I had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. I was an hour and a half from home and was in need of a fast fox. The staff at Krages were very accommodating and got me right in. They were all very friendly and understanding. I was back on the road in about an hour. Thanks to everyone there for the amazing service.

Great place if you have a car issue. They wont charge you if they cant fix your problem. If you need a new tire and its not in stock you have to wait 1-2 days for it.

I recently took my sons car in for a complete inspection as the car had been sitting idle in the garage for several months and I was going to be taking ownership of the car and I wanted to be sure it was cost effective to have repaired. I received a full report 2 days after dropping the car off detailing what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. I received a breakdown of all the charges and labor costs. After speaking with them and going over the report, I decided to have them fix what they deemed as needed to be done to make the car safe. I got the car back this past weekend and I cannot recall when it has run any better. I will be sure to take my car here anytime I need to have any work done.

Was going there for oil changes and tire rotations. Hard to beat prices too. The last few times i have gone were for serious issues. They diagnosed them correctly each time, offered their services or to good shops that handle somethings faster and find a way to get it set up for you. Impressive.

Krages is an excellent place to get your car repaired. They not only take care of your tires and sell your new ones, but they also give you good service on other things as well! You can absolutely trust these people theyre honest, straightforward and fairly priced and they do excellent work!

Fantastic service. My tire pressure light came on about a mile from them. I pulled it to see if I had run something over. I did and, as busy as they were, they got my tire off, the spare on and had me on my way while they replaced the tire. They also had the competitive/non-Good Year tire in stock in the size needed.They also accepted payment through the CEI/Element Fleet/WEX which a lot of shops dont like to deal with.

My friend was in from out of town and had issues with his tires. Even though they were busy, they squeeze him in, at a very reasonable price.

Took my older car in for oil change and tire rotation before a trip. Terry discovered a ball joint that needed replaced. During the repair he found that that a bolt had been welded. The job became long and frustrating, but he stuck with it, got the right part, and delivered the car in time for our trip, road worthy. Thank you! !!

I was on my way to an important meeting when I realized that I had a flat tire! I googled this business and when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful service I received! I was so worried about missing my meeting I guess all the employees could sense my desperation thats when the manager Debbie volunteered to drop me off at my meeting while they fixed my tire! Miguel saved our family over $1,600 in car repairs. After bringing our car to the Continental Acura dealership in Naperville, we were told it would cost over $1,700 in repairs. We shopped around and decided Krage’s had the most reliable reviews. It ended up being the best decision we made! Miguel went on numerous rides with my husband to diagnosis the problem, and after taking the car apart he told us the main issue was just a rusty pin! There would be no need to replace the rotors, break pads, or shocks like the dealership recommended. It was $67 to replace one part and we were on our way. Miguel’s honesty and patience just paid off because we will be taking all of our vehicles to them from this day forward!!
