Let me start of by how grateful I am to this establishment. I went in for a scheduled oil change. Upon inspection of my vehicle it was brought to my attention of pending service my car needed. I didn’t know my license plat bulb was out, the establishment changed it out for me no charge. I also had a brake light bulb out and they also changed it out for me. When I left the shop I felt confident driving on the road and most importantly safe. My kid and I relied on my car for transportation and this shop really gives me a piece of mind and professional service. Highly recommend, I have been returning for their services for about three years now, as well as friendly pricing. Thank you so much precision lube!

I am thrilled with the experience that I had this morning at Precision! I have been getting oil changes from Tuffys for years and always left a few hours due to “issues” with my car. I walked into Precision today at 9:00 and left at 9:15. The service was incredible and they even filled up my tires and vacuumed for me. I am so happy that I found this place and will be going back. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Great service by Benjamin. I highly recommend getting your vehicle checked by him if you have any problems with your car. I had a power steering fluid leak and he found the issue right away. Very professional.

Absolutely satisfied- not only did that work on my car in a timely matter they were friendly and professional there is a jiffy lube within 5 miles away from my house by far I rather drive 15 miles away only because there customer service is outstanding and most importantly they have fair prices-

I do not trust other places with my vehicles. These guys work fast and clean. They are reliable and very affordable. Since the new manager took over it got even better. He tried to look out for potential damaged parts and gives good deals. More mechanical experience. Yesterday got my brakes and oil change done for an incredible price. I had issues with my Jeep wrangler - for one the heater wasnt working and this was a major problem considering the time of year (winter). I spoke to Benjamin and he and his team were great. They took care of the problems my jeep was having - so happy I was recommended to Precision - they are professional and honest.

Yesterday I came in with my old 1990 Mercedes-Benz for a severe oil leak didn’t have to wait at all got right to it was smooth and fast service even when they had a lot of people and cars, there really knowledgeable people, very nice and honest they got the job done perfectly, there my new shop to go to!!!!!!!

I took my car in this mechanic shop for oil change . And after preliminary inspection on the car luckily, the mechanic noticed that my front breaks were completely bad. I was informed about it and I sincerely gave them the go ahead to have them replaced. But not only that the breaks were bad, there was also another major problem that was found. One of the calipers was also damaged. As these issues were related to me, I immediately realized it was going to be an expensive (money wise) fix. But luckily the manager or owner of the place understood the situation I was facing and kindly put himself in my condition and surprisingly gave me a good deal so I won’t have to break the bank. A fix that would have cost me $ 472 became $397. What he did was that labor was free of charge. Didn’t charge me for that. This to me is humanly generous. I truly appreciate is kindness and my car was well taken care of. I will bring my car to his shop for whatever issues I may have in the near future. Also, I will recommend friends and families to him when it comes car repairing. Once again, gracias sinior!

The new owner is really cool. I go there everytime I need an oil change and he is always making sure the client is satified. i went one time to get my fluids checked and they added some extra oil on my truck for free. I highly recommend this place.

Good place for only oil changes. If you have a car that has a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), dont let them rotate your tires. This place will not reset the TPMS so the system knows what position each tire is in after the rotation. I was given the excuse that they dont have the equipment to reset the TPMS. I found out that my make and model vehicle does not need any special equipment to reset the TPMS so that excuse doesnt fly with me. I ended up doing it myself.

Used to go there for oil change. Until I catched one of the guys just getting out the oil from the oil filter (not taking out the screw out to dry the hole engine oil) The manager apologies to me and gave me.a.free change oil but I never went back. Dont trust your car to those guys.
