Royalty auto repair is the most amazing and reliable repair shop on long Island. I was in thr process of buying a used car and I used royalty auto as my subject matter expert before I signed the dotted line, Patrick was able to point out key issues that needed to be repaired with his state of the art BMW scan tool. He was able to point out that the dealer was being shady and had recently reset the check engine indicator. So far I have no issues with the car. Royalty serviced it after my purchase and I have to say Im very thankful.

Royalty Auto Repair has saved my car and my sanity! Replaced my engine, my brakes, and just last week repaired the entire drivers side after a hit-and-run. Matched the paint, did a beautiful job, and then polished the whole car.Looks better than when I first bought it! All the while they work with class, integrity, and grace.

I went to New York and my car which I’ve never had any problems with would not start. I googled repair shops close by and got this one. I had my car towed there . This shop is family owned and the couple was very nice. The wife drove us to get food. Long story short I drove home and the car felt different it was loud and dragging. I took it to a mechanic who said that the shop who repaired my starter forgot to put back on my engine mount. They claimed they fixed it and Royalty paid the bill. The noise did not go away. I took it to another shop and I had to repair my engine mounts. When I called Royalty I felt as if he was denying even having anything to do with this problem. $400 for parts and $450 for labor all because this shop messed up and didn’t take full responsibility . Nice people but bad business practice. He knew it was his fault but he also knew I wouldn’t come back because I lived too far.

Royalty Auto is a nice friendly family owned and operated company. I took my 2013 Mercedes Benz in for wheel alignment and balancing. I was given a ride to the LIRR and was picked up later that evening. I am very pleased with their service.

Windshield ReplacementRoyalty Auto picked up my vehicle for the windshield replacement due to my hectic schedule, and returned my car after the work was complete. My windshield was replaced by Safe-light two years ago and Royalty noted that they had put in the wrong glass. My BMW is equip with rain sensors and automatic headlights that did not work after safe-light performed the work. Thanks to Royalty Auto, now everything works as it should and I have the right part for my car. When you want quality visit Royalty...

Take it from someone out of state(SC to be exact), this business is honest, knows their stuff and is very fair on price. I wanted to buy an old Jeep and found this deal online from a private seller. A friend up there recommended Royalty Auto to do an inspection. Patrick did a thorough inspection for only $100, more complete than I was used to, sent me a complete list of issues then talked to me on the phone for 15 min. about what he would do in that situation. No joke, if I drive to the area in the future visiting friends and theres anything that needs to be done to my vehicle, I will make a special point to go there. I know this guy is meticulous and reasonable and doesnt make costly errors.

I have been getting work done by this company for a little over a year now. Some of the services I have received include: a brand new A/C installation, front and rear brake changes, tire changes and rotations, oil changes, etc. My car hasnt been in such good shape since I brought it brand new in 2010. Their pricing is extremely reasonable! Ive never left feeling cheated or overcharged. Patrick and his wife are true professionals - and the other staff members are equally awesome. They are always keen on fixing my car in a timely fashion, so that I am not without my vehicle for long; I also find that they use premiere parts and products on my vehicle, which keep it running extremely well. I have been to several other places and have NEVER been this satisfied. I recommend this auto repair shop to everyone who needs work or regular maintenance of their vehicle.

Excellent service, good prices, fast service reliable, I bring my car to Patrick to fix it because I find out that I had put bad gas in my car. He replace my spark plugs and remove and install my fuel tank all that he did just with in a few hours and I couldn’t ask for better service then that I will definitely go back.
