For the smallest size she wanted $7. I said forget it!! Ill go to dairy Queen and get 2 Blizzards for that! One of our party left due to a headache. Another said he had one too. Sorry Starbucks. This is the second location that has the music so cranked you cant concentrate or talk to conmpanions. And the cost is just rediculous now. She wouldnt swipe my gold card either as I wasnt paying with it, so I didnt get any points. Good bye Starbucks!

This location and the one on Greenfield and Moreland are my go-to coffee shops. They really need a bigger lot though. I think anyone that gets stuck at the end of the drive thru line knows what Im sayin.
