Nick Price is THE most helpful person I have encountered when it comes to cars, period. He went above and beyond to find me the exact car I wanted and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I know for a fact I couldnt have found the car I wanted right now without his help.
Unsatisfactory. Established an online appointment a month in advance for a windshield washer reservoir that would not hold liquid. Entered the request of “replace windshield washer reservoir, current reservoir integrity is compromised and does not hold fluid.” On day of service, Piazza Mazda called me to tell me the reservoir needed to be replaced and they did NOT have the part on hand. I am not sure how an organization can stay in business if they do not either a) contact the customer in advance to ensure they understand the problem and order the parts potentially needed or b) ensure the parts they need are on-hand or c) read what the customer has written and determine it is so clear there is little doubt as to the assessed condition of the vehicle. It would seem Piazza thinks that local citizens have plenty of free time and can submit their car to the shop any number of days required. A medical doctor doesn’t confirm you are sick and then ask you to come back to be assessed for the medicine.
Bill and Tyler on the service side did an amazing job today! They definitely made me feel comfortable and explained everything! I will continue using the service center here for my mazda due to this great first experience!
A pleasant car buying experience for a change! John Pinkerton was very easy to work with, a trustworthy car salesman. I would definitely recommend John to my family and friends! John went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and spent a good deal of making us familiar with the new car, even syncing our phones, garage door opener, and entering our home address into the navigation. I am really happy about the buying experience I had there and how much my wife loves her new car! Even David the business manager was great and beat my banks finance rate.
Very unsatisfied with the service team & Jason in particular. They used to be decent until my last visit. Not sure if Jason had a bad day at my visit, he was very uncomfortable & unprofessional at the time of my visit. I was ready to get my car serviced there until Jason lost his professionalism & didn’t even do what he was supposed to do! Very sad to see them losing customers especially when they don’t even do simple check in or acknowledge the issues with the car. He would rather challenge you & see the customer go than gaining more customers. Service SUCKS!
Until my last visit I would have rated service 5 star.1. I had to Call 3 times to schedule an appointment On the initial call I left a return call number but received no call back2. I needed an oil change and a 15k mile check. It took a week to get an appointment. Surprising as the place was empty when I showed up for my 1:00 appt3. This was my first time at the remodeled center. I was not sure what I was supposed to do. A rep was speaking with another employee and made no attempt help direct me4. I told the service rep that on 2 occasions my car Locked with the keys inside and had to call AAA. His response ‘that happens’ and my no attempt to offer any suggestion or help. After I expressed concern he asked if I changed the battery in the key fob. I didn’t he said nothingWhen i was checking out I asked him to change the battery which he did.I have used piazza service for years and up to this time they were courteous and helpful. The first issues noted I could easily overlook. TheLast one is inexcusable. I have a three old granddaughter would could be locked in a car
This used to be the best mazda dealership for service fast in and out. Now you cant even get anyone on the phone what the heck other thing that is annoying they wont do a tire rotation every oil change like the other mazda locations due. Tire rotations can save your tires so not a fan of this
10/10 experience! We drove over an hour to do business here and I would come back again and again. We were first time car buyers, so the whole process had been very intimidating and frustrating for us. All of that ended as soon as we called Piazza Mazda! Phil and Nick made us feel so comfortable. They took such wonderful care of us that the experience was enjoyable. Very friendly, fair, and accommodating. We love our new Mazda! Thank you Phil and Nick! Definitely ask for them if you go!
Could not be happier with my experience each time I get my car serviced. Addition of YouTube video texted to me of service being performed on my car while I waited was a nice touch. All staff is professional and friendly and they are always on time! Service is quick and thorough.
Fantastic sales experience at this dealership. Worked via email with Augustine who was very responsive. Made an appointment to come in and lease a CX-5. Much to my surprise, when I arrived, the car was already being detailed and the paperwork was ready. Sat with the sales rep Kevin who was so nice and helpful. We then went out to the car to check it out, went back in signed all the paperwork with Rich, the GSM, who was great and very efficient. Kevin then took me to my car and let me know how to do all the custom settings and some of the stuff I wouldnt have realized on my own. In an out in just over an hour. I highly recommend this Mazda dealer.
Bought a new car with Mel. Came in on a Sat morning without an appointment and walked out with the CX5 Carbon. I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted and did it in about 1.5 hours. It was a really good experience and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Mel was much more personable and easy going than the other dealerships I’d visited. Highly recommend!
If you buy a car from Piazza Mazda make sure all the doors shut properly and all buttons work correctly and drive the car on both the highway and back roads. I leased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 and when I got into the vehicle and pulled the door shut it didnt close right. Im my mind the warranty would cover any issues, so I didnt think much of it. Now Im told the warranty doesnt cover the issue, so now Im out 1000 bucks since I need to file a claim with my insurance company. Be careful dont make the same mistake as me, get another car if anything is wrong. Also, when they try and sneak in a fee to purchase the car at the end of the lease ask them to remove it or your walking out. I was warned about sneaky fees dealers add on at the end of the negotiating process and Piazza Mazda is one of those dealers. Learn from my mistake, this dealership does not care if you purchase 3 cars from them like I did. Its the last deal they will see from me
Sad and disappointed to have to leave this review for Piazza Maxda of West Chester. Ive purchased several vehicles from them and have been getting them serviced there for 10 years. I had come accustomed to the friendly down-to-earth, honest and competent service. im in sales and have been the owner of 3 consecutive cx-9s and despite the high mileage i always took them to Piazza for regular maintenance and oil changes. i would call and speak to either Paul, Bill or Jason and ask if they can get me in for a quick oil change or take a look at something. if they were crazy busy they said so...no prob..we booked another time...but 95% of the time they just send come on in. Recently they redid the entire dealership including the service department and i dont know what happened but service ethic went out the window. Now when you call the hold times are long or you get forced into voicemail. When i did get through the last 2 times there was a 2 week wait for an oil change. Called yesterday for an oil change...waited on hold for a while...finally got someone on phone and asked if they can squeeze me in for an oil change sometime that day. The guy first confirmed my name, email, phone #, home address, vehicle, mileage etc and then said he can schedule me in 2 weeks. Forget it! i was curious if they had online service appointnents so went online, logged in, and tried to schedule oil change online...this was Aug 16...first avail...Sep 7!Up til now i didnt mind spending extra money by taking my high mileage Mazdas to the dealership for routine maintenance ...the great service, convenience and relationships made it worth it but since they redid this dealership something has changed. maybe they are just too busy...which is unfortunate. Going forward its probably Jiffy lube and local mechanics for me. total bummer! Paul Curtis, now retired, was the best! And Jason and Bill...thanks for all the great service in past. True pros!
Bought my second Mazda from Piazza Mazda. Phil did a terrific job explaining to me the details of different models and the advantages or disadvantages. He made sure I understood what I was buying instead of just pushing me into buying a vehicle. Phil was very honest and found a defect or two in the car we bought. He made sure we were taken care of and the issues repaired. When going through paperwork it was easy and Dave was a wealth of knowledge for any questions I had. I started the process on Wednesday & Thursday I called on Monday only to be told I needed to wait until Wednesday because No one was there to finish the deal...I went in on Wednesday only to have have a hard Inquiry done, when my bank already approved the loan they questioned if the approval was authentic. They had already questioned my approval previous now a second time...I WOULD CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND PIAZZA MAZDA TO ANYONE I FELT AS THOUGH IT WAS BECAUSE IM AFRICAN AMERICAN...THE LIES I WAS TOLD....8 DAYS LATER NO CAR...

Ive never been a fan of the car buying process, but Piazza Mazda changed my mind this past week. I was easily able to negotiate a good price on the vehicle I wanted and get the deal done quickly. The delivery process was painless and easy, no stress, and the car is beautiful and drives like a dream. Our sales rep, Melcom Avrigian, was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. I live in New Jersey about an hour away from the dealership and there are several Mazda dealers closer to me. But Piazza made the drive well worth it. Go get your new Mazda at Piazza. You wont be sorry.
In the 20 plus years of being a customer here not sure Ive ever had a worse experience. How is the fact that the employees messed up paperwork the fault of a customer? How is a customer held liable for whatever employee didnt correctly do said paperwork and now this same customer is stranded without a car for more than 3 days? Its completely unacceptable and such a terrible business practice to treat such long standing customers in this manner.In 20 years this is the first time I have a real complaint and I think your finance department should be ashamed that he cant hold his own employees accountable for what they messed up.
After months of trying to find the specific color and trim model I wanted I expanded my search to a wider radius and found my car at Piazza. I was a little uncertain about reaching out on line to an out of state dealer, but Melcom made the whole process easy and straightforward. From start to finish I felt that I was in good hands and dealing with someone with integrity. I got a good deal and no high pressure from the business office. When I picked up the car, Melcom took a good amount of time showing me how to use all the bells and whistles, and he even set up my Android auto. All in all a very pleasant purchase experience. I would definitely consider driving that 200 miles again when Im ready for another car.
We have bought 5 Mazdas from Piazza West Chester. Each time, we experienced a friendly and professional staff. During one deal where we had traded in two cars for two new mazdas, the manager at the time offered us pizza since we had been there for awhile. That is just the kind of dealership this is!
We worked with 2 sales reps during our buying process, John Pinkerton and Kevin Chan, and from start to finish, we were 100% satisfied with the process with the exception of the wait time from the time we made our offer and when we walked out the door which took approximately 2.5 hours. Other than that, we would highly recommend Piazza Mazda as the dealership to visit if your interested in a Mazda.
An absolute clown show! If you do your homework before you negotiate you will baffle them. I was a Piazza return customer for the third time and it did not matter. I was planning on buying a certified pre-owned for my daughter and a new car as my lease was up the next month. Same old sleazy sales manager cliché telling me what I would put down as a deposit without asking. Quoted KBB fair price for the car I wanted to buy but said the KBB price for the car I was trading in, which I purchased from Piazza, was way over valued. Started to delay the deal when it was clear I was not using their financing and even asked to see my loan papers when I had the check in hand. Had enough, walked out and purchased two vehicles from a nearby dealer. I could go on but needless to say I will never use Piazza Mazda or Hyundai of West Chester again.

I leased a Mazda CX-5 from the dealership in 2015 and Nick Price provided me with BEST car buying experience I have ever had. So much so that when my lease was up last month I made it a point to drive over 2 hours to purchase a 2018 Mazda CX-5 directly from Nick. Upon purchasing my second vehicle I didn’t have to bother visiting other dealerships or worry about getting coaxed to come to the dealership to discuss numbers or have a sales manager try to force the sale. I gave Nick a call and told him the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and he had the vehicle waiting for me to drive off the lot the next day. I can’t recommend Nick Price or Piazza Mazda of West Chester enough!
Im late in posting this. Id had an issue with my fuel pump, and needed a replacement. Id been ever-so-slightly out-of-warranty, and Piazza Mazda (particularly, Bill) and Mazda the company really worked with me and got the cost of the repair down to something much more reasonable, in part for my having been a loyal customer to this particular Mazda site. Many thanks to all for the professionalism and courtesy shown.
Purchased a CPO CX-5 in early August and noticed some brake pulsing through the pedal during the test drive and figured it was just from sitting on the lot from Covid closure. After about 4 weeks, and 800 miles the pulsing had gotten worse and a call to service was made. They got the car in promptly and stated the front brakes they had replaced/worked on prior to the sale were out of spec. They replaced the front brakes while I waited and within 1 hour of arrival I was out the door with $0 out of pocket. Piazza did a great job and appreciate the great purchase and service!

Excellent experience in these difficult times. Great pricing, had the car I wanted, fast efficient sales deal. Sales people spread out and all wearing masks and felt they cared about safe health practices. They were the only Mazda dealership in miles that actually had a live person answer the phone.
From first click on the vehicle of interest to driving away from the dealership! I have purchased many cars in my life and this by far was among the best experiences I have encountered. I spoke with John after he received my inquiry on line. He called and told me I was approved and already had numbers presented before me and was willing to pay off my trade sight unseen, since that is unheard of in today’s market. We scheduled a day to come out and pick up the new vehicle. I then received a call from Christine the Finance manager, informing me she would like to work on getting better rates on my loan. Again, what dealer would do that! She was wonderful and kept me updated via text messages and worked with me to provide excellent payment friendly packages to insure my new vehicle will be covered for years to come. Christine was transparent, customer focused and willing to do anything in her power to make sure I was getting the best options possible! Christine and John would get 25 stars, if I were able to give them.Excellent customer service and it is good to know that there are still dealers out there that are willing to help vs only looking to make a quick buck. I went in on 5/6/17 to look at one specific car. The salesman, David, was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. We went back and forth on the price of the car and trade-in amount a few times. It was all done professionally and reminded me of buying a car 10-15 years ago.After we agreed on price and trade-in value, everything went smoothly. Another gentleman came over to give me the information on warranties. The price was quoted as firm until I politely refused, at which point it was reduced.The interest rate was rather high for someone with an excellent credit score; Ill be transferring the loan to my credit union immediately.I had to wait over an hour while the car was cleaned up, but I suppose that happens when you come in 4 hours before they close and want to take the car home that day.One improvement would be filling the gas tank before delivering to the customer...I drove away with about 1/3 of a tank of gas.All in all, a positive experience. I would buy a car there again and would recommend this dealership, and David in particular.

One of the worst sales managers in the world. He insulted my girlfriends dad as well as his choice in cars and came back with a ridiculously high price and refused to budge in the slightest. Not a person we ever want to deal with again and we certainly suggest you don’t. Other establishments have treated us much better. We walked away without buying a car. Went to the nearby Nissan dealership. Ended up with BETTER CAR and BETTER DEAL.

I drove from Maryland (one hour and a half trip), was asked for my current registration and basically just wanted me to sign a contract immediately. When I told him (Melcom) that I was car shopping, I could tell he didn’t like it. He asked for my license (Connecticut) and told me that he couldn’t sell me a car unless my insurance and license matched addresses. I just bought another car a month ago and my license was not an issue. All that was asked for was proof of residence, which we provided. I think Melcom was just upset that I wasn’t willing to buy the car today.

Have taken my Mazda for service here since i moved to the area and havehad nothing but great experiences. Friendly staff, great service, good prices and usually very fast. They also go out of their way to help find a coupon for service if you didnt get one from their emails when your service is near due.Even though i bought my Mazda somewhere else out of state, when it comes time to get a new one, Ill definitely be shopping here as well
Had a great car buying experience at Piazza Mazda last month. Nick Price was my salesperson; he was highly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions honestly and completely. His approach was to supply me with information without attempting to up-sell or pressure me, which I appreciated. I had interest in the Mazda3 i Touring, and Nick made sure to give me information only on that trim until I requested information about other trims. In the end, I wound up buying the Mazda3 s Grand Touring. Throughout, Nick was consistently available, including on his day off (didnt remember he had the day off, and he didnt say anything until I mentioned something!).Regarding price, I cant complain at all. I had done my homework about fair pricing, and the initial price presented seemed fair, so I decided against negotiating sale price. We had discussion on my trade price, ultimately agreeing on what I thought was a touch low but still fair. The financing approval process was smooth, and I got the best rate through Citadel via the dealershipThe sales manager (Joe?) was a bit abrasive for my taste. When we went through financing paperwork, I had a few questions since the numbers presented were not clear to me; he seemed annoyed by the fact that I was asking questions and gave short, terse responses.With the exception of that little hiccup, the process as a whole was excellent, and I highly recommend Piazza Mazda!

I bright my Mazda 6 here to have a recall item installed. I took that car in a while back and they were out of the final part of the recall. Those parts were on order and came in last week. Mazda contacted me first by mail and I called Piazza Mazdas Service department. I made an appointment for 10:30am, and due to a medical emergency that day, I had to cancel. They told me No problem; you can come later in the day or this afternoon. I got my medical problem resolved quicker than expected and decided to head over at 11:30. I spoke with Bill in the Service department when I arrived and he gave me EXCEPTIOAL service. Bill was concerned that I would have to wait too long so he offered me a courtesy car at no charge and the option to come back the following day if necessary. The staff at Piazza Mazda have always given prompt service and have always been courteous to me. I was shocked to receive a call at 1:15 pm that the car was ready. I would consider them when I need to purchase a new car and recommend them highly.

Never again will I buy from Piazza - while the car was under warranty we had an issue with the rear tires cupping, it was deemed an alignment issue but now that the car is out of warranty and still have the same cupping issue, Piazza is stating the car needs new struts.There is software glitch that results in the headlights flashing anytime you hit the brake pedal - google it. We had a number of road-rage incidents because people thought we were flashing our lights at them. Anyway, Piazza charged us $40 to update the software and address the known glitch. Why should I pay for Mazdas software issue?The whole buying experience there was a nightmare and exhaustive. It shouldnt take 3 hrs to process paperwork AFTER our credit was cleared. The sales guy falsified claims about oil changes being included in the extended warranty. The free inspection during the warranty is safety only and is paired with an overpriced emissions inspection charge that makes the state inspection just as expensive as any other garage.Except for the parts counter, the customer service at this place is poor at best. While the car has been an overall great product, we will never purchase a vehicle from a Piazza dealership again.
I tried to call to schedule an appointment and they put me on hold for 10 minutes so I scheduled online instead. Also, even if you schedule an appointment two weeks ahead of time, there is still a wait on Saturdays so expect to be here for over an hour for an oil change. Once they get the car back there, they are pretty fast, and I like the people at the front desk.
Dont let anything stop you! (except your brakes). We are on our second Mazda and piazza has been friendly and attentive in dealing with us even though we are a no frills customer with a car that at 150K is a bit long in the tooth. When I go for an oil change, its only for that as I do most of the other maintenance myself. On our visits, they have brought recalls to our attention and have scheduled and performed the work needed at no cost to us with minimal wait. At each visit they suggest work which they think needs doing or will need doing and at each visit I politely refuse and then go home and check. they have never recommended something i did not need and have always been prompt, friendly, and polite!
If I could, Id give them 6 Stars!...Paul and his service staff are bright, efficient and they each have the best for their customer top in their minds. Genuine, Integrity, Honest, Informative, Humorous and Professional are a few characteristics I experienced recently. I went on the Mazda website looking around for a newer Mazda with great features. Within the next few minutes I received a very welcoming email that made me feel the person on the other end was truly interested in helping me. The search was done very quickly while I was still noticing other local dealers sending a scripted email message asking about the best ways to reach me. No real genuine effort was felt so I continued to connect with John Pinkerton. John found the car I wanted with every feature I asked for except a remote starter which I will add later. :-). I drove home in my new 2016 Mazda 3, with less than 3500 miles and the features I wanted. I am very pleased with my purchase.John also located $10 in quarter rolls I left in my trade. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this dealership. From sales to service. I can’t say enough about their service department. I took my car in for service last night and Bill told me my inspection had expired. I was out of commission the month my registration expired and Bill was kind enough to renew it for me online. I’ve also had very good experiences with their body shop in Springfield. All in all Piazza is a top notch establishment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!! Nick was my sales person and he gave me a great deal on my CX5. I just love my car!!

I advise anyone who is looking to buy a Mazda new or used to come to Piazza Mazda of West Chester. The customer service is amazing. I bought my brand new 2017 Mazda 6 from John Pinkerton and there was never a miss step. Even with my careful questions and agonizing long decision time. When I say long I mean long, as it was about 2 years and they released to new models of the Mazda 6 from the time me and John started our conversation.Not once did he make me feel rushed to make a decision, and not once did he make me feel like he felt like I was wasting his time. He was always polite courtesy and eager to answer any new questions I had.When push came to shove and I was ready to buy, and I had almost an equal deal for the same car with another dealership. I choose the West Chester Mazda because of the great Customer Service Experience.The great customer service doesn’t stop there. Their Customer Service and Parts team is great as well. Most of my dealings where with Bill Bosler and he gave me and my car the same top shelf treatment as John did no matter how many questions I asked. If your in the market then trust me this is where you want to be!
Wonderful buying experience! I could not be happier with my purchase of a beautiful Mazda 3! I received great service all around at Piazza Mazda and the paperwork was streamlined (what a relief!). I called about a problem with the air valve on my tire and Service took me immediately; no waiting for an appointment. While there I also asked for my 15K service - again without an appointment - and was happily accommodated. I also found the customer service representative checking me out very professional and courteous - an improvement over my last experience. If Mazda would begin offering their service customers a courtesy car wash - or provide a coupon to a local car wash facility, Id rate it a 5 star experience.
I have purchased 3 new vehicles from piazza. For all three purchases I have worked with Chris Angelone as my sales consultant.If I could give Chris and Piazza more than 5 stars I would. I really cant say enough positive things about both.First, Chris knows his stuff about each vehicle. He has a very low pressure approach, but is still eager to get you into the right vehicle. As a matter of fact, based on his advice, on my second purchase, I went from looking at a used vehicle to getting a much a brand new vehicle at a much better deal and better quality.Also, to say Chris went above and beyond during my most recent purchase would be an understatement. I could not have asked for a better experience.Second, working with Chris and the finance team is also a pleasure, none of the back office nonsense that Ive experienced in the past. Ive always walked away knowing I got the best deal possible and have always been happy with the results.I would (and have) recommended anyone to go Piazza Mazda and ask for Chris specifically. And the feedback from people I have recommended has always been positive.

Had my 60,000 mile interval service performed. It went pretty easily. The told me my battery is dying, so Ill have to get that replaced. But, not at the price the dealership wanted for it. Thats the only negative about this time at the Piazza. Otherwise, the work was done quickly and, apparently, correctly. Ive had no problems with the car since I picked it up. Price was reasonable.So, no complaints. Thanks guys, for a job well done!
Very unresponsive and seem to practice bait and switch. Scheduled a test drive and when I arrived was told the car was sold. Ok, it happens. Two weeks later, scheduled another test drive. Having been burned once, called the morning of and was told the car was sold. No notification, no courtesy. I would have wasted half my day. I wont try again.

I purchased a Pre-owned Certified Mazda CX-5 from the dealership in the end of December. A few days after I discovered that one document (an extra warranty) had not been correctly filled in by the sales representative. I reached out to Customer Service and got an immediate response that my question(s) had been addressed to ‘management’. Since then I have heard nothing despite several reminders. After three weeks of silence it seems to me that the statement “Where Taking Care of Our Customers is the Top Priority” has proven to have a sharp decline once the payment for the car had been processed.
As always, Paul and his staff were cordial and attentive; and the work on my vehicle was performed expertly. This excellent service team continues to be the reason that Piazza Mazda of WC has such an excellent and well-deserved reputation.
If you care about money Heritage Mazda of Bel Air beat Piazzas best price by almost 1.5 thousand dollars on my new Mazda 3. I came here first because they were closer to home, and when it came to the price I told them Heritages price, the salesperson Dave told me to walk out the door and go get that car. So I did!! Appreciate the honesty, but if you want to save some cash, Id recommend Heritage of Bel Air. If you dont want to make the drive out there, they even deliver!
Everyone we dealt with at Piazza Mazda was first rate, especially John Pinkerton. Very helpful and courteous. They treated us well and did not give us the high pressure sales job you get at some dealers. I had done research and talked to other dealers. They sold us the car we were looking for at a fair price and also took our trade-in at a fair price. Im looking forward to continuing to do business with them.
The service team at Piazza Mazda always go the extra mile to look after our Mazda-3. They provide excellent standard service and the if additional maintenance is needed they usually suggest a couple of options. They also manage to fit us in at short notice which helps when you are both working. Cannot recommend them enough!

Everyone was great. My car door would not close so it was an emergency. I did not have an appt. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They found the parts I needed and installed them, all within 15 minutes or so. I am extremely happy with everyone I dealt with.

Its hard to put into words just how great Phil our sames rep and Pat the general manager were. The past weekend we visited as I was interested in a 2010 used Mazda 3. However, I wound up leaving Tuesday night with a brand new Mazda 3. They worked with me to get everything I wanted, but still keep me on budget. I found Piazza to offer a very good price on the MX-5 I wanted. They did this without playing games. I visited and my salesman, Melcom, was very helpful and let me test drive by myself, with no pressure.I loved the car and the purchase process was straightforward, with just one hour at the dealership a week later to pick it up. The F&I process was also quick and low pressure, which was appreciated.Follow up has also been very good. Every promise has been kept and I certainly recommend Piazza.
This is the 2nd car I have bought from Phil, he is great to work with. He is very accommodating. Financing Woman was very thorough and friendly, but she was the only one doing this job and I was there for 4 hours. Also, Phil was planning the deal with the finance manager who was sitting 20 feet away. It would have been nice if HE came over and introduced himself and had the conversation himself.

Only ever worked with the service department, but my experience has been excellent. Appointments are easy to get. Every time Im in and out with the job done and no drama. The service advisors are not long on pleasantries, but they are polite, considerate, straightforward, and effective.I live 5-10 minutes from another Mazda dealership that will not be named, and 5-30 minutes from any number of well regarded independent shops. I drive 40-50 minutes to come here instead, and its been 100% worth it.
Came there looking for a new car to drive with a bleeding thumb from hitting it on the trunk latch of my old car. Drove an hour to get there and they immediately showed genuine hospitality and patched me up and sold me a stellar car. Military friendly and very kind. Phil thanked me for my service and really gave me confidence in purchasing a new car for me. In the end they hooked me up with a stellar car at a great price. Hands down best dealership experience Ive ever had, not too many dealerships left like this.
The people at Piazza treated us well when we bought our vehicle, and my service and parts experiences have been very good as well. Speaking as someone who knows car repair, Piazzas technicians seem to really know what they are doing. The service advisors have also seemed very straightforward and honest. If they recommend a service, I tend to believe them. I have also taken note of their interactions with other customers in the service area, and I cant point to any situation where I saw someone being misled or oversold. In my opinion, this is a good dealership with a good shop.
