We tried ice Cream on the waffle. Tried it for the first time really loved the combination hot waffle with cold ice cream. Staff was very polite and helpful. We took a take out and they were so nice to give double box so that it does not melt. Overall its good and I would recommend this place!!

This place is amazing. The owner is always kind and eager to please his customers. He keeps inventing different flavors and always willing to hear our suggestions. I especially like that you can order any amount of cookie dough and/or ice cream together. The milkshakes are also amazing. I like that I can create my own mixes for my taste but if you are not as adventurous, there are suggestions on the menu. The loyalty program is also a great way to keep me coming back for more and more. No doubt, an excellent addition to West Chester borough.

We were looking for dessert in West Chester and when we saw this place on Yelp I knew I had to try it.Ice cream, cookie dough, and snow cones are what they serve. I came for the cookie dough. They are happy to give you samples. They also have a waffle sandwich which looked great, but seemed like too much food at the time.We got a milkshake with three scoops of caramel ice cream and two scoops of snickerdoodle cookie dough and then a scoop of cake batter cookie dough by itself with marshmallow topping, white chocolate, and cinnamon toast crunch.The milkshake was good, but it was a lot. I also think the cookie dough didnt stand out in the shake quite enough for me. The cookie dough scoop hit the spot for me. Its really dense though, so dont overestimate how much you can eat.If youre looking for a unique place to get dessert, this place is definitely worth a stop.

Excellent customer service! Fantastic flavors and such a cute place to sit. Open late till 11pm too! They also offer root beer floats, funnel cake fries, and other goodies if you’re not feeling up to cookie dough. A great stop for dessert!

Stopped in here this evening on our way home from dinner and was pretty happy to score a parking space out front. There were 5 or 6 people already inside who were clearly having trouble choosing a flavor so I got waited on right away. I know theyre known for their edible cookie dough but I was dying for a snow cone (especially after seeing the one advertised on the board out front). Sadly my snow cone looked nothing like the photo, mine came in a styrofoam cup, barely filled to the top and none of the flavors tasted like they should, needless to say I was not impressed.

The server/manager? Here was very nice and patient, letting you try multiple flavors. He seemed very down to earth. The selection is amazing and there are all sorts of cool combo desserts and custom things to make.

Best Cookie Dough in West Chester!! Absolutely love this place, my go to dessert shop in WC. So many delicious options, and such a cool store. My kids love coming here, because they always can get something new, like a milkshake or a snow cone! Also its so cheap here! Cheaper than any other dessert shop in WC.

Although they market themselves for their edible cookie dough, yet i am a huge fan of their ice creams. Have tried multiple flavors and loved all of them. I am not a huge fan of cookie dough, but thats just me, you can try it if you are into it. Their staff is friendly and they follow COVID guidelines. I have never seen this place empty, so that says something about it too.

Weve been going here since shortly after they opened and I can honestly say it only ever gets better. Very clean, never a sticky mess like some ice cream shops can be. Very creative with all those flavors. Maybe add some vegan ice cream or sugar free options to please a wider array of people, but theres always at least one or two things for vegans. I heard a rumor that the building is haunted by a black cat, but that would just add to the cool vibes there! Gotta love those old West Chester buildings! Easy parking nearby. All around great place, definitely worth it to stop in!

Especially appreciated that he informs customers that cookie dough can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. This is one rich treat, so I enjoyed saving some for later. You have to try this place!

Drove from Reading, PA because I heard this place was great. Was not disappointed. The atmosphere was fun, the decorations were awesome, the owner was fantastic and the cookie dough was amazing, it’s “that good“. Prices were reasonable and the flavor options were plentiful. The concept is really awesome. I took my wife, daughter and MIL to this location. It was an extremely fun place. I did feel bad that there was only one girl behind the counter. She moved fast and accurately. It was nice and i would go again, maybe when it’s nicer out.

Visited this establishment with my daughter and the dark haired gentleman who waited on us was informative and professional from the time we walked in the door. He offered samples, and was well informed about the ingredients in the vegan peach cobbler cookie dough.He was cordial to everyone who came in and consistent in his interactions which I appreciated considering I didn’t receive the same cordiality from some of the other shops in the area.My daughter really enjoyed the waffle ice cream sandwich. Will visit again when I’m back in the area.

Cookie dope is the best & creative place in the West Chester area. The owner is very involved with giving customers the best experience during your visit. The owner & employees were very organized & the facility was extremely clean. The cookie dough was phenomenal!! I loved that the cookie dough could be paired with ice cream & that there actually was ice cream that could be paired with the cookie dough, along with toppings! It can’t get better than that! My boyfriend & I also tried the cinnamon buns & funnel fries, which we were able to put toppings on. We are also very intrigued to try the 12 scoop pursuit, it’s very creative & a great way to try all flavors & have fun. My favorite part is that chocolate milk & regular milk is available to drink with the cookie dough & cookie dope is opened late enough for the perfect midnight snack!

Really three and a half stars. It seemed like an interesting concept and it is. The cookie dough was decadent and extravagant and the flavors were very creative. Maybe too sweet for my taste but could have been the flavor. The ice cream was sort of disappointing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here! It’s a small shop with absolutely delicious ice cream and dough flavors. The service was warm and friendly. We were offered samples of anything before we bought it, and were offered several customization choices on our shake.

They have a great mixture of delicious flavors. Also really appreciate the vegan options, it’s great to be inclusive. The sitting area is also very pretty and the food is very well priced. Staff was also very helpful and kind and let us try many samples.

So good!!! Ice cream is delicious with fruit mixed right into it (depending what you order), and it’s rolled up so cute in the cup! The rolls do actually change the experience since the texture is different, instead of a big hunk of ice cream it’s more flakey at first then melts down to the ice-creamy goodness your used to. Fun to watch them make it too, and service was also good.

I have always been a fan. No complaints at all. I recently got a mint ice cream, which is something I had never tried before, and I must say it was amazing, a lot better than expected. And the staff are always at their best.

Great flavor, steep prices. Like many small shops in West Chester, you pay a price for a small portion. Nothing changes with the ice cream shops (or gelato) in the area. Although I would recommend D’Ascenzo’s gelato personally. The vibe is kind funky but the workers are friendly and helpful. Definitely try a bunch of flavors of dough and ice cream and make sure to check out the mixtures they suggest!

The cookie dough is the best edible cookie dough Ive ever had(better than Baked). Whats even cooler is that they use pasteurized eggs and heat-treated flour, making it both safe to eat and able to bake into cookies. I would definetly recommend the cookie dough milkshakes.

The dough is fun to play with but not to eat. It reminds me of when I ate play-dough as a child and hated it. It also makes me nervous that it has eggs and bake-able flour because that makes it not safe to eat... The funnel cake fries were very chewy, had a bad chemical taste and left a horrible film in my mouth. Also, for taking 15 minutes to make they were very underwhelming.
