Really excellent service. I bought a 15-year old house a year ago and when the landscape lights went out I searched for the company online. I emailed customer service and got a response within hours asking for a photo of my transformer, which I sent. A few hours later I had another email telling me the exact part I needed and where to order it (from a different provider). A few days later the part arrived and it popped in with little hassle. The system has been working for a week now (I waited to review until I was sure). The cost for the part was under $40, even if my new home insurance would have covered it (not sure) it would have meant at least the $75 co-pay. That I could repair a 16-year old system so easily and get such great help from the company (when they werent even making money of the deal) is truly remarkable. Thank you! (especially Lindsay A!)

This is a great company that completely stands behind their products. We recently bought a home that had the Nightscaping system installed. The system was from a few years ago, and has since been obsoleted by newer more capable units. Way back, in 2007, I had a very extensive Landscaping project completed. We purchased all our lighting from Nightscaping USA. Fast forward to 2019 and while all the fixtures remain in fine working order, we did want to extend our project even further. At the same time, the timer component of the transformer had finally expired. As you might imagine, the product line and timer were more or less, long gone being replaced by other product line. However, a call to Lindsay at Nightscaping led her to finding me some old stock to match what I needed. She also searched out and provided me the contact information of a different supplier that happen to carry the old-out-dated timer I needed.
