I was traveling from N C to visit my family in the area, when I hit a pothole and damaged a tire on my pickup! United tire ordered me a new tire and I had it installed first thing the following day! I would recommend there dealership for any tire or repair work!

I came in with no appointment because I had low air in one of my tires. The guys saw me right away and fixed my tire, which had a nail. I love these guys! Always professional, friendly and dependable.

Had two new tires put on and an oil change. All done in a timely manner at the quoted cost. Great customer service, was able to take me right away when I called in that morning. Talked about some small things I could get fixed but no pressure to take care of it right away. After going to shops in the past and feeling taken advantage of going here was refreshing.

Bill and the guys are very nice and professional, theyve always accommodated service in a timely manor for me as Ive typically had to stay and wait for repairs to be performed. I am not one to typically write reviews, positive or negative, however, my last experience with them has created an ongoing frustration and I feel it necessary to forewarn future customers. These guys do excellent work...tire work and general maintenance work. For anything else I should have learned this lesson after I hit a pothole last year and they miss diagnosed a noise coming from my wheel as transmission trouble. When I took it to a transmission shop the guys pointed out the noise was coming directly from the area of the tire and had me listen to it personally. Anyway, Ive owned my car for going on 7 years now and have never had an issue with the engine shaking excessively or the exhaust system rattling when I sit in drive at a full stop. Cut to August of this year, I have them replace my flex pipe as it partially rusted out and ever since the replacement I have had excessive engine vibration/shaking and an exhaust pipe that rattles against the metal undercarriage at every single stop sign, red light, park, reverse, etc. It is the most frustrating noise on the planet!!!! The first day I got my car back I noticed the loud rattling when I pulled into my driveway with the windows down. I called immediately to inform them but it was past closing, so I had to take a day off of work to come back in that Monday and they apparently left a 6 inch piece of metal hanger material in it....Did this cause permanent damage? Possibly. I should have documented and kept this piece of material they clamed to be causing the noise, but I didnt. Shame on me for that. Ive gone in 3 separate times since August unhappy with the result of that particular service and have left unsatisfied with an unresolved rattling exhaust and excessively vibrating engine. Again, Bill and the front desk guys are very nice, but the mechanics are mediocre at best for more complicated/difficult repairs. Carelessness has fed my car up and I am not happy about it for the price they charge for labor!

This place is the best. I am a WCU students 3 hours from home. I contact them this morning about what I thought was a nail in my tire. They said to come in at 1pm I was out of there by 1:20. Luckily it wasnt a huge deal and that patched it up and even put air in all my tires, and didnt charge me anything. I had such a good experience and will continue to take my Jeep here if I have problems with it while in the West Chester Area. 100000% would recommend!!!

I work nearby and made an appointment here out of convenience without checking reviews. What a pleasant surprise!! Appointments are easy to make online and my car was done before I got out of work. Prices are fair and they dont try to tell you that you need other stuff just to drive the bill up. As a female who doesnt know much about cars, that was a concern of mine. Staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean, too. Will definitely be back for anything else my car needs and will recommend to everyone!

Had a dead battery. Jumped started the car and took it right to United. They gave me quick and excellent service. Left with a new battery in 20 min.

First visit was so pleasant. They fixed the tire that was slowly losing air and checked the other tires in less than an hour. You know, I think they dusted my dash too. Theyve got my business forever.

These men have done a multitude of jobs for me on several of my vehicles, and not once have I felt that I was being taken advantage of or pushed to have extra service done. No other shop Ive dealt with has been so consistently reliable, quick, and fair. Ive taken all of my vehicles here for the past 9 years and they are consistently FAST to get the repairs done and the costs are reasonable. They have great sources for parts and can find anything you need (even for my 25 year old truck) in about a day. My car lost its brakes and I had to pull into the nearest shop and after getting the run around for 2 days I finally had it towed out and back to these guys who had it fixed within the afternoon. I will be taking my vehicles here as long as their doors are open. Top notch service.

I had the BEST experience here. I noticed on my way to work that my tire pressure in just one tire was unusually low, so I called United Tire and Service of West Chester. They said to bring it in and they would fill up my tires, and then if I have about 30 minutes later to swing by they will take a closer look at the tire for me. Well they noticed when filling up the tire with air that there was a screw in my tire. They let me know, and asked that I bring it back later today after work. I asked if they had time this morning to do it and they said of course! In total I spent probably 45 minutes there, and they did a great job with the tire. They even explained how they sealed it to me, which I really appreciated. I am very appreciative of their services, and I would 10/10 recommend this company to anybody. They also do oil changes too!

Purchased tires here 1 year ago. Came back today because I ran over a screw and they patched it for me. Both experiences were great and my bill was shockingly low each time.

I have been going to United Tire for 15 years and have always gotten excellent service.They are not the cheapest but I know they will only charge me for what needs to be repaired and I know the work will be quality work.They have cared for 5 of my cars, some are approaching 200K miles and still running great! Tried this shop for a flat tire. Fantastic, quick service! At one point three men were attending to my car simultaneously! Turned out it was just a valve, and I was charged *nothing* despite the time and energy expended. The cheerful owner just wouldnt take a dime. Where else can you get service like this? I havent seen anything like it in 30 years. This is definitely the place to go.

I live about 20 miles from West Chester, but I was shopping in the area on a Saturday afternoon. I pulled out of a parking spot and there was a bump, bump, bump going on with my tires. I didnt want to drive home without getting it checked out. My husband called United Tire & Service and they told us to come right over. Turns out one of my tires picked up a lump of tar, which picked up more stones and things, and became a big lump. They diagnosed the problem, scraped off the tar, and even reattached a part that was hanging off, and didnt charge me a penny. They got us in and out in about 20 minutes, and took us just before closing. It is nice to know that paying it forward is not dead. United Tire & Service will get my business in the future.

Excellent service and honest.My wife had a low tire and took it to Pep Boys to refill and inspect. Pep Boys told her it couldnt be fixed and b/c its all-wheel drive needed 4 new tires. Went to United Tire where they gave an honest inspection and easily patched the tire. United Tire has my respect and business now.

I always do research and get seconds opinions before making decision regarding my car since I know nothing about cars. Came in at the end of the day, these guys were super helpful. Did a checkup free of charge. Bad thing is they found another issue with my car. Good thing is neither of them are urgent. Didn’t try to sell me anything, clear, straight forward and HONEST.I always go to a repair shop I trust in upper darby, but it’s kind far away from where I live. This is the new shop I will go for future issues.
