The people here at this location are the best. Was told by another location to come in and make a payment (Kelly from Buffalo Grove). Check out her review at that location. But here at this location Noemi is the manager here and she is the most helpful and kind person you would like to meet. She has help me with other location with the best attitude. The other person I met here and at another location is Kanell he is a person that goes to different locations to work. He too is kind, caring and very funny. He can put you in a good mood quickly. This place will steal your belongings and act like they know nothing. My truck was stolen out of multiple times. And also if you have outside parking their spaces have absolutely no room. So better hope the people next to you know how to drive!!! Carrie the manager also stated she wasn’t “groundskeeper” so she doesn’t know what goes on for outside storage.

Average storage place. The woman upfront is VERY rude. Knows nothing of customer service. She sees that you need help but will sit behind the door and watch you thru the glass. Also I made a scheduled appointment to move in and even though she saw me waiting at the office, she continued to ride around the lot on the golf cart like a simpleton. I found the customer service at my West Allis, WI location to be GREAT and easy, efficient. The facility seems well maintained and clean, the rep was really nice to deal with and she was professional. One thing that is a bit odd to me is that the company isnt set up to send its renters payment reminders through email or text-this would have lead to a 5-star rating from me. Ultimately not their problem if you forget to pay, but in this day and age it just makes sense-not to mention, most people just forget and the items stored are very important to them. I was 4 days late (slipped my mind this month) on payment and went to pay and had a warning of auction on my account and didnt realize it. Its great to have this type of storage service out there, but I definitely look forward to not needing it.

We went in on a Sunday to see about renting a storage unit. We had an emergency situation we were dealing with. Melinda helped us get things set up quickly. She was kind and caring. We did not really know exactly how much we were going to need to store. Upon arriving with our items we realized that the unit we rented would be too small. Melinda quickly cancelled the unit and rented us a larger one. She made it very easy for us. We are grateful for her help that day.
