Im always able to find what I need from their website, and I love that they allow users to favorite items and add notes to them. Their shipping is incredibly efficient, arriving the next day for just about all of my orders with no minimum purchase needed. Ive been able to call the store after placing an online order to make quick adjustments to the items or delivery address. On the rare occasion I order something from a large chain or online giant store, I always end up with frustrating customer service and long delivery times. (Ive learned my lesson, and have exclusively ordered from them whenever I need something.)Theyre a small, family run business, active in their community who also employs local college students. I cannot recommend Penn Office enough to anyone looking for an office supply store.
