I am satisfied with their service from the beginning to the end except the one little thing that it took longer than usual to wait for ordered windows from a manufacturer because of the pandemic. In general the experience working with Chapman was just great.The team including Ron, Mike and Jeff arrived early in the morning as promised and finish installing two large triple windows in my living room earlier than the end of a working day. That was very fast for this kind of work! They removed and disposed previous windows that were old, heavy and bulky. Good skills are required to do this kind of work. New windows were installed in a professional and organized matter. Team completed amazing job with the outside siding around windows as well. New windows look neat, modern and nice. The team cleaned the working area from inside and outside before they left. Thanks a lot for your work!

We had an antique Dutch door that we loved at our stone and stucco farm house, but it was never right since we redid the house almost 20 years ago. In the winter you could not keep a candle lit a foot away from the doors edge! So we hired Chapman to put a new wooden version of it in the same color with a new storm door. Because of supply chain shortages it took many months but in the end we could not be happier. The workmanship, product, color, detail and finish work was all 5 stars. They exceeded all my expectations! I Highly recommend Chapman when you want the best!

Our experience with Chapman Windows Doors & Siding was incredible from start to finish. First, their salesman was extremely helpful and friendly to work with, unlike a lot of other companies and competitors we met with prior, which is what sealed the deal for us. They installed two doors for us, including the front door of our house, and everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. They even installed our doors earlier than the anticipated date they provided us, given another customer cancelled on their date. They do great work and cleaned up nicely afterward. We have used Chapman 4 times in the past to install new doors and storm doors and have always been extremely pleased with the entire Chapman Team, the quality of their work, and their very fair pricing. This time we decided to have all the nine 25 year old Casement Windows in our Sunroom replaced with new Ideal Casement Windows. We visited the Chapman Showroom in August 2020 and met with Ned Scheffler who showed us the various selections of Windows they carry and the difference between each.He sent us quotes for several casement window companies and we decided to go with the Ideal Casement Windows.Given the supply chain issues as a result of COVID, it took until May for the Windows to be installed. This was no way a result of Chapman. We were constantly kept up to date via email regarding our window order and the projected start date for the installation.The installers did an outstanding job and left our house immaculate.The new windows are superb, have enhanced the beauty of the Sunroom, and have significantly reduced the amount of heat from the Sun as the room faces West.I highly recommend Chapman. I reached out to the folks at Chapman to replace all of the doors in my house. The sales rep came out to my house a few days later and we were able to come to a deal the same day to replace both my front and back door, along with adding a storm door.The sales rep was great and the pricing was even better compared to what Pella or Anderson are charging. I put down my deposit and Im waiting for the call to schedule the actual work.This was back in January - Im hoping to be scheduled by May. Ill update my review once the work is done regarding the installation.Edit (March 22) - The folks at Chapman were able to schedule my installation much earlier than expected. They installed 2 exterior doors and 1 storm door. It only took 2 days, and Im very happy with the work they did, including saving the original trim and cleaning up the work area. I would definitely use them for future projects at my house.

We wanted to update a few doors around the house & got several quotes from several companies in the process. We had the outside of our garage converted into two large windows and an external door installed on the back of the space. Foreman Ron and Foreman Shilo were both assigned to the project. Their attention to detail and workmanship was beyond my expectations. All the guys were incredibly personable (Mike, Mike M., Dave, Eshond, and John) and put in the hours necessary to get our job done well AND on time. They cleaned up thoroughly and left nothing behind for me to pick up. They also spent the time to walk me through the care and operation of my new fixtures once they were installed. My only wish is that they did interior renovations as well! I feel privileged to pay a reasonable price for this level of workmanship and peace of mind.

After looking to replace a unique window for two years, Chapman was recommended by a friend. The entire process was smooth and efficient from the estimator to the final product. We bought a front door in 2020 from Chapman. The sales people were all very helpful and informative. It was our first time buying so there were lots of questions on our end and every one was answered with kindness. The kind of door we got was also offered at the big box stores but we learned they are sold to them in mass quantity at a lesser quality so we were happy to pay a little more and go with a local company with a better product. When youre spending a large sum on windows and doors its always reassuring to know they are going to be installed well. When going with a big box store a 3rd party will do the install and Ive heard can be incredibly hard to track down if something goes wrong. With Chapman you know who is installing and can always get a hold of them. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there was a mix up with our door handle. Chapman were extremely quick to respond and offered to fix it or give us a discount. Not much else I could ask for! I would go with these guys again in a heart beat.

We had Chapman Builders install a new front door on our house. From the time we spent in the showroom through the final install the process was smooth. We chose a ProVia door and being able to pick out the door, sidelights and hardware in the showroom was fantastic. The installation crew were great and day went as planned. I had such a good experience with them in 2004 that I called them again. The person that answered the phone (on the first ring) was pleasant, understood my issue, and even looked up my previous job from 16 years ago! She said she would have Michele call me to schedule the service. Michele called, knew EXACTLY what the issue was, and said she would send someone right out to correct the issue, but, wait for it, at no charge -- 16 years later! I dare you to find another contractor that stands behind their work and products for 2 decades, if you can even get them on the phone. Kudos, Chapman. Review is for purchase and installation of all home windows. First, let me say that I am giving the installation team a solid 5 star + rating. The team headed by Shilo were not only always on time and friendly but performed outstanding work. Shilo (team foreman) explained every step of the process throughly, did and outstanding job managing his team and was unbelievably meticulous down to the smallest detail. When the job was complete, he and his team thoroughly cleaned the dust and debris caused by the installation. I’d highly recommend him and his team.Windows are good quality and I feel as though I received a good price.The only reason I’m giving 4 start instead of 5 is the relatively poor communication from the main office. I had not spoken to anyone there in 3 months and the Friday before the scheduled installation date (on Monday), I had to call their office to see if the installer was coming and at what time. Need better customer interface with the main office. Overall though, I’d recommend using this company to friends and family.

We have used Chapman several times. Recently had a ProVia door develop an issue and Michelle was great in getting replacement ordered. I had been so used to her coming out for service that I was surprised to hear that Carlo would be coming out for the repair. Recently my condo association indicated that they felt my patio door needed to be replaced due to a leak that the downstairs neighbor was experiencing. There was zero evidence that this leak was from my unit but I called Chapman Windows to come out and take a look at it. Mike Chapman came out and after carefully examining the door and surrounding area determined that the patio door was not leaking at all. He measured everything out and provided us with an estimate but in addition indicated on his write up that our condo associations assessment of the leak was incorrect and that our current door has never leaked. While Im still battling it out with my condo association I was so impressed and grateful for Chapmans honesty. Obviously they stand nothing to gain if I dont replace my door but given their integrity and willingness to help I would have no hesitation calling them to fix any of my windows or doors. If your looking for decent people to work on your home these are the guys.

We have used Chapman Windows & Doors to replace almost every door in our house since moving in 2017. Our most recent experience was a new storm door in our garage entry. Chapman did a great job of systematically identifying and fixing a number of water leaks at the back of my home. I had water coming in at a window and through the ceiling near an outside wall at the back of the house. The Chapman workmen carefully remove the existing siding, identified failures in the wrapping of the house and installed new wrapping to correct the problems. They restored the siding and cleaned up the area when they were finished. There has been no water coming in since they finished their work. I felt the fee they charged was worth the work and the result.

Carlo did a great job replacing our defective ProVia Entry Signet Door. It needed to be replaced by the manufacturer because of the improper holes for the hardware.

Can I say that these folks know what they are doing and do it well! They just installed a new patio door for us, and it is beautiful! The new door is steel and made in America. We really love the fact that we can support a local business and use American-made products. We had a minor issue, and they responded immediately to our concern and made it right. Thrilled with the door and their service. The big box stores may have less expensive doors, but you do really get what you pay for. We have a 10-year warranty on our new door, and we are sure it will last much longer than that!

Chapman Windows and Doors installed a solid-core two-panel door in the opening to my den which is now my office since COVID has driven me to work from home. The door matches my other doors, fits perfectly, swings great and baffles sound well when closed. The door and jamb need a little paint touch up which Chapman offers for $125. I declined because it seemed steep, and I would have definitely done it for $50-$75 per door. I’m glad to have the door, and would use Chapman again without reservation.

I had some windows replaced and someSiding redone. I had a specific time line when I wanted it done and they were able to meet my deadline. Everything went as planned and looks beautiful. The project manager stopped by daily to make sure everything was done right. I appreciated that they didn’t destroy my plants. They cleaned up after themselves and even had a painter come in to do the final touch up. I would definitely recommend -and plan on using them again.

Chapman did an amazing job removing our stucco and replacing it with Hardie Board. We were 100% satisfied with their quality workmanship, fast responsiveness and continual communication throughout the process. Our project manager Dave Richards was great to work with and took care of anything we asked right away and always kept us posted on the job. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We were in a situation where the sale of our home was dependent upon Chapman being able to do the work on our exterior for a reasonable price and a quick time frame. Mr. Chapman and his team (especially Duane) worked with us extensively over multiple calls, emails, and home visits to get a massive job coordinated very quickly at an amazing price. We have used Chapman in the past for windows, siding, soffits, and now a full stucco remediation with hardie plank siding. We got several estimates from other companies and Chapman was incredibly reasonable without being suspiciously cheap. Shop around if you want, but you will not regret it if you come back to them for a quality job with incredible customer service.

Mike inquired as to what we were looking to purchase and then showed us various product lines to get our sense of style. All of our questions were answered without hesitation. Mike did not try to sell us the most expensive model nor did he try to upsell us on any features that we were not interested in purchasing. We were truly in the driver’s seat which was very comforting.I cannot emphasize enough the “Quality” Customer Service that we have received throughout this entire process. At every juncture of the process the Chapman staff responded positively and quickly to all of our questions and requests for changes. I cannot thank Mike, Ned, Jessica, Jackie and Michelle enough for their time and assistance with my project.At the time of this writing our replacement screen door, front door and patio door have been installed. We could not be happier with the quality of the product, the craftsmanship of the installation crew and customer service received to date.Chapman Windows and Doors truly represents Quality and Service. From start to finish, working with Chapman was a breeze. It was obvious that everyone knew their products. I had expert help making my selections to account for design and function. So many details and decisions for every door! Each one was anticipated. Install was clean, neat and professional, including touch up painting. My new doors (4) and refurbished old doors (2) look great. I wouldnt go anywhere else for doors. Great service and quality.

I had over 20 windows replaced by Chapman along with some window dormers and siding. From our first visit to the showroom dealing with Joanne and Art to Galen / John on the install, everything went as planned. Very professional organization with great follow up and attention to detail in all the work performed. Would use them again.

Installers Galen, Victor, Mike Ana Eeshond did a great job. They were extremely polite and professional while being friendly and personable. They cleaned up after installing 4 storm doors and did a fantastic job Overall! Thanks Chapman!

UPDATE : 2 interesting things to note since I posted my review. One is that since I wrote my review Chapman’s reviews have been flooded with 5 star reviews (use your own intuition here); and two is that I have now been fully reimbursed for the cost of the door and installation fee. Why do you think this happened??? I have a few guesses. After all this, I still have not heard one word from Chapman management. This issue should have been handled long ago, but instead I had to fight for what is right. The lesson here is simply don’t do business with a company like Chapman unless you want to take a chance that you may have to deal with similar issues to me. Like I said, you’ve been warned.................Please do not walk but RUN from this company. Long story, but I will provide a few details. A few years ago we purchased 3 sets of patio doors from Chapman. To install the first patio door, Chapman sent one elderly employee to my house. I had to assist him and get the patio door set out of his truck and carry it up to my house. This employee smoked cigarettes while he worked on the patio door and allowed smoke to enter our home the entire day. We spent approximately $8k on these doors. This is just a small detail in a long story of working with an unethical company that provided poor craftsmanship and takes no ownership of its faulty work. In all, we had issues with all 3 sets of doors installed by Chapman. They also installed two sets of french doors in my basement without removing the interior trim. There was a 2 inch gap all around each set of doors after the install was complete. They had to send back an employee for 8 hours to fix what they told me were properly installed doors. I was told that our house walls were not square. You could see the outside air from inside the house. Not only did they do an awful job, but they had their employee, Michelle, lie about what happened in an email. Im more than happy to share this email with anyone who wants it so you can see what you may have to deal with if you choose to do business with this company.I shake my head in disgust as I write this review, b/c I cannot believe this company is still in business. In the end they offered me $900 to RETURN a door that cost over $2k. I have copies of emails exchanged, a video of the door that Michelle from Chapman claims is normal, and a copy of her condescending, untruthful email. Shockingly, I have heard nothing from Chapman management. I realize there are 2 sides to every story, but believe me when I tell you that if you have an issue with this company, they will not make it right. I wish I read a review like this before we chose this company to do work on our home. As stated, Im more than willing to share additional info, emails, and videos if this helps your decision in choosing between contractors. Save yourself a major headache and RUN from this company.As I promised to Chapman in an email, Im going to do everything I can to make sure other customers not only know how this company has treated us, but also to expose the quality of their work, or lack of I should say. No integrity, dishonest, and they should be ashamed!! Consider yourself warned if you decide to do business with Chapman.

I had a great overall experience with the people and the products from Chapman. The door I ordered was on time and the installation went very smoothly. The ProVia storm door with embedded screen works great and the air flow through the house has made a big difference. Denise was great to work with and followed up on the details. Id be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

I was having constant problems with a couple of windows so I purchased replacement windows from Chapman. Gaylen and John installed them today and they took the time to show me why I was having problems and how their standard installation techniques would prevent future issues. I appreciated the effort shown by Chapman from estimating through project follow up and professional installation. Great company to work with.Larry

Chapman is the best. Everyone in the office was great. Galen and John did an excellent job with the installation of my new windows. I am happy I went with this company.

Ned spent extra time answering questions and working with us to get every detail right.Installation crew, Shilo, Eeshand, Ariel, and Mike, were the best. Besides being terrific people, they were very picky about installation details. They took extra time to get each window right, including the trim.It was a big job (44 windows). Choosing Chapmans was the best decision we could have made.

Food was great and served quickly after ordering. Had the Hungry Man and everything included was delicious. Wait staff was really friendly and helpful.

William Reidy responded to a follow-up concern we had from an exterior door that was installed in August. We very much appreciated that Mr. Chapman responded to our follow-up concern. Mr. Reidy did an awesome job explaining the additional fix that was needed. He was professional and courteous. His work was outstanding and we are so very delighted with the exterior door to our deck. Cant wait to schedule our next project with Chapman Doors and Windows.

Working with this company was a pleasure. When we arrived at the showroom (without an appointment), the sales personnel were quite professional in acknowledging our presence and that someone would be with us shortly. The sales rep than listened to what we wanted in a storm door and showed us our options using samples in the showroom. We placed the order and within a few weeks the door we had ordered was delivered and installed by someone very knowledgeable about the installation process. The door looks great and the front door entrance is now properly insulated. This is a first-class business operation that we will be returning to when we begin to replace some windows.

I had a fantastic experience from the beginning to the end with Chapman. I had 4 companies quote replacing 7 windows in my home. Chapman offered a far superior window for a few dollars more than my lowest quote. There was no pressure and their superior product and knowledge is what sold me. During installation, I had a friendly crew that took great caution and care in my home. They vacuumed when they were finished, wiped everything clean and left the work areas in better condition than when they arrived. They were very careful in all of my flower gardens and the installers were honestly just great fun guys. They were a pleasure to have around. 2 months later, I couldnt be happier.
