Manny was by far the best part of the shopping experience he was knowledgeable and very efficient at his job I would return to this location just for that type of service

Great service, Manny helped me get the correct turning light for my car and assisted with install.

Stopped in to check if my battery needed to be replaced and Manny was there to check the battery, alternator and run a few other tests. He was more than happy to help out even with the rain coming down. Glad he was there today.

Their customer service was above and beyond. I bought a part online and it was the wrong one. They helped me return the wrong part and found the right one for me. Very helpful.

I was there a few days ago and my dads battery needed to be replaced so I suggested the autozone near us since we have always gone and a guy named Pedro always is helpful, we had seen him install and help others as well. The day we went he was there and helped my father install it as well as a starter, overall he is wonderful as well as the staff there although he charged my dad $80 which I thought was reasonable but I’ve been to other auto zones and they have never charged us is this something new ??

Nice that they can check your check engine light,but if your looking to buy Engine oil,gumout injector cleaners and stuff like that, first go to Wal-Mart you can find a lot of that stuff for cars and way cheaper than auto zone.but for auto parts (brake pads,alternator s,etc.etc.) I say that auto zone is the best.

I’m shocked this place is in business nobody knows what they are doing even the “managers” are completely clueless.... no customer service and no common sense. I will proudly take my business somewhere else. I order parts they give me wrong parts for my car and tell me they will work when they don’t even bolt up. I ordered a filter cake in to pickup they had no reference of it even after I paid and had receipt... are you serious... then today was a nightmare again save your trouble to anywhere else but this west Chicago store
