I broke a lens in my prescription sunglasses. I went to the Pearle Vision on Montauk Hwy in West Babylon. I was immdiately waited on by a knowledgeable person, (doctor was available but not needed). He gave me a choice of frames and prices. He made sure I got every discount I qualified for. He promised delivery in 5 days, and when I returned, the glasses were ready and waiting. I will return to this Pearle Vision for all my eyeware needs.

Pleasant experience all around. Initially made an appointment online, had to call to change it and the person on the phone was helpful and very nice. I was taken right on time for my appointment. The doctor was very thorough; my prescription can be on the tough side and I feel like he took his time making sure it was correct. He also advised me about a condition Im at risk for developing since I do have such a high prescription. Ive had a high rx my entire life and had never been told this information so happy to know about it now. The girl who helped me pick out new glasses was great, shs made sure I got ones that fit my face properly and looked nice as well. I cant remember her name, Im sorry, but thank you! Would recommend for new glasses, they have a very wide variety of styles, brands, and prices.

I haven’t been able to find a good pair of glasses in years! I have a petite face and usually have to shop in the kids section to get a pair that fits my face. In the past I went to Lens Crafters and my experience was not only extremely expensive but HORRENDOUS. I can’t even use those glasses from LENS CRAFTERS because they fall off my face. I’d constantly go back and get them adjusted only to last a day and then fall off my face again. The staff at Lens Crafters blamed ME. My wife had the exact “same”-experience at Lens Crafters.I decided to try another place and after going to several eye glass places and being dissatisfied I was giving up.On my way home I saw PERAL VISION IN WEST BABYLON. Thank God I walked in there!Victoria was AMAZING!! She not only helped me pick out an incredible pair of glasses that I can not wait to wear but she walked me through my insurance.I never dealt with a place so honest and professional. By the time I was leaving I felt like I was dealing with family!!!Victoria and her staff took great care in ensuring I get the glasses for my personal needs. She remains focused on one client at a time, listening carefully and making suggestions that are specific to that client. Andrew makes everyone happy. My first visit here and well overdue. I called first to see if I needed an appointment, and I had questions about my insurance. Olivia, the young lady who answered the phone was so very pleasant, answered all my questions and then some. The doctor was also great!!!! Ive never needed glasses before but Pearle Vision in West Babylon made it a great experience. The eye exam was very detailed and the staff was great. Andrew was beyond amazing! When I had an issue with the progressive lens (nothing that they did wrong) he was very patient and understanding.

I made my appointment online and when I arrived Dr Sigman was ready for me. There was no wait time in fact he had to wait for me to finish paperwork. Dr Sigman either has a very dry sense of humor or just direct but he made me giggle and made me feel like I was in good hands. I appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and concerns. Once he completed his exam, Brianna assisted me with picking out my new frames. She was patient and provided great feedback on what styles looked best. Brianna took her time to explain all of my options and did not try to push me into getting anything I didn’t want. Overall it was a good experience.

Went there to get a pair glasses, cost me $404 for glasses. Waited 2 weeks for my prescription, but than the Prescription was wrong and I Already paid in full. So than the Tech Joseph was nice enough to Order me another pair of Lenses that is correctly lined up.Went home and I was waiting for Joseph to call me.2 weeks later someone stole my new Glasses at work. So I called to see if my glasses (lenses) are ready and also tell them that unfortunately I lost my glasses and I would pay for the lenses if they can let me use an old Frame.Joseph said let me talk to the owners and than will get back to you. That did not happen, so today I called to check if he has an answer for me. His answer that I have to pay another $400.00 for the lenses. It’s not there fault that I lost my Glasses and that they can’t do anything for me except may be lower the price to $320.00The bottom line I will never ever use Pearl Vision Again, this my fourth pair I get from them, and that’s how they treat me.Greedy Vender. I will never refer them or do business with them again. Bad experience, bad customer service I am very disappointed with whole experience.

This Pearle Vision was nothing short of excellent customer service from the sales associates, and the doctor. Jackie G was extremely helpful as well as the other sales associates. Jackie, other sales associates and the doctor made sure I didnt leave unhappy. They were all so friendly which was why I was able to continue my purchase on my Mont Blanc glasses. Patient and kindness is a key to customer satisfaction. The doctor suggested I get my old glasses out to compare what Was wrong with the glasses instead of guessing. He wanted to analyze the problem and prohibit any further issues with my new pair. Great experience here.

Our last visit to Pearl Vision, West Babylon, was extremely delightful. All the personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. Since wearing glasses for many years, this is the first time that our family feels like were not wearing any type of corrective lenses at all. We recommend Pearl Vision in West Babylon highly and will be returning next year for our annual vision check up.

Only those who know how painful it is when you suffer from a corneal infection or tear from contacts, could understand the importance of having a pair of glasses on hand,,,Well, here I was, no glasses to be found, in a lot of pain, and literally blind as a bat!! Well, thank God, I found these angels Victoria, Andrew and staff at Pearl in West Babylon!!! We walk in 7:55, they close at 8, they not only helped me find a fabulous pair of glasses, THEY insisted they would stay late to cut the lenses right then and there so I could have them IMMEDIATELY!! They were so compassionate and kind, I can not say enough about their service and great variety of eyewear, I will never go anywhere else!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! 😁

This place is an absolute failure! The actual receptionist and manager was nice but the doctor was very disrespectful and inappropriate with my daughter! I do not recommend this place unless your ok with a very inpatient doctor that cares very littleFor his patients as much as he does for his pay check. Dr. Sigman is a rude, inpatient and miserable person that forced his finger in my daughter’s eye after she and I both told himNot to and she will do it on her own. In his rush to see us out after only being in his office for 8 min he forced my daughter’s-eye opened to do it himself. This behavior and treatment of patients is unacceptable! Disgusted with this Doctor!

I have to say that it was truly a pleasure the level of care and professionalism we received last night. My beloved wife was suffering to no end with her eyes. She decided right then and there that she had to go for the Lasix procedure. In the meantime she was in tremendous pain and discomfort. She new she had to get her hands on a pair of glasses immediately. We arrived ay Pearl vision 5 minutes to closing. First off at no point did we feel like we were being rushed and the owner Victoria was nothing but Gracious and empathetic. To make a long story short within 20 minutes my wife was given a great pair of glasses at an incredible price and we were on our way. Having a Business of my own it truly is refreshing to see people running there business with that degree of care and compassion. Great Job guys . I would highly recommend this establishment to others.

Great service. Came in with NO appointment,just a walk in,told them i didnt really have much time and the girl at the front desk said no problem i will try to squeeze you in asap 5 minutes later i was getting an eye checked by the Dr.,my only issue with the store is the layout,it makes it very awkward to check some frames on the wall due to the representatives desk location.Especially on the mens side,you have to squeeze between the desk and the wall.your butt will rub against the desk and not enough room to actually bend over to see the ones at the bottom. The up sale is a little too much,you sure you dont want the anti glare?,you sure? you are 100% SURE?,ok,but you are taking the tint RIGHT?,no? why not? is perfect if you use a computer,you REALLY REALLY need it,ok,NOW transitioning lenses are a must,you never have to take them off to go outside or inside,NO? really?,trust me will make your life easier,Ok,how about the anti chipping glass?....... LOL but other than that theyre great! i do recommend this place!
