Used Chester County Fuel for the first time this year for our annual tune up and cleaning for our oil fired burner. Have used 3 or 4 other companies over the past several years and and this is the first time any company has earned a 5 star review from me. The service Russ provided was fantastic - he went out of his way to answer the many questions I had and even addressed other HVAC questions I had regarding our AC unit, etc. I find it increasingly rare these days to get great service, even when paying top dollar and it was refreshing to feel like I got what I paid for, plus some additional knowledge for no extra charge. Thank you.

Heres a well deserved review for Harry of Chester County Fuel Oil who recently helped me out of a tight spot. The guy I hired to install a new furnace in my 1906 carriage house bailed on me. With that early arctic mass looming in the forecast, pressure was on. I was close but thanks to Harry, the leave-it-to-the-pros part of the installation was finished with enviable precision and skill. Heat and hot water--an especial winter pleasure. Great, great service. Just ordered a followup fuel oil delivery. Nice front office too. Five stars.

Great place been using them for years. Friendly and caring. Oil truck broke down they called and said I would have to wait til Monday for my oil. A little later I look out the window and see the oil guy outside. That was so nice of them to go get another truck and deliver my oil I really appreciated that. Shows me they care. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

For the last ten years, I have relied on Chester County Fuel Oil for home oil delivery and furnace maintenance. Our boiler delivers both hot water and heat to our home so getting it up and running quickly when it needed repair was critical. Chester County was always there on the same day, regardless of time and had us up and running in no time. I also appreciated that although our furnace is about 20 years old, they never pushed us to replace it - take care of it, they said, and it will last another 20 years for you. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank them for their incredible service.

Everyone from this company is an absolute delight to deal with. The receptionist is understanding, compassionate and extremely informative. Ive called other places before, asking for will-call fill ups, and they were nasty and treated me like the bottom of the barrel scum, because I couldnt afford to sign a contract. Not Chester County Oil; they will deliver any amount, any price and will keep a smile In their voice. Even if prices fluctuate some day, Id want to stay with them. Love these guys!

Chester County Fuel has excellent customer service! Over the phone they are helpful and courteous. The servicemen are personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. I highly recommend them.

Attn:🗣steer clear of this place on 12/14/2020, I ordered 50gals of Fuel and on 12/25/2020, I was out of Fuel, How🤔I had 1/4, to begin with their is No way in the World I should of ran out of 50 gals of Fuel in under 2wks, mind you I didnt need to use it on the days it was 60 degrees and my Thermostat is always sat at 75 degrees, I am Convinced they cheated me out of Fuel and during a Pandemic these people ought to be ashamed of their selves taking advantage of people during hard times likes this just pure Evil and Greedy and when I asked to speak with a Manager he was to Cowardly to get on the phone to speak with me I will never ever recommend these people to anyone!

Easy to work with, very good customer service and competitive prices even when you dont set up a contract.

Called CCFO to inquire about a new system estimate since our service provider suggested that our HVAC system is getting to that age where it is going to totally fail. Harry came out to our house and not only didnt put the high pressure sales pitch on, he was extremely informative about systems, new and old. Harry is old school, honest, he has integrity. He didnt think our system needed replacement at all - an unbiased opinion as he didnt charge to come out for the assessment & estimate. Nobody does business like this anymore, God bless Harry!

I have known Lynn for at least 23 years. She has always been a good friend. Last winter we ran out of oil and had a very little bit of money. She didnt ask any more questions and delivered the oil we could afford. This year I am going to join Chester County Oil Inc. and they will be our permanent house oil . We are getting on the budget plan and will never have to worry about a cold home ever again!

Recently moved into a new house and needed a tune up for our furnace and oil delivery. Both were done within days of calling, will be using them for maintenance and oil delivery in the future.

We were without heat for 6 days dealing with our home warranty company AHS. AHS sent a service company out twice and still could not get the right part to fix our heater. We called CCFO on Friday mid-day. Got home to take a picture of the part at 4:30. They were out to fix the heater at 5:45. Our heat was fixed that night and back on before the temperature dropped again. Excellent service!
