Work right down the street selling cars at Kia of West Chester and I love coming to see the workers. They know me by name and have my coffee fresh! Such a friendly environment.

Going down hill. I used to go here frequently for PA Lottery, and occasional sandwich or hot dog and gas. The last few times I went for lottery the machine was down or had an extremely poor selection of instant tickets. Today they only had $2 and $3 instant tickets. I planned on scratching some tickets but instead left scratching my head. If you can’t properly maintain and stock the machine, don’t offer the service to your customers.The food has steadily gone down hill and the last few hot dogs I got came with a stale roll. I could have checked the time stamp but found the trash can outside more fitting.I suppose I will still get gas here if I’m nearby, pretty hard to screw that up.

I waited Half an hour for this. Not many people in line Inhead of me. Saturday, Halloween night 2020. About 11:30 PM.

This is the best Wawa in the West Chester area. They always have tons of sizzli’s and other ready made food stocked in the morning. Many high school students go there before school since it is near Henderson and they can always handle the rush. After school when all the clubs get food before starting they also handle that rush well. The foodIs always made quickly and it’s good. I have expressed my gratitude to my mom once when we were hear and a manager overheard and gave us free coffee. The entire staff there is amazing. This is a busy Wawa, but they handle it well and the service is always good.

Stopped in for lunch to get a turkey bowl. When I bought it home I noticed the bowl looked light. Only half of it was filled. There was literally one spoon full of mash potatoes in the bottom, an equally puny portion of stuffing, one dab of cranberry and a normal portion of turkey. All in all I feel cheated out of 7 plus dollars for this meal. I wish their employees were trained to add the correct consistent portions in each meal. Chihuahua down the street definitely gives you more meal for your money. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this one since I have had multiple inconsistency problems with the food.

I went into today at lunch to purchase a few items. The clerk took my drink slip but did not ring it when I paid for my items The deli clerks said the drink had not been paid. So I had to go back to the clerk, again, during rush hour, to pay.But, the drink I ordered, an almond milk latte, was instead given dairy. I cant visually see a difference but I drank it.My body cannot adequately process lactose and I am in a lot of pain due to their screw ups. I will never again return to this wawa.

I hope some employees took more care in wrapping their Christmas presents then they do with their hoagies and presentation of food!. Good for a quick snack, new staff are slow so be prepared to wait at peak times.

What can I say...its wawa. Food is good 98% of the time. The location is always busy but they do a good job of keeping it clean and they keep the lines moving. Gas prices are always lower than anywhere else too!

Love Wawa hoagies & always get the same exact one each time. Today was the worst one! It wasnt very busy but the sandwich did look like it was just thrown together. The toppings were all bunched up in the middle and not spread over the entire roll. Very disappointing.

Its kind of ridiculous when I order a toasted cheese (grilled cheese) sandwich and I have to ask every time for the cheese to be melted. Like a grilled cheese should be. (This happens at every Wawa I go to) I dont want to bite into my sandwich and it still be cold and I can actually still see the cheese slices...Its a pretty simple concept...Im not paying 5 dollars for a grilled cheese on white bread that isnt even melted. Its like they dont have time to put it in the oven for 30 damn seconds. Otherwise this Wawa is okay, of course the parking lot is always a crazy hell hole and I always dread having to go there.

All wawa stores are great and finding them is like finding comfort in a strange place during a trip

Plenty of healthy food options for the athlete in between games. Its situated in between two 1-way streets but easy enough to get to if youre aware of what lane to be in.

Never had a bad experience here but also never walked away impressed. It gets the job done.
