Better prices and selection than Giant. They have also done a better job at keeping the shelves stocked during Covid. The biggest issue is that they did a really poor job planning for kids to go back to college. Since late August they have had extremely long lines at the registers. The complete opposite of their competitors where open lines were abundant yesterday. This usually means lower wages and poorer treatment of their employees. Which falls directly on ownership.

Love this store i honestly do not buy groceries anywhere else! I like that the fruit and veggies are always fresh, Especially the meats and chicken.

This is still one of my favorite local grocery stores after all the recent additions to our grocery store choices in the area. The prices, service, and selection are all great. I particularly favor their deli counter where I always have a great experience even though Im a little slow in deciding what to get. Patient and courteous. This store is a longtime favorite.

I like ShopRite. Their new Bowl & Basket redesign looks super fetch. The prices are fair, I would say. It’s one of the most inexpensive grocery stores in the area without sacrificing any of the quality.

The store is nicely laid out and the shelves are well lit. The only negative is not enough people on register or at the customer service desk.

Great place to shop for not only bargains on food supplies, but household items as well.

We shopped at ShopRite for over 40 years longer than most people that work there is our place to go the celebrations and all the events of life good service good food wont disappoint

Stopped in for an onion and left with a bakery item as well. I notice they have similar offerings to the Wegmans bakery but quite a bit cheaper. Hmmm :-)

Very nice, they have new check out cashiers that you do yourself. They are much better than the other ones.

I only shop here every 2-3 mos. This time (7/31), I had to stop at Cust Svc Desk to tell the Mgr how nice the store was - very clean, organized & helpful staff. I noticed this on my previous visit, too, so had to take time to tell them. It wasnt always like this, to me its a big difference from the past, so I feel like some major change mustve happened...? I also had cause to use their public rest room - hvnt seen one this clean in ages! 👍

Outstanding prices love the seafood department but you need just a little bit more friendlier people at the cash register but overall very good place to shop and to look for discount s.

Good prices.The Produce Manager is very nice and was very helpful when I needed it.The pharmacy staff are very serious and somber.I dont know who is unhappier, the elderly customers or the staff in general.I know this is a stressful time but you feel the gloom once you enter the door.

This store always has hard to find items. Love this store and the prices are always lower than others stores. You can always get more bang for your buck!

Stopped by here for some seafood selection. They have a decent selection of wild caught seafood at reasonable prices. The guy behind the seafood counter was helpful. The store looks clean. My wife got 3-4 different fish and picked up a dozen of the Cherrystone clams.

Above and beyond shopping experience with management that truly cares about their customers. Specifically, there was an item for which I thought the sale price was $30. When I went to the register I learned that I misread the label and the price was actually $70 ($30 off of $100). After explaining to my daughter that the item was more expensive than I had thought the Manager agreed to sell it to me for the $30. While this is not something you see every day a 4 year old girls day was made with a very nice early Christmas present....and I will now be shopping at this Shop Rite store for all of my trips to West Chester. Thank you again and Merry Christmas!

I love Shop Rite prices and food options in general. Great supermarket that sells ethnic products. Very diverse meat selection and love their fresh caught lobsters when they are on sale! Giving this particular location 4 out of 5 due to cleanliness and overall appearance of the store. In addition, the layout of the store makes it a little more difficult to shop.

I love the fact that as soon as you walk i to the store, you see an array of fruits and vegetables in all dorts or size, shape anf colors.... They have an awesome selection and variety of just about anything you could think of. Always having sales to keep the costs of living down to a minimum.... Would def recommend to food shop....

Shoprite has items that acme and giant do not have. Thier meat and seafood departments are amazing. Usually find great deals on name brands and a great assortment of fish. The meats are better then most local butcher shops.

I like this ShopRite. They have redone the store and it is nice looking on the inside. One of the better stores to find unique cuts of meat and poultry. Bread is in a weird place, all the way back in frozen food area.

Friendly Associates...always happy to shop there

During Covid time, they are well stocked. They have a person making sure all wearing masks at entrance but carts are not disinfected.

Good service. They had what I needed when I was visiting from 30 minutes away. I am used to another supermarket so I did find it strange that they were not cleaning the self-serve registers after every customer like my supermarket does.

Not nearly enough handicapped parking spaces. Some products are overpriced compared to other stores . For instance, Walmart sells Bar S hotdogs for $0.99 per pack and ShopRite sells them for $1.79 per pack (they used to be $0.99 prior to the pandemic). For someone with limited funds, this seems like price gouging the poor... Stock of food is still sometimes limited and overpriced compared with other area stores. Farely decent prices throughout the store if you do diligent shopping.

Run out of sale items too quickly, never restocked. Fried chicken 8 pieces was so overcooked I had to throw out all of it. Some of the cashiers are so rude.

I just love ShopRite. All of our groceries in the area are great. But if you grew up in the South you will appreciate ShopRite. They have a lot of the food that your parents would prepare. I wont name them. You just have to browse the meat section and see for yourself.

LOVED the store. I could find everything that i need. Almost similar to Giant. The fact that i could find Hagen daz mango icecream, which is super rare, awesome!

Went to the GameStop to buy controller and whats poking to rudely by a GameStop employee and told to leave just because I told him why does he have an attitude if he doesnt want to work he shouldnt be working horrendous

One of the best places to purchase a homemade cake. My son messed up the pick up time and in 5 minutes she had it done and in the box! The employees here are thoughtful and awesome when they step up to the plate. The bakery just knocked it out of the ballpark!

I don’t do my grocery shopping anywhere else. The prices are great and the coupons are a if help too.I even use their pharmacy. They are so helpful. And the group at the desk are very kind. And every worker is so helpful.

ShopRite really seems to be struggling with the current set of challenges. Sale items are frequently out of stock and their shelves are missing popular items. I used to be a regular customer, not so much anymore.

I love the butchers and fish men. The products are varied and cover all bases. They play good music. Employees are helpful and upbeat. This is my favorite supermarket. We bypass many fancier markets to shop here, and it aint close.

Such an odd store. It has a great selection and lots of fresh and organic foods, but it’s not super welcoming. The people are nice but the store itself feels like you’ll get tetanus just entering the building. It’s in need of a remodel stat!

This is a pretty nice grocery store. I generally come here to buy meat rather than a closer store because their butcher is better and the prices more reasonable. They also sell eggs in a huge pack which I often buy. They upgraded the deli area recently and improved cheese selection. Produce is pretty good though they never have nice peaches in summertime; either too ripe or unripe. Staff is generally good and helpful.

This is a very nice grocery. Store is clean with wide isles,nice produce & excellent meats selection. Prices are decent for the area. In small shopping plaza, so its got easy acess off West Chester Pike and plenty of parking.

Good selection. Theyre not cleaning the carts before you get them, but they do have wipes to use once you get in the store to clean the cart handle and your hands

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Its nice to see an employee smiling during work. I live much closer together grocery stores. For the last 20 years I go the distance for a customer orientated store such is Shop Rite. Prices are also more competitive. Quality of produce, meat and bakery rate higher than the competition. Ive been a loyal customer just for these reasons.
