The people who work there, Jim and Rick, were very professional and friendly. They are open on Sundays which makes them very convenient. Also the prices are better than local mechanics and that was a really great surprise. All this together makes me very satisfied customer, who will be always come back for service and recommended to all my friends.

Went in with bald tires and Marc was so kind and honest, he went above and beyond to get the tires I needed in as soon as he could. Far better priced than my cars dealership and far better service!

Dropped off my tire with a broken valve stem this morning. They gave me a call at 9:20 saying it was done already! Joaquim rang me up this evening (since they are OH SO CONVENIENTLY open till 7!) and was helping by being patient with me and answering my questions. Highly recommended and I will return when I need tires. Thanks Guys!

Decent service, but staffs are eager to sell firestone credit card or other additional services, if you have plenty of time, you could sit and bs with them, but if you were in a rush, choose another site.

Very poor job they had truck for an hour and then tells me that I need two new tires all I wanted was a patch so that I could complete my day of work but they would do that. I told them if I had the tools I would have done it myself. I dont understand why but Im the customer and im paying you to do the job I told you to do and then they start telling me that I have a sensor in my truck out and you figure out what I need if there was a way to give less than 1 star I would have. So dont go there they just want to find away to make money and add more problems to your day.

Horrible location. They are very pushy and they try to sell everyone overpriced air filters. The managers definitely work on commission. The heavy set manager/assistant manager Martin is the worse. He tries to up sell everyone and he seems to enjoy it. Its so disgraceful.

Very nice did a nice job on my truck

I had a bad experience here after a good one for some time. A person told me that I needed new tires only 6 months after buying them there. He said that my alignment was off 5 degrees, which means that my frame was bent. I drove down the street to Sears and they said there was nothing wrong.My guess is that these guys run schemes to make extra cash by giving people bogus tires. Later they have to tell them crazy stories as to why their car is broken. Get a second opinion and be told that there is nothing wrong!

3 Stars is generous.Its not the actual service I have a problem with, its the people at the desk.I went in at 1pm. i have a tire warranty and I had a tire that kept losing air. They said to leave it and theyd check. No, i said Ill wait. It will be hours they said. I left and called 2 hours later. I asked if it was good to come now. Probably not good until 430. Ok Ill come then. I can come back when you tell me .Well call you. They called and said 5 . I got there at 450. Waited until 525 for the car to go in. I heard them tell someone they only had 1 tech. There were 3 people working the counter and only 1 guy doing anything.

Had a flat tire and went in. Steve was very courteous over the phone when I called and also when I was there. They did tell me that my tires would need to be replaced by summer, but didnt pressure me at all into doing it today (Im leasing and returning before then, so no need). They were quick and professional in patching my tire and I would recommend them!

Great people

Saved a lot of money getting an oil change here instead of the Mercedes dealership down the road. The mechanics seemed to do a good job. They had a problem re-setting the maintenance light after the oil change. I helped them by finding a good video on You Tube but that wasnt a big deal to me. I did wait about an hour or so since I didnt have an appointment so I definitely recommend booking one in advance.

Ive been there on numerous occasions. The service & repairs are first rate. Theyre always very busy, even on Sundays. That says it all.

My first experience with Firestone has been bad. I had an appointment with Firestone - West Caldwell on 3-Sep RESERVATION #: 83240881 to get the battery Cable fixed. While repairing the Car, technicians activated the Cars immobilizer System and they advised me to take the Car to the dealership as they cannot get it right.I had to take care of towing the Car to Honda dealer and get it fixed by paying 360 dollars.And it took two days for the dealer to fix the Cars immobilizer system. Instead of solving my original problem, Firestone landed me in to another big problem.

Staff knew what they were talking about, and didnt try to talk me into buying anything that I wasnt there to buy, which is unusual but pleasant surprise at an auto parts store. They got me exactly the battery I needed, quickly.

Came in with a flat that turned out to be the result of a bent rim. Straightened the rim and reinstalled my old tire. Straightforward and fair. Did not try to sell me the new tire, despite the effort to get my size. I am repeat customer and will return.

They could take me immediately and there was a great coupon deal on the Firestone site for $28.98 for a synthetic blend oil change (up to 5 quarts). Great deal and fast service plus professional and courteous customer service made for a happy, quick visit.

I dont think I would be inaccurate to say that most mechanics are not trustworthy. Dealers are perhaps one of the worst since they can hide behind their brand. With dealers, Ive caught them for example, telling me theyve changed the oil when they in fact did not.But, this business seems fair and honest. Weve brought our car in a few times. We found them through Tire rack in order to install new tires. And, they did a few other maintenance items as well. Everything was done perfectly and at a very fair price.

Literally CROOKS! Had them switch my spare snow tire/wheel for my chrome rear wheel/tire. Next day I looked in my spare compartment and it was empty. Both my chrome wheel & tire were missing. Called and was told their was no extra wheel anywhere in the shop. One of their employees STOLE my wheel & tire worth over $300. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they are THIEVES!

I recently managed to drop my 2004 Mini Cooper into a major-sized pothole. Cut the sidewall of my left front tire and damaged my wheel. I was not sure what to do, especially about the wheel, but since I bought the tire at the Firestone on 1005 Bloomfield Ave, West Caldwell, I decided to take it there. Best thing I could have done! Krisandra, Steve, and Glenn, all worked with me to get not only the tire replaced and save me money (I had Road Hazard on the tire, and totally forgot.), but also the wheel fixed. They went out of their way to help me on this, even handled taking the wheel to wheel repair shop. The work was done fast, right, affordably, and it really looks good. From the shop techs to Management, this place is #1, and my single go-to-place from now on. Thank you all very much!!

Ive been talking my Corollas here for more than 10 years. Ive seen many employees come and go, some were good, some ok, some not so. However on balance they have been fair, friendly, accommodative, and for the most part complete. I believe the techs are well skilled.If there was something they messed up they took responsibility and did it again and again till done right.They are friendly and professional. Repairs might be a bit more expensive than random garages, but the quality of the job is very good, and certainly lot cheaper than the Toyota near by.If they need a part, they usually get it within a few hours so it can be done within the day.The oldest Corolla lasted 180,000 plus years!
