Nobody in the office the whole day and didnt return my calls for many hours when I was on a limited time frame to clean out two units I won at auction.

The facility is very clean and the manager lynnette was super friendly and helpful! Unfortunately old manager was not and I was pleasantly surprised to receive excellent service and decided to keep my unit!!!

Recently switched operation from CubeSmart to ClearHome. So any auto-pay that was setup through CubeSmart will not be applied. Found this out after being told my payment was late and talking with the people from CubeSmart. Wouldve been good to communicate the change in operation and to reach out to existing customers and let us know that manual intervention would be needed in order to stay current on payments.UPDATE:Communication came through that the facility has changed management, all five duplicate emails came two days after I got the delinquent payment email and called cubesmart to find out that they do not run the facility.

I had it for a month and a half and get it ready to close it out hopefully nothing has been stolen of mine and they make you get insurance the prices are reasonable very nice staff very kind nice place to go if youre trying to get a self storage near that area

They promote it as the first month is free, instead of telling you the first month will be at a low price, and giving you the dollar amount. Its not free because, you have to pay for a lock, for insurance, and administration fee. The service was fair, and Crystal was extremely helpful, especially with the only issue that I have, and that is:customers are ALWAYS blocking the entrance. This place should have more than one entrance. Note: also they do not have a Grace. So you cannot be one day late on your payment. You will be locked out of your storage and the facility. And have to pay $20 as a late fee, on top of your monthly storage fees. But honestly After experiencing them and finding out more about this company I would have never went there and I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone to.

The Gentleman Employee who took care of me on that day on the 20th of November was Professional..... He was the only one there and it wasnt his regular location, dealt with multiple people coming and going...With this covid issue he did a fantastic job separating times for each customer....Had to be patient but it was worth it...Thank you for getting me all setup 👊👍

Jennifer (manager) is so kind, she even stayed after hours so that we could finish loading before we did the paperwork. Talk about above and beyond. Earlier when I spoke with James it was also very pleasant and he was very informative.However, besides the great customer service the facility itself is quite well designed and maintained. I drove a full 10 ft truck plus my car on a tow trailer with no issues. Really, its about as good as having to unpack a truck could get.Conclusion, I highly recommend.

This place is awesome! Reserved my storage unit online. Received a phone call from Jennifer in less than half an hour about it. Went down to the place to sign paperwork. Jennifer took me out to show the unit to me and explained the rules. Jennifer has a great bubbly personality and is very funny and helpful. Jennifer explained the best options for insurance and the locks that they sell also with insurance. Signing paperwork was quick and easy. Place is nice, clean, and well maintained, one of Jennifer’s pet pevies. Easy to come in and out of the place. Being this is my first experience renting a unit I am highly impressed and had all concerns put at ease. I highly recommend this place and will come here again.

My husband and I visited this location basically just to view the units for a possible rental. We were met by the manager James Collins. He is such a personable, knowledgeable and patient person. After discussing what size would suit us best he took us to tour that available unit. We were impressed with the facility that it very secure, well lit, impeccably clean and easy to access. Then we saw the unit, it was the cleanest storage unit I have ever seen. On the spot we were sold. And the price was very competitive. Honestly I can’t say enough about this place. I feel confident our belongings will be safe and I look forward to interacting with the staff (especially James) when and if needed.

Amazing service and so clean! New facility, pest free and secure. We opted for the full climate control, and feel so good about our items being so safe. We had to move unexpectedly, so it was reassuring that this place was so close to our original home. I highly recommend to anyone that needs to store things short or long term, prices are extremely competitive.

I am impressed with the customer service here. The store manager was very willing to help in notifying me of all the available discounts and rates. The new building is very pleasant and the daily complimentary snacks in the office is a plus! Also, the location is very convenient within the city limits. My wife and I used this place to store some clutter while selling our house, rented the unit for about 6 months. Staff was always nice and helpful and the place was always clean. We found the prices to be the best at the time we were looking.

Extremely quick rental. Very clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really like the 24hr access. Very reasonable prices. Carts available to move gear. Id buy your own lock as they only sell an overseas generic lock on site. But looks to be a very secure facility. In the west allis area this is the best option Ive found.

I was not sure I needed the unit or not, but James call was prompt and helpful, so I went with the storage container. The experience was quick and easy, and James friendly and helpful nature, made the experience of storing some of my passed mothers things go well. Jennifer and Hames deserve the highest customer service ratings available. My boyfriend, Gerald M. Brettschneider and I are happy that we have beautiful units indoors and outdoors, and we are moving more indoors. There is lighting outdoors and indoors in the units. Many other facilities do not have this luxury. We love renting here. Chad is a good district manager as well.
