Wowed by this place!! My parking meter only had 20mins on it in this busy district of downtown West Chester and the staff was quick and thorough about educating me on different teas and tea filters. Inexpensive as well, just $30 got me a metal tea filter and 3 organic bags of high-quality tea. Upgrade your body and mind and relaxation. Go to this wonderful place to experience the finer things in life.

My daughter’s favorite bubble tea shop (and she’s been to many). She says theirs is more flavorful … taro, distinctly taro; mango, distinctly mango … unlike a couple other local places. Nice owners too.

Not only is the bubble tea at this store great but they also have a huge variety of high-quality lose leaf tea. I got to of their loose leaf teas and they are so rich in flavor, I will definitely come back for more.

Usually I have a great experience but the last time I came in my boba was very hard in the center and it was falling apart in my mouth. It was an upsetting trip and it was usually the highlight of my day but it was not.

Cute shop, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Our milk tea was yummy. Parking was free and plentiful on Sunday.

My kids and I have had the Bubble tea. Everything is made fresh there. I have had the whisked Matcha tea and also have purchased some loose leaf teas. The gentleman that works there is super knowledgeable, friendly and can recommend some teas if you need help. My kids both love the Bubble tea and ate already asking when we can go back for more. The sign on the wall also says they serve french press coffee.

The staff is so friendly and good at what they do. I love the environment and the tea there is fabulous. A nice place to go and drink some tea while reading a book, or chatting with a friend.

The owners are such sweet people and the people they employ are always just as inviting and friendly. They have a great variety of tea, bubble tea, and oriental products. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for anything tea related!!

The boba milk teas are so delicious!

The only place in West Chester for this kinda stuff. But I dont love it JUST for that reason. They really have everything. All types of looseleaf. Pleasant atmosphere. The owners are BEYOND knowledgeable. You can tell they have a true passion for what they do. Plus great trinkets, tea infusers, statuettes, .... and very fine tea sets. A+ all around. If you take home tea to brew, I highly recommend the Monks Delight Black. Its to die for. And for green, cant go wrong with the Lucky Dragon!

This place is so cute. I went here with my family last year. Loved the decor, the service was great and the shop owner made the tea fresh for us.

Great spot to get high quality teas, sweets and cute gifts. Their bubble tea is delicious and the proprietors are extremely gracious. Tranquil space to hang out and participate in events. Their free tastings are a great way to sample different kinds of teas.

This shop is absolutely adorable. The boba is quite tasty, and it was awesome that we were able to choose the tea leaves we wanted. The shop owner was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend visiting this shop!

Good selection of delicious teas (including Bubble Tea) in a peaceful, relaxing environment with super friendly staff. Get a drink made for you in-shop or take some loose leaf with you to brew at home. Well worth a visit.

What a great discovery. Fantastic tea and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I asked about green tea macha and she showed us the proper traditional way to make it. We will be back.

Good bubble tea

There was a small display set up on campus at WCU. Their panda cup immediately caught my eye and I ended up with a purchase close to $50 (I bought something for each person in my family because they had such a nice selection.)! The woman running the table was so courteous and sweet; I will certainly take a trip to their main shop soon! Im sure they are just as kind at their main location.

Went in because Im always looking for authentic boba tea and was not disappointed! Unlike other boba places where youre typically served sugary, syrupy liquid with some milk and undercooked tapioca balls, TranquiliTEA actually brews the tea before serving!Whats more, they have as wide a selection of unique and delicious tea blends as a place like Teavana and you get the satisfaction of knowing youre supporting a small business that really depends on your patronage.What a true gem of a tea shop in West Chester! I will definitely be going back and bringing friends!
