I would give zero stars if I could.... Everyone is clueless there they all have something different to say. They tell me i can upgrade my phone for 830 off and to come back the next day i come back with my hopes up all ready to buy it then the manger comes out and says you cant do a trade in you have a dot in the front its cracked what a scam... Manger was extremely rude and does not train his workers right very unprofessional there and bad customer service worst company.

BEWARE.....do not go to this franchise Sprint store. They give you one price for your monthly bill and then it’s $100 more every month. The manager Andrew never responds to phone calls and lies about taking care of it. He took my cell phone for the “clean slate” program and never gave me the money for it so I’m out the phone and the money I owe the other carrier. I also never received the $400 gift card and he said he put his email down after questioning him for 5 months about it. He said he emailed Sprint and 5 months later they never responded..... um yeah this place is very shady. All they want is the commission and promise you the world and they are far from delivering. I am reporting them to Sprint and the BBB.
Over all Great Sales reps. My son & I got our phones and everything was transferred. As for when getting a hold of the DM its like pulling teeth. The man is a fruad and runs you around circles as if he is NEVER WRONG!..Acts as if hes MR big shot but never Addresses the problem!!! I would rather Talk to Sprint Directly than getting a hold of Garick hes a Fraud!!

Do yourself a favor and do not go here. They will promise you the switch is seamless but has nothing but problems me and my wife did the switch and even though her name is on the account they wouldnt do anything for her if I wasnt in the store. Then when I go there the manager Gail is talking cheap about my wife to the other employees.this stores customer service is terrible stay away
I did an upgrade and wanted to add a line for my daughter. I was told that they charged 160 for sale tax and I was told I will BE getting accessories to compensate for the sales tax. I received no invoice for paying the sales tax and Gabe the store manager told me that he will email it, later I saw sale tax on my phone on my monthly bill and I called customer care to tell them that I paid sales tax in store and in return they told me that they DO NOT CHARGE SALES TAX ON A PHONE and thats a fraud. I have not yet received my money back and I would be reporting the store to the better business bureau and sprint told me that this is not a corporate location as far as my knowledge this is a complete fraud and this store should be SHUT DOWN
I had the most amazing experience with Gabriel and Fabio they were so helpful with my new phone and They also hooked me up with an iPad for my daughter !!AMAZING SERVICE AND I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Do not go to this store. There is a sprint corporate store in Bayshore which is 15 minutes or less from this one. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Thank me later.

This store does fraud they charge sales tax on phones and say the screen protector and case is free but they are really just charging for the accessories sales tax does not happen in sprint the manager andrew was a terrible help i returned a line that was not needed then a week later my phone went missing in shipping to the warehouse and now i have to pay 760 for a phone i was never responsible for after returning it he probably sold my phone somewhere else
To many cellphone stores to close together. You dont need to have 2 to 3 cellphone stores on one block all on the same side of the street.
