I love the coffee here. The bagels are good but, as another reviewer posted, they really need to use a grill for the eggs and sausage. A microwave wave completely subtracts from the fresh bagel.

Excellent bagel and cream cheese. Far superior to the other bagel place with a similar name on High Street. Their bagels are tasteless. Visited both places between 9/10/21-9/12/21.

Their service is just as good as their food. Awesome. Sometimes parking is space during busy times, but if I circle the block, there is usually a spot by the time I come back around.

Powers was out. Had a poppy seed bagel with veg cream cheese and lox and cucumber . It was a very good bagel.

Me and my boyfriend were in a hurry that morning and didn’t have time to eat something . So we stop here and Happy we did too. They were fast, friendly and the sandwiches was good.

Oh man this place is really good! Parking can be a bit of a nightmare but if youre on foot its all the better. The bagel with lox and the works was exactly how I wanted it to be. Well above the industry standard in the area. The selection of baked goods also looked very appetizing. I would try a pistachio muffin next time I go. The bagel with lox does not state capers on the menu but they have them if you ask. :) Very friendly staff. There was one younger girl working there however that was prepping food without gloves and it took me a good five minutes of staring her down before the manager took notice and caught the respective mishap and remediated the situation by having her put on gloves. I was grateful for not having had to say anything the management is clearly astute.

If you like microwaved sausage and eggs, this is your spot. For the price they want, it should be cooked on a flat top.

I don’t care about any of the hate reviews because my moms bagel shop, country bagel bakery in the borough of West Chester, is the best place to get any bagel, sandwich, coffee, and spreads. A classic New York bagel is nothing compared to country bagel freshly baked bagels. Best bagels. Best sandwiches. The best ever. Period.

Good breakfast sandwiches, great bagels, regular sandwiches okay.BUT.. during these covid 19 times they dont enforce their own rules! Wasin there today, noticed a sign there that read..no mask no service. Workers and customers had masks on but, another customer walked in without a mask And she was served and the worker said nothing about her being mask-less!I found that to be rude, inconsiderate, and offensive to the rest of us customers who were there with masks on. Wont be stopping back in there anytime soon, if ever.

Man this place can use a deep clean & some updates...dirtyyyy and messy..bagels are just ok really, lucky now there is a new game in town.

Bagels were good, which is why I gave 2 stars. The bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich tasted completely microwaved. Bacon was rubbery and eggs were slightly grayish color (which happens in the microwave) maybe their non hot food items are better, but that was my first time there. Food was served quick, but if I ever went back it would only be for uncooked bagels to go.

Cashier was overly rude while i was placing my order. After i clarified what i wanted she proceeded to not wear gloves while making my food. The other employee at the same time started coughing up a lung right next to where food is being prepared. If i hadn’t already paid I would have walked out. Inedible and disgusting.Please country bagel hire some better staff with common manners.

Oh man, these bagels are fantastic. Its hard to get real bagels anymore, and this place has them. I came in early, 6 am (they open at 630) and the workers let me in anyway. They were super nice.

Revised: Ive since found many better bagels in West Chester and havent been back here in over a year. Quality of service continued to decrease, I remember several instances of easily 30min waits with only a few people in front of me. Hire more staff and you could handle more orders at once ans also reduce the wait time.Original: Best bagel joint Ive been to in West Chester. Just wish they hired more staff or had a bigger kitchen. Even short lines take a while because they pretty much have to make orders one at a time.

Hectic Sunday morning but the staff was unphased. Very pleasant and offered freezer bags. Thankful for that because I completely forgot to ask for some.Also, Country Bagel has jalapeño cheddar bagels which are ridiculously hard to find around here.

The best bagels around. You can definitely tell that they are made from scratch and not some frozen deal thats heated up. Friendly service and good prices seal the deal. Will definitely be back.

I love the bagel sandwiches!! You can have them as lunch with tuna or chicken salad or as breakfast with egg, cheese and bacon or sausage. Sandwiches are made to order quickly so you get back to work/school on time. Beverage selection size is decent but the only milk available is whole and there arent any varieties of diet/low calorie sodas or any caffeinated low calorie drinks

Love this place! The owners are amazing, everything is delicious, and very good prices. I dare you to try their veggie cream cheese because you will have to take some home!

Bagel was very, very salty and underwhelming considering the restaurant is named after the food. On top of the mediocre bagels the woman at the counter was extremely rude, impatient and dismissive. Top ten worst customer service experiences that Ive ever had.

Very good bagels and good doughnuts. Doughnuts are on the expensive side for a dozen doughnuts. $31 for a box of coffee and a dozen doughnuts is not a reasonable price point.

This place could do with a renovation, but is otherwise a great spot for breakfast. The food is prepared quickly and they have a lot of options. Ive had a couple of times where they didnt cook the hash browns enough, but well keep going back because they really are the best option for bagels in WC. Im worried theyll be too busy once the new apartments open across the road, but time will tell.

Great bagels ( not made on site) some of the best cream cheese. Coffee is poor quality but bagels make up for it !! They sell out quickly on weekends. Have a fairly decent variety when stocked. Service is fair. They have indoor seating and restrooms for customers only

Disappointed. I drove 2 miles to get bagels on a Sunday morning, ordered a half dozen, and the 2 Everything bagels they gave me were both burnt and basically inedible. The picture may not do it full justice ... these were really hard and we threw them away. The other 4 bagels were OK. I was not impressed with the shop in general -- the 3 people behind the counter were working hard, but it wasnt well-run.

Coffee was good but not the best. Only place Ive found that has sour dough bagels. The breakfast sandwich I got was excellent.

This place is really bad. We were in a rush to grab something quickly and overlooked the appearance. The waitresses were very slow. We ordered breakfast sandwiches on bagels. The bagels were decent but I think they microwaved the eggs. I can go to Dunkin Donuts if I want microwaved eggs.Maybe they get away with the greasy look and service because they are so close to West Chester University and figure that students dont know any better. We do and wont be returning.

Dont know about sandwich orders but their bagels are outstanding. Wonderful flavor and perfect texture.

They microwave everything (we had breakfast) which if fine if you like that but the turkey bacon was lukewarm and the cheese on the bacon egg and cheese wasnt even melted.

Their bagels are underbaked and doughy. No matter how long I toast them, the interior stays weirdly gummy and under done.

They rarely have any plain Bagels and cannot get the simplest order correct, a tuna melt with tomato has tomato on it and the last plain bagel they have is burnt to a crisp. The service is incredibly bad...What bagel place runs out of plain bagels before noon?!!!?!?!?!?
