This store is a decorators and hobbyists dream! Has picture frames and artificial flowers, art supplies, decor of any genre. Quite a busy place up in West bend.

Hobby lobby is quite the hot spot, it was quite busy with folks shopping for their next decorations or hobby. The shelves seemed to pretty stocked up and there are lots of Christmas items. Check it out.

I can always find a reason to spend $50 or more here. Staff is VERY helpful and courteous. Go and spend some time there!

Love going here, always have everything I could possibly need and more. Downside today was look at the items your buying because I was in line when I noticed a soap dispenser was chipped all over, went to grab a different one and every single one was chipped!

To creative people! … this is like a toy store! If you can’t find something interesting here to fill that creative urge … you may as well just stay home … there is always something you can do there.

Most things were 40-50 percent off. Store is full of beautiful things.

Always a fun place to visit to find things to create craft decorate holiday editions or just general arts crafts paints floral model planes for the kids science experiments home decor and so much more the list goes on and on and its always worth a fun trip to stop here in West bend. The store was very busy today but they had more than enough staff to handle everything and the busy checkout lines Glad we stopped.

This store has a big variety for all your needs. No groceries, but plenty of other items. Good selection.

I couldnt find what I was looking for and when the clerk showed me where it was they still werent the right items.

Even when theres nothing there, theres still stuff there. I bought paint supplies- all HALF OFF! I got a full acrylic painting set and two canvases for $30. I always mean to go here for decor and then completely forget! This and Marshalls are my two main squeezes in West Bend.

You know, as a kid I dreaded going to Hobby Lobby with my ma. But now as an adult I enjoy it. Its hard to run out of ideas for crafting here, and I always find what I need or a friendly employee that can help me. Very glad I finally came round to like Hobby Lobby.

I use to work here when I was a senior in high school, so Im partial to this being my go to place. Recently bought flowers here for my upcoming wedding, and was so appreciative of their selection. Cant go wrong with all they have to offer!!!

Their check out system is kind of lame. It takes forever and seems to leave room for human error. Over all the stores great tho

The manager and staff member were both very uncooperative. They have also gotten rid of their 40% off coupon which means youre paying a lot more than you would pay at any other store. if your staff make a mistake on measuring and someone brings it back and says it is cut wrong, you dont tell the customer you think they stole the extra yardage. Just a clue for you. Rudeness never wins. I will never return to a hobby lobby.

Waiting 20+ minutes to speak with someone to get a custom frame made, only to be ignored and then have them greet the other customer waiting behind me like Im not even there! Sadly this store has gone downhill.

This is a very nice Hobby Lobby. The store is well organized and orderly. The staff is helpful when needed and they dont get in your way.

Want to get ideas, and become an interior designer, get here! There are always sales, and if not- go online and type Hobby Lobby coupon and get your 40% off any one non sale item. Helpful staff also, bought a painting bigger than a human and the staff carried and loaded for me. Thank you!

This place is amazing!!! So much stuff for home decorations. I picked up an really nice plant stand from here on sale which opens three folds.

Good deals. However one of the portfolio pads i bought was cracked in the binder portion. Also, they do not offer gift receipts.

Did lots of shopping. Great sales on artwork, Christmas decor for the house. First time I have completed my Christmas shopping this early. Now to wrap it all, hoping to get great deals on wrapping paper there also.

Today my husband and I went to there around 1030 am this morning and we was line up for next cashier and I just look Christmas stuff since we are deaf and the manager was very nasty attitude toward me not unfriendly. It look like she threatened me to kick me out if I don’t stand where 6 foot marker. I don’t appreciate her.

Scott was very rude he told me the he didn’t have time for me but I’m a paying customer and he left the register to make a call and I had to wait for him very unprofessional.

I felt much more comfortable shopping at this location then the Oshkosh one. Sanitized carts and unsanitized were clearly marked.

Love this place. I could spend hours/days in there. They have so much more than just crafts. There was s home decor, crafts, material, books, paints, outside decorations, furniture. The staff was friendly and it is very large.

Busy...they always have something fun to get at a good price. Not open on Sundays so thats a bit of a damper.

Besides knickknacks, they have many projects and supplies for any number of activities. Could literally spend hours browsing from aisle to aisle. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff to assist people in finding items for specific hobbies. loads of deals. Discounted items and default 40 % off coupon on phone or app to make purchases reasonable.

Excellent customer service at this location. Terri went out of her way to help me while I was shopping with my toddler. She approached us and asked if she could carry large items to the register for me, twice. I appreciated her patience and help, and was able to continue shopping. Thank you, Terri!
