I recently started getting back into biking and needed some help with repairing my bike. So I visited the Trek store where I got parts a while back to see about their service. They blew me away over in the Turner Square store in West Chester. Lauren, Lorenzo, and the other Trek staff got me all fixed up. I will be taking all my bikes here for regular maintenance now that I see how much they do!When I visit the store the staff are friendly fun and knowledgeable. I enjoy my time in the store and they show me lots of cool accessories and features. I also like how they interact with the other customers who bring awesome bikes into the store - fun to check out - especially the new e-bikes!Even if one cannot afford a Trek bike I will recommend taking your bike to the Trek service because of the quality of their workmanship and their friendly demeanor/Thank you very much for making me thankful I have a Trek bike shop in my neighborhood.Thanks!

Super supportive, personal, flexible, transparent, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and much more. Maybe a bit less proactive than the last bike shop I frequented (Breakaway Bikes before that became another Trek), but they make up for it in making you really feel like youre the center of attention when it comes to dealing with your bike.They eave no doubt that they want you to feel good about the decisions you make. Yet if you question them or push them in a different direction, theyll give you their honest opinion.Ive talked with a few other customers that Ive crossed paths with and they all generally agree. This shop is great at getting you exactly what you want with a smile on both sides. Were all the same, we ride bikes and we love it.

My bike chain broke while riding in the area. Although I dont have a Trek bike they were the closest shop in the area to have the bike looked at. Service was quick and awesome! Not only were they willing to replace the chain they looked over the rest of the bike. It never has rode this nicely before. Pricing was very reasonable, in fact I was expecting the charge to be much higher than it came out to be. They did the work while I waited and I was back on the trails within an hour.

When I feel like I’m asking a dumb question I am never made to feel dumb by the techs. Everyone is incredibly nice and Jay was a huge help in picking products to get my bike back on the trails. I feel like I can come to the shop or call with a question and get honest recommendations and get those recommendations on products that are genuinely helpful and not just the flavor of the month. I got my first real bike here and will continue to be a life long client because of the people that work here and the quality of their customer service. Great team. Great store.

I had not been to this location since it was Bikeline. The people there were super friendly! I needed an inter tube replaced and quick! They checked both of those in record time! I’ll be back! Great people, great service, great products!!!!

After purchasing a bike chain I mistakenly thought would fit, I wasn’t made to feel like an idiot when I came back the next day with my bike in tow. The staff and mechanics were very helpful and chuckled at my comment that doing your own bike maintenance was like cutting your own hair - better leave it to the pros.

I brought my bike into this very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient bike shop to get a major tune up, you name it my bike needed it. Picked it up the following day thrilled at how awesome they tuned it up only to return to the shop 3 days later, when I inadvertently ran over my bike. Brought it back to trekk and they salvaged it and did not charge a cent!!! And service was delivered with a smile!!! Best Christmas gift!!!

June 5th Update:I believe I just got a lemon from this Trek Store. I purchased a supposedly New-Last Year Model Emonda. with tons of paint chips, damaged rear drop-outs and creaking fork. To which I feel like I should claim Trek warranty. I came to Trek Manayunk, which is closer to where I live to initiate claim.Unfortunately, Trek West Chester called me later that day to inform me that the only option was either to return my Emonda or theyll try to cover the paint chips by applying touch up paint. I was very upset that it was the only option offered to me, given that I starting lo love the Emonda and love how comfortable it rides. Trek West Chester offered me the bike at a discounted price, saying that it was an older model still in stock. Little did I know that the bike have multiple paint chips, damaged rear drop-outs and creaking fork. By this point, I realized that Ive gotten a lemon and a used bike. If there is an option to give negative stars, Id do so in a heart beat for this store. They couldve said that someone returned the bike, instead of Old Stock model.I came here to get the much hyped Bontrager Specter with WaveCell. I have an older Giro Prolight helmet that weight at 200g(Large) from 2014. Gf encouraged me to get this helmet to have a better protection against concussion while biking, in which I did. Specter helmet weight in almost twice my Giro helmet at 380g, albeit with much more protection. I wore the helmet on a recent 30mi ride and definitely need some getting used to.

Excellent Bike shop. They are extremely patient. Last time I believe I worked with Michael in selecting new cycling shoes. He was a great help!

Products are top notch, but it pales in comparison to the service at this location. I came kicking the tires on a new bike and Michael spent well over an hour listening to where and how I ride and making recommendations. The store was busy, but Michael took the time to guide me through all the options I had. Even with me going in 20 different directions with my biking needs he was able to narrow down my search to the fuel EX8. I was still unsure and called him while my bike was being built, but he assured me this was the right bike for me. Sure enough, after I bought the bike I had the best mountain biking experience ever. I lost track of time and was trail riding for 3 hours, I haven’t had that much fun on a bike before. I can’t say enough good things about this store and Michael. As busy as the store was I was able to chat with just about everyone that worked here and everyone had great advice. I don’t know what bike I’m buying next, but I know where I’m getting it from. They have been so knowledgeable and helpful even before the pandemic. Now they made it easy to drop off and have bikes serviced without ever having to go into the go into the store or touch anything. They also helped us buy new bikes over the phone and have them delivered and sized to our kids at home!

I needed my main pivot bolt replaced. Bill and the shop turned my bike around fast and somehow managed to get it replaced under warranty.This is my go to shop for the random parts and supplies I’ve needed. They’re always friendly and helpful.

The service was great! Michael was super accommodating throughout the whole purchase process. He answered tons of questions, made suggestions about what I might want to consider, helped get some store bikes configured and ready to test ride, found me a local demo day where I could fully test out the bikes I was considering, kept in touch via phone regarding regarding where I was in my purchase process, kept an eye on the available inventory, completed the order and got me all set up when I picked it up. It was a great purchase experience!

I had a great experience shopping for my bike. It was a big purchase for me, but I knew I was in excellent hands with Gary. He asked me several questions about what my goals to make sure we were getting me into the right bike and also gave me different options other than what I thought I wanted just so I could understand the difference and not to pressure me in any way. He was also flexible with timing. I was super excited that the bike I wanted was in stock and that they were able to have it ready for pickup just a few hours after I decided to buy it because I couldn’t wait to take it out. It did not disappoint! I’m a new rider, and this bike has made me feel so much more confident and a little more powerful (for now, at least).

I had two bikes (Gary Fischer 29er) that suffered some water damage in a flood, Trek Bicycle of West Chester expertly repaired the bikes, and didn’t try to add any unnecessary replacement components. I liked them so much that I upgraded a couple things any way. The repairs were done in a timely manner and they were done even quicker than I expected. Communication was constant and there were no unexpected surprises, I’d recommend Trek Bicycle of West Chester to anyone looking for a good experience at a fair price!

Very friendly but I guess because of Covid 19 not a good experience. I wanted to walk in and look around and decide on wether to buy a couple of things but I was walked in and almost lead by the hand to two items I asked about. I felt like a little kid. Trek Bicycle of West Chester continues to amaze. Whether it is expert advice on bike setup, upgrades and apparel they never fail to deliver. This fall I was in the market for a new mountain bike and had a difficult time deciding between the Top Fuel and the Fuel EX. Through several discussions with the Trek West Chester team discussing my riding style and my user requirements I decided on the Fuel EX with a custom build. This was the perfect new ride that has continues to exceeded my expectations every single ride! I’ve been to a lot of bike shops and been around a lot of cyclists of all levels and no one is more professional in meeting your needs.

We always receive very friendly, helpful and efficient service.

Reasonable pricing and excellent service

I have always thought of Trek as the best, but when my daughter wanted to ride a 2-wheeler I made the mistake of getting her an inexpensive bike. The break snapped apart on the first use. We got a 2nd bike and it broke in the same spot. We decided it wasnt worth it and I called Trek. There is a national bike shortage, Ive learned, and the store in West Chester did not have any kids bikes that would fit my daughter. Michael Hummell went out of his way to call a number of other stores. Not only did he find a bike, he found the exact color my daughter wanted. He also went out of his way to find a way to meet with a person from another store in NJ to pick up the bike. After two depressing broken bikes, my daughter is ecstatic! This bike has made her 9th birthday. I was very happy with the way the store dealt with social distancing. I was able to fully pay ahead of time over the phone. An invoice was immediately emailed to me. When the bike came in, they met with people outside the store, everyone was in masks, and we all kept our distance. They rolled the bike out to my waiting car so I didnt even have to enter the store. I will get my years old Trek serviced here once things calm down and will definitely purchase more Treks in the future. It isnt even worth the time or saving money to purchase a bike that will be broken in one use! I cannot thank Michael enough!

Walk into this bike shop with two tubeless wheels that I couldnt quite get to seal due to a stem issue. Nathan grabed them out of my hands and tried to repair them on the spot. Things got a little bit more involved and he asked me to come back in an hour and they were completed perfectly. My local bike shop said it would take 3 to 5 days. Call on my way to wissahickon to destroy my bike some more. Thank you Nathan and Bill you guys are amazing!
