A usual Walgreens, clean and moderately accessible location. I went there to pickup the photo. The staff attended immediately when I pressed the bell. Service was quick. Staffs could be little active or welcoming to customers. Not specific to me but in general what i noticed. Good store and will definitely recommend to anyone.
This pharmacy never has my medication in stock! I’ve now been without medicine 3 times because the pharmacist says “it’s so hard to order”. Twice I’ve had mental health issues because i had to go cold turkey off my medicine when they didn’t have it in stock. In addition, the pharmacist has poor English skills which makes it challenging to speak with her over the phone. I’ve had to go in store multiple times to communicate with her through a pharmacy tech. The only bright spot are the techs themselves. They are super caring and kind.
We were up from Florida visiting our grandson, and my wife left her cardiac medication at home. Heather, the pharmacy associate, was extremely helpful in getting her prescription filled. Thank you Heather.
Drove 40 mins scheduled an appointment 3 days ahead and got confirmation, showed up early and was told system is down and they cant do testing. Manager told me another store 15 mins away did same day no appointment testing, guess what, drove there and they dont. What a waste of my Saturday. Totally inept. Go here for gum or tic tacs only.
Always helpful, friendly and professional.
I have been a customer for about 2.5 years. I gave the pharmacy high marks initially especially Jackie. However I am sad to sad the service has declined over the last year, especially at the drive up window. Today we drove up and was second in line. We waited about 5 minutes and there was no activity from the car in front of us. We said to ourselves, thats OK, we have some grocery shopping to do, so well come back later. We came back and again was second in line. This time the same thing... a long time without activity from the front car. Finally the drawer came out and then went back in. The drawer in/out action happened three more times. Long story short, we waited over 20 minutes just to get to the window. Two cars that were behind us left. And then to add insult to injury one of the scripts we had dropped off a week earlier was still being processed. The other script, Walgreens said the Doctors office didnt respond to the refill request. When probed, the Doctors office said they had OKed it two weeks previously. I hope things get straightened out and the service returns to its former level.
If you actually stayed open within your current hours you’d be rated higher. NOT a good look when your store is supposed to be open and your staff runs to lock the door when I’m right in front of it.
The Pharmacist and staff at this location are great and have no problem going above and beyond to help when in need.
Absolutely love coming here because of the pharmacy staff, Jackie and her team (Mary and all) are always amazing and quick. They been super helpful with understanding meds and their interactions as well as insurance issues. Ana’s energy up front is also something I really enjoy about coming here.
Wow! This pharmacy is amazing. Our pharmacist was very busy. She made sure that she called our insurance to explain to them how it is imperative that my son’s type 1 diabetes supplies be covered and available today. She obtained the approval and filled the prescription. All the while the pharmacy Team continued to service as many customers as humanly possible. They were kind and working feverishly to make sure the customers were all helped before they closed! Excellent service.
Thank you Walgreens store # 12034.....I am so appreciative of your Store and all of the Employees that are always so pleasant to their Customers...This past week I had to make up 300 copies of a Valentine Card to be used in our Chester County Hospital, for Valentine Dinner Trays. Tim Plant helped me to get it all done ...actually Tim did all of the work. This is a special project we do for every Holiday at the Hospital. Each Dinner tray gets a Holiday Card...Thanks to the discount that was given to me, I was able to do this again this Year for the Hospital Auxiliary at Chester County hospital...Your store 12034..is so helpful on this project . We truly appreciate the time that you take to help with this...Sincerely.....Susan Naro...Chester County Hospital Auxiliary..
The Walgreens on Bradford Ave, has the BestPharmacy staff, Jackie, Mary know how to assist clients. So many times I have seen them go over and above to call doctors and insurance companies.
By far the worst Walgreens pharmacy Ive ever been tooThe staff are rude and never ever get anything right, they say it will be ready and it never is even on auto refill and also after they text me and say its ready, its not. This has been going on for over a year, so I tried to have all my familys prescriptions switched to CVS who is much better by the way, its been over two weeks now and they will not send my sons scripts over, they said three times they would and still have not. The worst part is I called complaint line and files several complaints they said they have gotten many complaints from the West Chester Walgreens, doesnt seem like anybody cares tho. Take my advice get away from Walgreens
Great store! Always helpful and considerate. The pharmacy staff is outstanding in education, problem solving and efficiency. We will continue to keep our business with Walgreens.
Kim the pharmacist could not of been more helpful and patient! She was wonderful and I was very thankful. She called my doctors office 3x on our behalf. She went above and beyond!
Super clean and very organized store. The employees are so nice and helpful 😊😊 they will always get my business
Every time we have visited to fill a prescription there is some issue that requires us to return later. They are disorganized and unprofessional. They are often out of things. They frequently lose your copay card code and cant provide your discount unless you apply again for a new copay card with the manufacturer. It takes far too long for them to dispense something as simple as a prepackaged inhaler.
Horrible Prescription service. I had to wait at the drive in window for over 15 minutes to pick up a script I called in 2 days earlier. Meanwhile the people inside, some who arrived after I did were being served. Finally I pushed the ringer for the 3rd time and began knocking on the glass in order to get service. By then there were 2 cars behind me. And while this one isolated incident would not be enough to make me post a negative review. The fact that my wife was recently made to wait over 45 minutes to fill a pain script for my son, who had just had oral surgery and was beginning to feel pain is what put me over the edge. Sorry, but if this is the best this Walgreens can offer, I think it time for me and my family to begin looking at competitors. Some of which are closer to us.
The go to spot to pick up the little necessities needed for day to day. Friendly and helpful staff
Has everything you can expect from a Walgreens with decent prices. There is not a really quick way to get there as a pedestrian, and you still have to cross a road with no crosswalk.
Love buy snacks here. Easy and quick.
The pharmacy staff is completely unhelpful and condescending
Terrible service.
Pharmacy, best.
