I had the opportunity to work with both Paul and Alesia from the West Babylon Cancos location. Not only were they informative and lovely to connect with but they really understood my vision and were able to help me piece it all together for my second floor bathroom. I highly recommend this store for their unique tile options and level of service!

My pleasure to write this, Ive worked with the Babylon location several times over the course of the last year, especially in recent months on several projects. Paul and Alessia have consistently been fantastic in every way. Smithtown ( John S) and Hicksville and Farmingville have also been a pleasure- consistently professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, etc. certainly speaks well for the Cancos organization.

My husband and I had the delightful experience of having Alesia Hillman assist us with the selection and ordering of tile for our bathroom. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Alesia was able to make some great suggestions and give some very good advice. We needed to have our tile held for a short time, and she contacted us with updates. It was truly a pleasure working with her.

Excellent customer service (Alesia Hillman rocks!), beautiful products and reasonable prices. They will work with any budget. We used a Cancos-brand wood-look tile for our new bathroom and a reclaimed-wood style for our new kitchen. Love both of them! We also bought a beautiful shower wall tile for under $20/sq ft (see pics attached).

I had been to a few different tile places before going to Cancos. Luckily I went to the one in West Babylon and came across Alesia Hillman, who besides being cool as hell is absolutely AMAZING at her job. First up in my list of complex tasks for her was my master bathroom, with a wet area/steam room. She knocked that one directly out of the park. After this win, I needed a backsplash for my kitchen. I say Alesia, I need a strong tile as my kitchen is huge. To which she replies Check this out, it just came in and no one knows about it yet, itll go perfect with your colors. (see attached pictures) The color of my cabinets is a dark blue/gray but you cannot tell that from the pictures.Go talk to Alesia. Youll be amazed at what she can come up with.

I don’t usually write reviews but I HAVE to give a big shout out to Alecia! She has an eye for design. She makes shopping for tile fun and stress free. She takes my ideas and makes then even better, showing me different tiles that would work with each other that I would never have put together. She is the sweetest and she will go above and beyond to make sure you love your project, suggesting paint colors, etc! She first helped me with our bathroom Reno and now we’re working together for our kitchen. I won’t go anywhere else. Their prices are great (trust me I shop around) and their product is excellent quality (trust me, we’ve installed the cheap stuff).

We went to this store a bunch of times trying to plan our 2 bathrooms and our kitchen and Alesia was so helpful every single time! She was able to help us coordinate the tile for our rooms and they all look great!

We are renovating an entire home on the South Shore and have been working with Alesia for months on all tile / stone related parts of the project.
