Delicious Cookies but they were out of peanut butter ones. 1x treat bc $2 a cookie dont fit my budget.

June 2021Oily and small cookies is the best description.  Smells great inside but I’m not sure what I paid for.  $2 each for an average-tasting cookie that was rather puny and was entirely too oily.  Don’t know what the fuss is other than the name and being open until early morning.  And the excessive oil in the cookie really didn’t agree with my stomach.

They hurt my feelings and were mean. They didnt give me smores flavor, and didnt give my friend a free birthday cookie. Not funny.

This location has been great. But the Exton store has to shape up real fast, I asked for 4 gluten free cookies as my wife has a gluten allergy. First they told me the wrong cookies, then gave me those cookies and my wife is having a reaction at work. Again this location is great, Exton….needs a lot of training and improvement

This place is so meanI ordered a dozen cookies they were terrible and not even hot and the milk was bad. ....Not funny no one even picks up the phone....One employee is so rude and ignorant he treats people like 3 year olds

My experience with the Insomnia Cookies in West Chester has been overwhelmingly positive. The deliveries are quick, and the cookies are beyond delicious. My only concern is that they are sometimes sold out of snickerdoodles (my favorite kind of cookie), but that is no reason to rate them less than five stars.

Yum!!! I wish we would have ordered milk or ice cream to go with our cookie assortment. They were all good. Dont think you could go wrong!

I recommend this place for warm delicious cookies! All I can say is wow. 10/10 for delivery too!

Started using Uber Eats for delivery without saying so anywhere on their website and then just blames uner eats for their delivery problems. My GF had cookie cake and cookies ordered for delivery to my house as a surprise since she couldnt be with me. 2 hours after they were originally supposed to have been delivered she had to tell bc I ended up needing to drive in and pick them up myself. Staff didnt seem to care and just blamed Uner Eats. For place known for their delivery this is very upsetting and maybe management should rethink their affiliation with Uber. Will never order again such a shame

If I could leave zero stars I would.First my order couldn’t be delivered because no “delivery people people/plamates aren’t showing up”- ok I get that is out of their control.But here I am typing this before their 1:30am close time- as I watched them lock the doors and shut off the lights. I worked in the food industry for 15 years, yeah it sucks dealing with customers close to closing time- but those are your advertised hours.Waste of time and gas;I just wanted some cookies :(

This was my first time going to insomnia with coworkers and the cookies are great, addictive and I will be back again. A little on the expensive side but worth it

The cookies are delivered cold and Insomnia does not answer the phone calls to the store. Very poor service recently.

Ok, first time in West Chester and craving sweets. OMG Insomnia cookies to the rescue! Delivered right to our door with Milk and Cookies!!! And the cookies were warm and gooey. Worth every penny. ❤❤❤

Do not EVER order from this place! I placed a birthday cake order for my wife 10 days in advance for the red velvet cookie cake and they waited until THE DAY of her birthday to tell me they didn’t have it anymore! Not only is she now not getting the cake she asked for but I have to scramble on her birthday to find a junky cake from a supermarket! I have never been so upset. Their customer service rep barely even said sorry. I am so disappointed for my wife on her birthday and will be sharing this terrible customer service with everyone I know. Thanks for nothing Insomnia Cookies.

Small yet well managed place, and the smell of fresh cookies makes you feel amazing. I tried their chocolate chip cookie and brownie; the former was good but wouldnt recommend their brownies.

I WISH I had taken pictures of the cookies I bought because despite a little address snafu the cookies were still warm and gooey when I got them! I could not have been more impressed with the quality and efficiency of the service. The website was easy to navigate and order from and I look forward to making more purchases from them int he future :)

Delivery took over an hour and the cookies were really greasy. I love a warm, soft cookie, but these were practically a BP oil spill in a pizza-style box. I thought I heard a Bush explain why we needed military invasion, there was so much oil. The novelty is admittedly cool, but the reality is a disappointment.

I feel like this place suffers from to much hype and not enough quality. The cookies are average in taste and size and rather expensive for what you get (I understand you are getting a warm cookie served to you but a single cookie is pricier than a single donut at Dunkin). I wouldnt go back again, simply because its to much money for a lackluster quality.

Um, hello? Cookies! Whats not to love? I love love love chocolate chip. They even have milk to drink and the cookies are warm. They stay open til 3 in the morning, which is great for the bar crowd.

Terrible experience! I’ve never had insomnia cookie but I’ve heard the hype about it, so I decided to try. Well I for sure won’t ever go back to this location. The employee, had me standing at the register for about 10mins while he assisted other people who’d already ordered. Keep in mind I waited in line for 20 minutes, I finally get the chance to order and he didn’t even apologize for the wait. The customer service here sucks, they act as if your annoying them.

Bought a cookiewich to go on Monday night in store. First of all, I had to wait 5 minutes just for someone to come. At some point I thought there was no one there. When the employee finally came to check I ordered a cookiewich to go. Had the 2 cookies in a bag and the ice cream in a small cup. The amount of ice cream the employee that was there gave me was just pathetic!!! I realize that I am getting the small cup, but the ice cream was occupying literally 1/3 of the space in the cup. I finished it in 3 spoonfuls!!! Its not the first time that happened with the specific employee. Please train your staff a bit better. Your store is already overpriced, at least make proper portions!

Whats better than fresh baked cookies? Theyre a little on the pricy side, but they are baked fresh for you on the spot. The convenience cant be beat when theyre open and delivering until 3 am every night.

Great cookies, somehow they were pretty filling. Pretty small store interior but enough space for a front counter and sidebar to sit and eat. A little expensive, got a chipwich and it was about 6 bucks, but really good, so it evens out. They also deliver, the radius is a super weird shape, but the fact they deliver is a bonus. Definitely reccomend checking out

Terrible customer service. Staff is typically rude if you actually go into the place. Also delivery is always questionable. We ordered a 12 pack on a Sunday night at 8:30PM for delivery...was quoted 25-30 minutes. By 9:30 we still hadn’t received our cookies and the online ordering service still said “cookies baking.” We attempted to call but since they’re run by a call center it took us 15 minutes to even get ahold of someone. She simply apologized and said there’s only one driver on and that he had other deliveries ahead of us.We then got a personal call from our delivery driver. This is how the convo went:Driver: hi this _____ from insomnia. Where am I meeting you?Me: uh are you here?Driver: No, I’m on walnut.Me:.....I’m on east gay st.Driver: okay I’m coming over there now.Me: okay.....Like is this a drug deal? Like hellloooo I ordered delivery where my address was included in the order so deliver to my house????We finally got our cookies after an hour and a half. Please learn to use proper quote time if you’re only going to staff one driver on a Sunday night of finals week. Also learn to properly train your staff.

I think this place gets more credit than it deserves just because people are so taken by the idea of a place that will deliver warm cookies to you at 2am. And admittedly, that is kind of cool. But then you see what you get for what you paid and the novelty goes away quickly.Look, I get it, this is kind of a niche thing that youre doing here. But your prices are insane. Yeah, youre delivering me cookies, there should be a premium on that. But youve got that covered by charging a delivery fee. But no, thats not enough, all your food is crazily overpriced as well. $3.50 for a bottle of milk? Really? I could get 2 gallons at the store for that price. Cookies are $1.70 a piece. I expected big homemade style cookies. Instead theyre surprisingly small and arent really any better than the cookies you can get in the refrigerated section at the store and make yourself in 20 minutes. I guess thats my main issue here. The cookies arent bad. But youre charging artisan prices for something thats pretty run of the mill at best. $7.75 for a pint of ice cream? Ben and Jerrys is $5.50 maybe and a lot higher quality.So yeah, I guess if youre wasted at 2am and REAAAAAALLLLYYY need some cookies, then go for it. Otherwise you could spend a lot less just by planning ahead and grabbing a tube of cookie dough at the store next time youre there.
