Alpina b6 wasnt running right after 135mph it wouldnt accelerate. After plugs and a dyno tune jordan and his team had the car running perfectly. Had the car up over 150mph and its a monster.

24 days without delivering my tune before I finally demanded a refund. Completely unprofessional. Be prepared for very unclear instructions and waiting then waiting and waiting again. Dont dare inquire about the wait or you will wait longer.

I brought my bmw here for a tune. Jordan the owner took my bmw and after the tune my car has multiple issues and the owner does not want to be responsible for it.

I had an appointment for 10am 6/24/20 for NGK spark plug install for $200 and have my M3 F80 put on the dyno to see what numbers I would make for $200.My friend was able to install the spark plugs at night 6/23/20. I emailed RK tunes in the am letting them know that I just needed to get the car put on the Dyno. I get there and I confirm that I just need my car on the Dyno. After 45 minutes of waiting around Jordan tells me he’s not going to put my car on the dyno because the appointment was for spark plug install and putting the car on the Dyno. He had workers that would have installed the spark plugs and he himself would do passes on the Dyno but because he wasn’t going to get $400 total he told me he wasn’t going to put my car on the dyno. He basically told me to leave after I drove my car all the way to Long Island from Westchester, NY.I didn’t want to waste my time so I gave him an extra $100 and paid $300 total to have my car put on the dyno.My gripe is how he approached the situation. The money isn’t an issue because for me I would rather pay $100 bucks than to drive all the way down there for no reason.He was tactless and unprofessional in his approach. Otherwise the service was fine.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a tune, exactly what I wanted and awesome customer service. Responds very fast and helpful with any questions.

Very responsive. Had problems with my cable on car. They happily took my ECU, flashed it in house and we were all set. Called me after hours to make sure we were ok and that everything went well. You do not get service like this anywhere else these days... I would definitely recommend RK Tunes.
