Many car service shop in the area, trying to help the small businesses of west chicago. a simple tuning service, generated a complete chaos, the owner very smiling to catch customers, but in the end even the paper to print the invoice he charged me, I feel that I was robbed, this is the last time that I bring my cars here I do not recommend it.

Just want to say thanks to Vince and the crew at Rite Way! My Grandma stopped by for an oil change and 2nd opinion since her Buick with 20k miles was riding very rough. Another repair facility quoted her 1200-1400 to do shocks and or struts, Vince recognized immediately the problem was too much air in her tires!I am 1000 miles away in Colorado and when we spoke she was elated and I really appreciate Rite Way being honest and taking care of her! The owner is a kind person, until he steals from you, I went to make an alignment for my car, it didnt work out, the next day I went and decided to take it the next week, I went the next week and he said is no warranty any more, the only thing that I know that those who do wrong, end badly. Don’t go to this shop.

This place is a joke. I called and talked to lady answering phone and gave her details about my car and she said they wont even mess with a car that old? Pretty shady in my opinion. Especially when I know I have had friends there that had cars there that old as well. 1994 Toyota CamryFound a repair shop in Midlothian that was more than happy to work on the vehicle.

Very honest, reasonable, thorough. Some mechanics will guess what is wrong and keep replacing parts till they find what is wrong. Here they take a lot of time to diagnose first. He loaned us a car for when we went of vacation while our car was being worked on. He even offered to pay the difference in gas since our mini van got a little better gas mileage. He has done small jobs on our car for free a number of times because he saw it needed fixing and did it on his dime.

These guys are great! Fantastic customer service and very accomodating. I felt very comfortable handing my keys over to get my alignment adjusted. They did an incredible job, and thouroughly explained the work that they did! This is the only auto shop that ill bring my vehicles into from now on.
