If you ever have any concerns about going her to find the perfect glasses for you, I assure you that the staff has your back. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and they take the time to assure that all your demands are met. Sue really blew me away with how unbelievably phenomenal she was. I spent hours looking for glasses I believe would fit me but in an instant she helped me pick out glasses that not only am I madly in love with but also fit my facial features. With 35 years of experience, Sue knows what she is talking about and told me factors that were important in picking out my glasses that I didn’t even think like the lens thickness, thickness of the frames, the shape of the glasses and on how a lighter color on the inside the frames would give a better glow to my skin. I can’t wait to come back to get new glasses because I know I am in good hands!

This place was fantastic! As soon as I walked threw the door they immediately took me in the back for the eye exam. Dr Lee was so sweet and she did a fantastic job explaining the process to me throughout the exam. After the exam when I went to look for frames the women came over to me told me what was covered by insurance and gave me some time to look alone she came to check on me after a few minutes and when I asked her opinion on frames she was eager to help. She definitely went above and beyond to help me choose and picked out many different frames for me to try on that she thought would look best on me and the best part was she was 100% honestly with her opinion and didn’t just say everything looked nice to be polite. She spent so much time with me making sure I was 100% satisfied with the frames I chose. During check out she showed me an itemized receipt and broke down all the charges and made sure I was okay with everything. I’m not sure what the woman’s name is but she was beyond fantastic. I would certainly recommend this place for their great customer service and help.

Amazing experience!!!I went to Davis Vision with my sister to pick out my new glasses. We spent roughly 35 minutes picking out frames we liked which was a struggle. Susan took a look at the frames we picked out and explained which shape and frame would suit our face and told us how and why the size and style made certain frames look good and feel comfortable on our face and why other didn’t. I never understood the mechanics of it before and she explained it so well. Afterwards she brought me and my sister more frames that she’d recommended for us and I fell in love with 2 of the 5 she picked out for me. I put on the frames and felt and saw the difference in my face because it was a shape and style I’d never go for because I thought it didn’t suit me but I was wrong. She really is an expert and you could tell she loved the process of finding people the best frames. It made me super comfortable and happy. She was such a joy!! I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

The customer service here is superb. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile, and friendly interaction from Erin. I received assistance from Sue, the Optician who helped me make the best decision for the eyeglasses I chose. She was very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and explained how the frames should complement my face. I am very pleased. I will be back and will tell others about the excellent service and large selections of glasses to choose from.

Sue was the best! She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and was very sweet and answered all of my questions. When I picked up my sunglasses, I had an issue with my vision in one eye (I have difficult eyes) and Bruce was able to figure out how to fix it by straightening the frames more and it fixed everything. He was super helpful and made sure I was happy before I left. This is the second time I’ve been here in the last two years and the staff has always been amazing. This was such a pleasant experience.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the superb service I received from Mr. George Maggio on a recent emergency visit. My son’s glasses broke, and I only had a half hour to bring them in before the store closed. I was only expecting to drop them off for repair, but was pleasantly surprised when George went above beyond to ensure that I went home with a pair that night. Even though the store was nearing closing time, and the frames I needed were unavailable, George took the extra time to select a replacement pair of frames, and meticulously adjusted them to meet my son’s needs. He remained patient, professional and pleasant for the duration of my visit. Service like this is rare these days, and people like George deserve to be recognized for providing outstanding service! ❤️

Wow!!! Great service! I had an appointment and was taken in as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone was polite and helpful. Covid precautions were all taken and sanitizer was available throughout the location. The Optician, Susan, was super! She helped with my insurance and thoroughly went through all the options available to get me into the right pair of glasses. She was patient and friendly and really helpful.This is my go-to place for glasses. Always great service and quick turnaround.

Terrible customer service. go elsewhere. receptionist was sweet, doctor was curt and rushed through the exam so didn’t fit me appropriately for the contacts covered by my insurance. the older heavy set woman who was taking my order for contacts said i could either come back for another appointment later or on a different day to get fitted properly or pay out of pocket for the contacts the doctor fitted mefor.they literally sit for hours waiting to process one patient at a time because of covid- it’s amazing they don’t take the initiative to make sure to provide good service- i’m sorry my appointment made you have to put your magazine down.

My glasses broke one month, to the day, after the 1 year warranty expired - what luck, right? I now live 40+ minutes from this location, but the stores nearest me were unhelpful - unresponsive at best, snappy at worst. The gentleman at this location was helpful and patient the entire time, enduring my multiple phone calls and sending my records to other stores, so much so that I decided it was worth it to take the trip out here instead of trying to deal with locations closer to me. I don’t often leave reviews, positive or negative, but I want to give credit where credit is due. I absolutely won’t be going to any other location, the service just doesn’t compare. He got me set-up with what I need and I’m looking forward to my new glasses arriving!

Took my daughter to pick up her glasses earlier today. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and my daughter was given a seat and was able to fit her glasses. Cant remember the associates name (guy with the great beard) but he made my daughter feel so comfortable and had her smiling the entire time, even upgraded her glasses case. My frames were really bent out of shape. Went to vision works because the frames were under the warrantee. The woman who helped me took her time to ensure the frames were perfectly straight. The other staff working in the store were also extremely friendly. Highly recommend this location for all your vision needs.

Great service. Been going here for years and never have had a problem. I went to America’s Best by accident because their number comes up first on google when you search for Davis vision. I went three times to America’s Best and the Doctor was rude. I ended up cancelling my order from America’s Best and made an appointment with Davis Vision and couldn’t be happier.

Went here for my exam the doctor was very thorough. Nikki helped me after and helped me pick out my glasses I will be returning after I find out if I need cataract. The whole staff was friendly as well highly recommend!

I went here just to have my glasses re adjusted I wasn’t even a patient here but Nikki who helped me was awesome. She changed my nose pads at no cost and completely re aligned my glasses since my daughter completely bent them. I thought they were actually broken but she showed me that it just takes a little effort in being handy with fixing things she than asked if I had insurance and I came to realize I can go here next time for my appointment . I will be coming back when I’m eligible in the fall for my appointment thank you for being so helpful !

Dr yang was so very nice and took her time to explain my issues with my vision. Nicky was very informative on the different lenses that are available. She explained everything. I definitely recommend the babylon location.

Not only did they have to call me three times to obtain my personal information because “it was not in the system”, I sat there 45 mins after my appointment time waiting to see the doctor before I finally got up and left. They couldn’t even give me an approximate wait time — instead I was forced to listen to the staff shove google surveys down their customers throats the entire time. Note to management: if you want to procure true, unsolicited feedback, you should teach your team about customer service.

9/14/2019:UPDATEThje GM contacted me directly to address the concerns at my visit. From speaking to him, it is noted that customer service is key for him. By me knowing the customers and hearing our voice matters, it makes me feel reassured to return.I have been coming here for year,s but as the years passed the primary reason I come is the optometrist we have been fortunate to have. This appointment I had was the most disappointing since being a patient of this office. It is also disappointing that I make an appointment and have to wait an additional 45 minutes to see the doctor and wait an additional time for the optician specifically one who I feel intentionally that will not look or acknowledge me. They were not able to find my sons records and when I made the appointment. I told them he was a patient for years. I am confused on why there is such an issue in this. The insurance is the same and it was so long because it added more unnecessary time due to not finding his records.The staff comes and goes with those who are always friendly and those who I feel are not. There is one specific when coming basically tunes everyone out and won’t acknowledge you. I can say that I was at the desk for about 15 minutes and would not even look or acknowledged me. Yet she was acknowledging others as they came in. I feel that even though it is it her role she can at least offer to get help. Personally, I have come that when here I prefer not to work with her. She is distant and cold with not options to make suggestions. If the job description include finding frames and suggesting what looks good it be nice.
