Bought my bed and dresser here nothing but good customer service, will definitely be making future purchases

The first day he was so nice and welcoming, after we both the bedroom with the sets that included the mattress too, we got home and my daughter slept at night the mattress was bad, I called him and he said he’ll exchange it, the next day I took the mattress on the top of my car drove for 20 minutes and this guy wants us to pay $250 or $300 to get another one.I asked for a refund he didn’t give me the refund. Even tho he didn’t it at the beginning. He completely changed after we paid. It was unreal. I wanted to introduce this store to other friends and relatives but after his horrible attitude I would never.

I was having trouble finding furniture so many stores had end of November delivery dates.I called mark told him what I was looking for he called the factory and made it happen for me got my new furniture within the week. I’m extremely great full to mark he truly did right by me he’s a really nice guy and now I have a awesome good quality bed set and couch for a really good price...thanks again buddy

Mark was fantastic- this guy certainly knows his mattresses! I was able to describe to him what we wanted (a mattress with a lot of firm support but also comfortable that didnt make us hot at night) and he delivered the perfect mattress for me and my partner. Its been just over a week and we both agree- we have never slept better! We also purchased a captains bed frame and are super pleased with it as well- love the functionality and looks great in our home. His communication was fantastic as we were coordinating this all from a distance. From my first call with Mark to after delivery and set-up- we felt totally taken care of.

I made a purchase for a sofabed earlier in the year, but after a few months the bottom was starting to come off. I called Beds N More and they were immediately responsive with repairing my sofa. The owner personally called me and gave me a furniture repair who was responsive and scheduled to repair in quick turnaround time. I am very happy with Beds N More for their professionalism and putting the customer first.

I bough the last year a leather sofa and bedroom set. The day of the delivery the footboard was broke. 3 months later they send another one new where this was broke too.The sofa 3 months old the paint started peel off. I called the owner many times for the replacement and I have been waiting for 8 months. I dont recommend to buy anything at beds n more ( 358 sunrise hwy west Babylon).The owner sent a technician to try to fix the sofas, and the guys found a very very good solution. He just applied spray paint . It never happened before where any company send you something broke y they just try to fix it, where i bought them new ????.

Major Theif, liar, deceptive advertiser. Posts ads for 79.00 quality mattress he doesnt have. Gives me a mattress made for a childs futon for someone not weighing more then 150 lbs, i am 260 lbs I am a big man and he knows that he sees me and speaks to me in store. Sells me mattress he says retails for more then 200 which actually retails for 129.00 and sells it to me for 125.00 plus tax. I get home and put it down and lay down and i sink to the bottom of the mattress so i am laying on the box spring. Real thief, Beware of this guy....very shady sales and advertising practices. if i could i would give him minus 10 stars. ruined my night and my back, he shouldnt be in business
