Store belongs in Newport Beach California or on Rodeo Drive in Hollywood. Pricing is confiscatory and unless you are filthy rich I would avoid this place

We had bought a lazy boy couch from them in a cream Cole with slight brown threads going through all the upholstery and have had it for five years now and it is used to sit and even lay down on on an almost daily basis. It still is strong and the fabric has held up and looks excellent to this day. I think the furniture they sell is very well built and even has stood the good manufacturing with 3 young grandchildren .Id buy from them again in a minute.

Had an excellent experience buying a Stressless recliner from Kristi. She took good care of me.
Bought 2 lazy boy chairs ($1300 each). Needed repair. Called these guys to schedule a pick up and repair. Was told that the service guy would get back to me to schedule a pick up date. He never called me so I called back 8 days later and was told that he was going out on medical leave for 6 weeks and there was no one else who could fix the chair. Now, I understand that things happen. And, I am sorry he has medical issues. But, it was very poor customer service not to call me and tell me that instead of just blowing me off. Additionally, it would have been nice if he would have directed me to another dealer who could help me. Instead he said he would hold my information and call me when he returns and is “back fixing chairs” again. I will be going out and buying new chairs but I will not be shopping here.

The furniture seems to be of good quality. Prices run on the high side. Delivery was free but over a week for an in stock item. So I ended up bringing it home myself. I returned my old chair and they charged me $25 to dispose of it. Probably the last time I ever purchase anything from them.
The workers here are so stuck up and rude. I asked to see bookcases and this lady showed us one bookcase and that was it. Meanwhile she left us and basically gave this other couple a tour of the whole building. Just because they are dressed nicer doesn’t mean we don’t have money to spend in your store!! So rude.
We were incredibly disappointed in delivery and level of customer service we received upon the delivery of our sectional. Measurements were done carefully and precisely to insure a non-refundable, expensive piece of furniture would work where we wanted it. We were given the dimensions and told the pieces would fit through standard size doorways. Never were we informed that the corner piece of the sectional would be wider than the listed measurement of 37.The crew that arrived to deliver the couch damaged our walls, ceiling, baseboard was broken, the banister was loosened from base, garage door damaged, and our front storm door hinge was bent and damaged as they shoved the piece through a doorway already deemed to small. When it had been decided that the attached leg pieces would not allow the piece to go down the hallway we waited another week for the re-delivery of the piece after the leg was made removable by WBF.Upon calling the store in regards to the piece not fighting as we had planned, my husband was accused of measuring wrong and told it was our problem. The owner of the store then called my husband and told him, you got what you wanted and you want it in the basement and that West Bend Furniture was not liable for any of the damage inflicted on our home.My issue is the blatantly poor customer service and lack of problem solving. I have always worked in customer service and never have I told a client its his problem when an issue arose. We had never felt so disrespected and mistreated after spending nearly $4000 in a month on two pieces of furniture from there. I will not recommend shopping there because I have witnessed first hand when something goes wrong and the absolutely poor customer care you will receive. I will happily take my business to Biltrite or other comparable furniture stores in the future.
Beautiful furniture! I bought my dining table and chairs here 15 years ago. Now, however this still beautiful furniture is DRASTICALLY over priced!! We have purchased living room furniture here and a recliner for my mother in the past. Their pricing was reasonable even 5 or 6 years ago..now I think I have sticker shock! Very sorry to see this ..i always enjoyed their variety.

This hometown place is one of the the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with. I purchased a very large, expensive sectional out of a catalog, because the sales lady told us that what we wanted was similar to what was displayed on the floor. She also sold us on the memory foam instead of the regular foam cushions. We received the sectional and it was NOTHING like the floor model she showed us and sits extremely hard. I called the manufacturer and they told us they couldnt help us since it was special order. I called WBFD and he couldnt do anything because it was special order. DO NOT EVER SPECIAL ORDER A PRODUCT AS THEY WILL TRY AND SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DONT LIKE. Then, not even a month into having the piece of junk, the power recliner doesnt work. So I called them, they put their maintenance guy on the phone and he was very rude and could not fix the problem over the phone and said, I spose Ill drive all the way over (to my town) which is 20 minutes. This place is just as bad as Ashleys Furniture.
