This is where I have to go when the FedEx driver doesnt deliver my packages. The people here are usually quick and friendly.

Oct 1, 2020, just minutes before closing I found a very friendly & efficient woman at the counter. I was picking up an envelope for my sister who had called the general# for how to do this, so we were ready w necessary id, etc. But after the conversation she thought it wouldnt go smoothly. However, it did & I wish I got the womans name, bc shes a keeper! Please share this compliment with her. Thanks!

Ive been going to this location for a while. The customer service representatives are really nice if you are nice to them. Because of the Covid-19 only 2 customers are allowed inside at a time.

Asked if they could tell me my tracking number for a package that never made it to the location that I shipped it to. They said they only keep records for six days and that absolutely nobody can help me so now I’m going to have to pay $750 because they lost my package

Suppose to get a package 2day shipping waited all day as it required a signature. 8:15 pm tracking changes to delivery the following day another day wait because of signature. Have had other issues with them leaving packages by the street instead of by the door.

Only 2 people allowed in lobby area at a time.... Very efficient service.

For personal reasons, I could not wait for the standard delivery to my house, so I had the package put on hold at the facility for pickup by me. When I got there, there was only one person ahead of me in line, and I was waited on within 2 minutes. The associate behind the counter was polite, friendly, helpful, and quick to locate my package and bring it to the front desk. I showed my ID, signed the screen, and I was out the door. It was all very efficient and there were no problems at all.

Packages were delivered outside my garage with my MEDICAL supplies inside. I really really wish the driver would’ve left them under the covered porch where packages are supposed to go! It rained super hard last night and they got soaked and almost unpackaged. I never got an “order was delivered” email from the medical company. Other wise I would’ve gotten them out of the rain. Put packages under cover! You never know what’s inside.

IF I COULD GIVE A -10 I would!!!! This place is trash!!! Good luck trying to call!!!!!

Update 11/20: Another package unable to be delivered for no reason.This is the third time I have sat home, waiting for a delivery, only to get a text saying that a delivery attempt was made. Theres never a knock on the door, or a doorbell. My dogs didnt even bark to let me know someone was at the door. There are no security measures to keep a delivery from arriving, and my dogs cannot go outside where the front door is. This is driving me insane! Please actually yet to deliver a package before saying an attempt was made!

Bad customer service . I feel scammed because even though there is another fast home delivery service and the guy did not give me this info and guided me to choose wrong slow delivery option .those two options even are the same price .I did not recommend this location. Fedex customer service is really horrible I waited for one hour to talk on the phone

Fedex is the actual worst company will say they attempt to deliver and say nobody is home . checked cameras and driver never came up driveway or left a note at mailbox worst customer service ever

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have gone to this location multiple times to ship stuff from my office address and have never had a problem. I brought a 50 pound box into this store to have shipped from my office address and was very rudely told that they can no longer ship from my office address because they legally have to ship from the address on my drivers license. I very politely explained to the lady that I did not want my personal address on any of my business packages. She ignored me and continued to package things for other customers while I was on the phone with customer care trying to find a resolution. I was in customer service for over 10 years and I feel as though, as the store representative, you should do everything in your power to help the customer in front of you. Every time I walk into this location, I am treated more like a burden rather than a customer. ZERO STARS!

I inadvertantly put a UPS label in the FedEx envelope and deposited the envelope in the FedEx pick-up box. I realized my mistake a couple of hours later. I called FedEx and they were able to direct me to their West Chester Office. This office found my package within a couple of hours, called me on my cell phone, used my account # to send it via FedEx without me having to go back to their office again. The lady at the FedEx office was just awesome. Thank you.

I really wish this place was easier to find and there was more support for services. Other than that it basically services its purpose.

I go there to drop off my packages. I sell on eBay and I get a discount for my home printed labels for Home Ground Delivery. They have a scale to confirm the weight of the package and I get a receipt with the tracking.Staff are very helpful.Very convenient location, you can come from the back roads or just drive to the intersection of US 202 and Matlack if Willowbrook lane does not ring a bell. The customers parking and entrance are located on Matlack street once you get off US 202. Willowbrook street is just to exit the facility ( very funny address).

Fast and friendly staff, good service. The parking lot exit route is a little hazardous as they make you drive behind the loading bay

I have used this office several times, the employees are very polite and helpful, last week I arrived late and they opened the door for me, not only that, I dropped my badge and they took the time to deliver it to my company, wow! FedEx have always provided me with great service and now they have exceeded my expectations.

Our fedexGuy deliver 5 packages to wrong address on wrong street. IWas lucky enough the person that received the items and called me. This was over 1000.00 in packages. Another crappy experience w fed x.When I called the fed x at the 877 number, the woman barely spoke English, an really did not care, that this happened. Dont use these folks if you can avoid it.

When I ordered ink for my computer it arrived through FedEx. They left door tag on the third delivery attempt so I signed it. They never left the package finally I was able to get ahold of somebody and them for me that this package had to be delivered to human. So whenever they called i informed them that I have no vehicle and I could not pick up the package until 2 days later. They told me I would have to reorder the ink because they would send it back. I will never use them as a shipping company again.

Only company that is worst to deal with is Comcast. Never will I ever pay for any shipping done by Fedex, they are a poor excuse of a company

Its a little confusing getting out. However the place where you drop off packages. It has everything you need to ship your package.
