Somewhat disappointed, since it is a new store. The layout obviously didnt have any thought put into it. Automotive is on the opposite side of the store than the hardware. Food section is by the tires, which gives you a nice rubber smell when you food shopping.Happy we finally have a real Fleet Farm though.

Been shopping at Fleet Farm 20 years or so. Good bargains on basic home supplies, clothes, shoes, sports equipment, pet food and toys. Good prices on seasonal items. Snacks aisles will make you happy 😁. I always find something new or get an idea to solve a problem that department stores dont have. Fleet Farm is worth my trip from Brown Deer to Germantown. You will spend some time exploring first visit.

Could not find the size genes I wanted. Ask a sales person for help. She paged someone and I waited 10 minutes. Went to another person and told I was waiting and she said that person for that department is on break. I said forget it. Went to checkout and ask for a manger checkout person said was is it about? Had to explain everything to her in the checkout lane. 5 minutes later had to ask if the manger was coming? She said she will be right up. I left and it will be a long time before I come back.

Nice store. Great selection of choices of products. Friendly employees. I went here to purchase my new tires and had them installed. All went good, except they broke a clip off my tire to hold the hub cap on, and didnt tell me about it. They didnt even give me my hub cap back. They were going to replace the clip at a later date, but I never got it done.

Got some hunting clothes which were 20%off. They opened up additional lines for checkout.

The time has come for this store to start stocking items. When they first opened, I could excuse the fact that it was new and it would take time to get things in order. My last three trips came up empty on very common items found easily at any other store in West Bend. You could blame it on supply train shortages do problems of distribution or production however they seem to always have empty shelves.I suggest that you go the extra mile and drive to Germantown where management seems to have a handle on things.

The Mans Department Store. Enormous store. Good selection of outdoor and work clothing. Decent prices. Heavy duty and farm focused hardware section. Still stock AgriFab equipment. Carry Husqvarna power equipment.

Fleet farm carries a great variety of items. Prices are average and some good deals. Ethanal free, midgrade gas is convenient.

Came to the Auto Center to get some work done on my car. I had talked to somebody prior to coming in. Good prices on tires, good price on the front end alignment, the synthetic oil change was a little more expensive than Im used to, but I was very pleased with the service overall. My car got in right away because I had an appointment, so the wait time was not bad, either. Nice area to sit while you wait, and complimentary water or coffee, & Wi-fi. I would recommend their Auto Center because what they quoted me on the phone is what I paid, and lifetime warranty on the tires, and my car rides beautifully again.

I miss the old place on 33 but... This one is 100% better. The nostalgic smells from the 33 location have been replace with thst new car plastic smell. This place will make you want to buy stuff just because (in a good way).

We found great price on a Dehydrator! However, store entry doors say Facemask Required. The greeter welcomes you but not enforcing mask, as evident >50% of shoppers not wearing mask. Husband & I were in minority of shoppers & store staff wearing face masks.

Bought a ladder today. 8/22/21. I drove 25 miles to get it. My gutters was clogged. The staff was kind and helpful. Thank you for the respect.

Fleet Farm used to be my number one place to go to when I needed something. Since they put up the new store it seems like they have less inventory. Since the new store has be up I have made hundreds of trips hoping they would change. Half the time most of their automotive shelves are empty. They stock less and don’t carry a lot of the products they had at their old smaller store. The stores name is Fleet Farm. But they barley stock fleet or farm products. This store reminds me of Walmart with some fleet products and farm products……….

So much selection for everyones needs and affordable its the best one stop shop for everything

This is a new fleet farm and holy wow was it cool. The measuring stick for all future fleet farms for certain. Very cool place and layout, plus the staff were really friendly

This new Fleet Farm is amazing. The store is easy to move around and they have all kinds of items, even food! Sometimes it is hard to find someone who works there if you need to ask a question, but that should not deter you.

This store is incredible! Having grown up with fleet farm stores this is a newer, brighter and more thoughtfully stocked store. The employees were all friendly and helpful. The store was clean and has a little of anything you could need, from food and clothes to furniture, fishing gear and farm supplies.

Use to be very good but when Mills sold it went down hill inventory is always low or not available

Its just ok. I think their old store had more merchandise. We couldnt wait for a new store with more room. Well it has plenty of room but less merchandise, cant find what I need, like I did in the old store.

Fantastic store. Great prices and the staff is phenomenal. Today, we had a young man check us out who had a wonderful personality. We couldnt have asked for better service. Store never has what is in sale flyer.I called to speak on 7/21/21 in auto area in store and phone rang for about 5 minutes with no answer.I have repeatedly come to this store and left empty handed and gone to Germantown or plymouth to get what i need.Why build a huge store and never have anything in it?

Brand new Fleet Farm is huge and long overdue. It has everything you would ever need and more. Now has groceries, car wash and many other items and features. If you like fishing they have 10 rows of rods and reels and loads of assorted lures. Everyone I talk to loves it. Make sure you visit and check it out. My bff bought tires there. She bought the Michelin Defenders buy 3 get 1 free. When installed there was a problem with the air sensor. We went back the next day and they replaced it free.

Love this store. Fair prices. Just could use more more stock on seasonal items for lawn care and pool.

This Fleet Farm is BIG and has pretty much everything you need! From kids to adults they probably have what you are looking for. Plus their hunting and fishing section is amazing.

Very nice new store with wide selection. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Staff wore masks which is very important. Advertised a special which wasnt available which is why I downgraded 1 star. Have had some issues with online orders not being available as entered.

Love this new location!! Store is so much bigger and has everything it was missing from the old location plus so much more now! Very happy with shopping there now.I got some great deals on new winter boots and a coat and they even had snow pants for women. I can never find snow pants for me.. they sell out everywhere, every year, but this year, Mills Fleet Farm had my back.. or should I say my snow pants..lolStop in and check out this new location. You wont be disappointed.

After visit here I can understand why people say you can get just about anything at fleet farm. Clothing winter wear farm goods sporting goods household outdoor gardening automobile sporting goods... The list goes on in this new store is definitely worth a visit. Large retail showroom floor plenty of space and good selection. Worth the trip to West bend to visit a classic fleet farm.

Huge selection of all sorts of things. Nice clean store...yard pick up could be improved. Had to wait for someone to come open the gate for over five minutes which isnt too unreasonable unless you use yard pick up to make a quick and easy trip out of going there.

We didnt get too far into this relatively new (less then a year old, we thought) store because we found what we were looking for near the front. But what a huge difference from the much smaller, darker, crowded store it replaced. This is a great change, brightly lighted with wider aisles. Well explore it more next time we are in the area. Masks were required (though one person appeared to think that the rule didnt apply to them).

Almost always has what I need, when I need it! Love that I can place an order online and pick it up within a few hours. The ability to pick up at the outside yard makes it very quick and easy.

Have driven there twice for products the website said were in stock, and of course they are not. Not even willing to even give a rain check at the sale price. Drove sixty miles round trip, thanks Fleet farm for taking care of your customers. I can understand mistakes, but you could in the least make a effort to make things right. Would have been happy with a rain check.

Fleet Farm is always a favorite of mine. If Fleet dont have you dont need it. That is true. Unfortunately I want stuff they do not have and left empty handed and disappointed last time I was there. Still love the store though.

I knew the new Home Depot would be way better than the old one (obviously bigger as well) but this store is awesome. I bought a flannel jacket from here and its super comfortable and is able to retain heat extremely well. I obviously dont go here to get stuff as often as some people would but you can find anything here. 10/10 would reccomend, especially for camping supplies

Go to a different Fleet. Whatever you need is never in stock. Fond du lac and Germantown have it but West Bend never does.

Wow. This Fleet Farm is HUGE and it features an amazing car wash and gas station. I recommend this for anyone passing by.

I love Fleet Farm. Very loyal customer for decades. Since the Corona Virus, the inventory is fair at best. Always out of what you need. Looking forward to getting back to normal again. Only reason for the 4 stars rather than the normal 5 stars.

Its Fleet Farm ... if youre going there its for a reason ... probably something to do with home [property or farm] maintenance or rehabilitation. The goods at Fleet Farm keep us working and progressing forward with essential items to maintain our lives.
