Friendly and very helpful staff working there, I go there often when I need something or need to travel always to get the same products at the food stores or Walmart

The staff was very nice. They greeted me as I walked in and when I left. I couldnt find what I was looking for so I asked for help. Lauren was busy stocking the shelves, she stopped what she was doing and walked me to the correct isle. She was extremely nice and helpful. Great customer service.

Dollar General always comes through when you need them to. Manager was very helpful as was the cashier. The cashier did the best he could with my concern and we couldnt find the answer he got a response for me that helped.

Dont expect much, its cramped, messy, and horribly unorganized; that said, you can occasionally find overstock treasure.

I shop here pretty regularly now that I live near the store. The staff are always courteous and very willing to help. The prices are very reasonable, too.

I do alot of couponing and if I am having trouble of any kind Loran or Allysa will always help me.

I am new to the area. I stopped in at the Dollar General often. Today on Sunday I went in there to get a few things. I find the clerk was not very good at customer service. I greeted her hello she said nothing to me checked me out gave me my receipt by saying here you go. And thats it. I would suggest Liz get training on customer service because she sucks.

This Dollar General is getting to feel more like a local grocery store. Its very nice to run into this store to pick up a few things rather than wait in long lines at one of the big box stores.

You can find good deals and if you can match your items with coupons. Double bonus

I am a big fan of Dollar General. I have replaced all my paper goods and dry goods that I used to purchase at the local Walmart and Meyers store. I purchase frozen and refrigerated foods also. Saturdays I get an extra $5.00 incentive savings for shopping at Dollar General. The management at DG is the best I have ever worked with. The employees are just as pleasant to deal with. If I had any complaints about DG, it would be on seasonal items you gotta buy while its on the shelves. If you find coupons on your merchandise, buy it when you see it. The hours are convenient and they are open till 9pm making DG the place to go. There are many choices in my town of West Bend, WI. Dollar General is by far the greatest savings on name brand merchandise. I would recommend DG to anyone who loves to save money on all their favorite items.Peter Sauer
