I usually always bring my car here after I do my suspension work on my cars to get an alignment or to buy tires. They always do an excellent job. What made this experience different? I just did a lift kit on my Jeep and they took there time with it even though it was giving them a little trouble (rust). They test drove after the alignment and the technician was not satisfied and readjusted everything again. Usually most places turn you down once you modify the suspension, but the staff/technicians here are always up for the task. Keep up the good work and thank you!

I went there once and asked if they could replace a brojen headlight. They told it would take two hours. Probably wouldve charged me two hours of labor to do a five minute job. Sorry but my friend could do it in ten minutes tops

This is absolutely a bad mechanic shop by far. I wish I could give a zero star.I just went to this shop yesterday. They guy who did the installation for my car alternator. Did a poor job because the connection to the alternator wasnt tight enough and my car stopped in the middle of the road on my way back to the city. The price at which they perform their job is way too high. I never had any problem with my car after servicing. This is the first time ever I had problem with a mechanic shop. They dont know what they are doing. Nobody is experienced enough to know what the real problem with your car is?

Very happy customer here!!! Just had 2 tires installed and I couldn’t be happier. They’re super nice guys (all of them) and really know their stuff. Not only that, but I have a Hyundai (2009 Sonata) and they have the proper tools to scan the TPMS sensors, totally a bonus! They also have the newer equipment for properly “road force” balancing the wheels....Not only were my old tires worn, but the last guy who touched my front-end either didn’t have the correct machine or really just didn’t know what he was doing. Now my car doesn’t pull to the right and my steering wheel doesn’t vibrate like crazy @ highway speeds anymore!!!!! I feel safe again! I WILL be coming back! Thank you so much to the guys here at Firestone, I appreciate it! Will also be recommending to friends and family!

Had to have a tire replaced that was covered by road hazard insurance. Allie, the service manager was awesome. She made the whole process go smoothly and kept communication open. My first time at this location but will be back due to the outstanding level of service I received.

So I went to Firestone because my check engine light was on after work. I wasn’t asking them to fix it. Just simply asking the guy to check the code and send me on my merry way. I was told that he could not do it because the “guys” who do diagnostic work were about to leave and he was “forbidden” to ask them to help me out before they left. Meanwhile I brought my car to Advanced Auto Parts and the woman at the desk said “the guy” at Firestone couldn’t help you. I am a girl and I know how to check engine codes. Just goes to show that the Firestone guy was too lazy to go outside and help a woman out with her car. Will never do business with them and will tell all my fellow community friends not to go there as well.

Excellent service ! The manager Anthony Landolfi made sure my car received the correct oil, checked the tires with recommendations. They kindly placed my new registration sticker for me. Highly recommended family and friends !

I want to thank (NOT) this facility... My daughters friend came down for the weekend but picked up a screw in her tire. My son-in-law dropped off the car around 10am.. Shortly thereafter my daughters friend received a phone call that her grandma passed away.. Obviously se wanted to get him right away.. My daughter called and explained the situation. The woman said shed get the car in next. It was a PATCH job. 10 minutes.. Max.. 1:45pm my daughter calls to see if the car is ready.. The guy says I told them Id do it went I got to it. Needless to say I advised them to pull the car out and find someone with some empathy who will do it right away.. Lost a customer for life here.. Not to mention those we suggest to go elsewhere..

Ally at Firestone is the pirmary reason I will come here. She has excellent customer service experience and ensures that the customer has all issues addressed. When we had an issue with our tow she worked with us to get the our truck looked at. We had issues with the company and thanks to her information I was able to share with my insurance company. We recently bought in our truck for tire issue and they were able to repair it without overcharging.

Great service. Went to the one in West Babylon yesterday and Ally was completely honest and so helpful to me. Definitely would recommend going here and seeing Ally.

Not professional. I took a half day off from work to go there. I had a online appointment at 4 pm. They cancelled appointment at 3:50pm. It is not acceptable.

The service is fairly quick,oil change, but the person at the counter who you 1st meet looked like,and acted like he couldnt care less whether you were there or not. Poor customer service.

Not very happy with this service.. Didnt properly rotate tires.. Had to wait till they did. Also they dont install parts that you bring them. Had to buy expensive brake pads for no reason.... Only go here if you dont have another choice..

Buy your tires here. Do not pay the balance fee. Have them balanced, maybe even mounted somewhere else.Bought 4 tires at the best price in the area, even beating tirerack.Was getting vibration at speed. Brought it back a week later, they said all wheels were out of balance, but that they fixed it. So now my brand new wheels were balanced twice in a barely a week. Was still getting vibration, they said I had 3 damaged rims.I go to kwikwheels, they find minor bend on one rim and ALL tires still out of balance.

Ive had mostly good experiences here. HOWEVER. Last time I went in, I had a couple slow leaks in my tires. I knew for a fact that one had a bad patch in it. But the guys here at Firestone told me they couldnt find any issues (despite the tires consistently losing ~15 PSI overnight). I went to a different shop and they immediately found the problem (the patch on one tire was bad, and the other tire wasnt mounted correctly).The kicker is my tires were last installed by a Firestone location... guess I wont be coming back to get new tires from these clowns.

Two days in a row we called to get a tired plugged and both times they failed to keep the appointments. The second time they didn’t even have it in computer and they had nerve to throw an attitude ... “I don’t have time for this!” Seriously that was their response. Mind you we had called and made an appt!! If they can’t even take an appointment right I wouldn’t trust them with fixing a car right. Too many other options out there to be disrespectful, especially when Firestone was at fault.

Really disappointed with the work on my car. Lifetime alignment, but they didnt align it. Other franchisee were reluctant to fix the problem also. I found out a private mechanic found what they didnt fix - $$$$. Thats what its about. Respect would have netted my business.

Now this firestone here is so good I travel from ValleyStream just to come here, It is worth every mile I drive. Not only are these guys friendly they show true class, with a fiery ambition for professionalism. This spot here is not only where you can bring your car, but this is a business you can trust with your life. Last time my headlight went out I got a new 1 for $74 a friend out it in,,called firestone today 1/10/18 they want $194 for bulb and 112 for labor 306+tax,,,,,yeah i think ill pass,,,really need to make 120+ off jusy selling me a bulb ha LMAO
