Clean and welcoming, like nearly every Thorntons. Justin was my cashier. He was cheerful and upbeat and get me in and out quickly.

This place is kinda crazy. By means that it is a very busy gas ⛽ station. And you do see alot of crazy things there. They do a very good job at keeping it clean. The complaint that I have is, they never have coffee made. It drove me so crazy that I stopped getting coffee there.

Walked in at 10 and got donuts and roller grill pizza tornados. Tornados and donuts tasted like they were out somewhat long but I thought nothing of it. Today, I had a very bad case of what feels like food poisoning. I demand to see the time your store left that food and those donuts out. And if it was past your regulations and state regulations, there are going to be serious legal issues. I expect you to reach out soon unless you want this to get worse.

This is a very nice station, easy in and out, but they need to get thier act together. This morning all the garbage cans were over flowing and there was no windshield washing fluid in any of the stations, but there was some garbage in them too. Once inside the line was 15 people long and the floor by the donuts and other food items was covered in crumbs.Im not posting this to be a jerk, but to give ownership a wake-up call. they have the potential to be a really great store.

Went for gas and cigarettes. Did not get gas as price was higher than stations by my house. I use their card for gas and cigs normally, because of discounts. If you shop at Thorntons get their customer card and save some money. Gas normally .03 - .10 cents a gallon discount and Marlboros 2.20 off when you purchase two packs.

Great store that looks new. They have all of the regular items for a gas station. There are several gas pumps but today they were out of fuel in a couple blends. Pricing is standard here and the staff was friendly. Overall the store was clean and well organized during my visit.

Thorntons in West Chicago has great gas prices, a really friendly staff, and great prices on their food and fountain drinks. Their app is also really user-friendly, you can use their rewards for discounts on gas, and free food and drinks after so many purchases. Keep up the great work everyone 👍👍

Top notch facility, huge parking lot especially for people like me with a big truck and trailer getting diesel.

I would give it no stars if I could walked in about 10:01 p.m. I tried to buy two bottles of soda walked up to the counter two employees were standing there. No one even acknowledged I was there. I guess doing work that they need to do to close or whatever theyre doing. I stood there a few minute, then asked could anybody help me The older guy with a semi mohawk, said yeah Ill be with you in a minute very rude and then proceeded to do his process of whatever they were doing for another 3 minutes till I finally had to leave the store. Without my purchase. This has happened to me a few times at thorntons, guess they dont teach the employees customer service. They never acknowledge you when you walk into those stores, it seems the employees nor the company, care about customers.

This was a nice gas station when it first opened and it still is. Just a few things have changed. It often can have cheap gas if you have the app and are registered. Also its clean and the bathrooms are also clean. Theres often free stuff through the app or through purchasing enough items to obtain 1 free. They have warm food. Ive tried most of it. Some of them I dont like but there are also a few pretty good food items. I have found most of the drink prices to be more expensive. However, the fountain drinks are a good deal even if they went up a little. The coffee is also pretty cheap. The only thing I dont like I guess I would say if youre coming through at night sometimes its hard to find the one employee that works at night. Sometimes there was 2 but Ive had a few occasions where I came and there was only 1 and I either couldnt find them or they were taking forever to help me. I believe I even walked out once waiting for them to come ring me up at the counter when they saw me come in they just kept doing whatever. Also the one other thing I guess I dont like is they wont give you a receipt if you dont ask.Other than that I generally like this gas station. Its at a good location.

So I’ve had bad experiences at many gas stations around west Chicago. I’m not one to post about it on reviews but I just have to say this is an awesome gas station. I had the pleasure to speaking to a very nice young man. Kevin was his name I believe he ran out to help me put gas on my car when I couldn’t. He was running in and out helping customers and was very polite. If I could give it more stars I would. Store is very clean and staff super nice. Will keep coming here from now on.

This Thorntons has very nice pull through stalls. Each of the stalls has plenty of options for fuel both diesel and gasoline. They also had e15 specific pump. There are also truck for specific pull through stalls. The inside of the station had plenty of options as well. Bathrooms were reasonably clean.

Cheapest gas around. They carry E15 which is good for all cars after 2001. I did the math and for gas that provides only 2-3% less mpg you pay 10-12% less. So the difference is negligible and worth it.Note last I looked: google maps doesnt list prices for stations with E15 and E85 so the prices at the station are lower if you opt for this gas.They also carry E85 Gas for flex fuel Vehicles.

This is the best darn Thorntons! I look forward to coming here. The staff makes my day too! The slushees are the best thing I’ve ever tasted.

Easy in from south bound 59 or west bound 38. Huge food selection well stocked. My truck tends to ping on there regular gasoline. Premium runs about .80/gal more.

Great new station. Pump worked great, as did the compressor to get air in my tire (cash or credit). So glad this station is along my commute!

Good price on diesel fuel, no truck parking, usually a bit dirty but its only a fuel stop for me so Im not really bothered, fron IL59 North Bound there is no direct access for semis so you have to take a right at the light and go around, take a right at the stop sign and go under the overpass, itll be right after the overpass on your right .

The person who runs the night shift needs to keep up with cleaning the bathrooms, but other than that they have good chicken rollers

Great prices on gas and fountain soda, snack prices high for gas stations but if you buy multiple items, its cheaper. Clean, easy to get around, and probably my new go to gas stop.

Everything is very nice, The Only Exception I would have is they have no fuel octane higher than 92%

I travel a great distance just to find this store. We pass up many places just to visit this place.

Horrible service. Very rude people. The blonde girl refused to sell me cigarettes or even look at my ID. She thought I was buying them for people I dont even know. Months ago I bought a gas can here because my truck ran out in the middle of 59 and the man said do you need help? I dont think girls know how to do that.

Night shift worker is a total badass, he helps a lot but during the day its always messy, food condiments are all over the counter and the manager in the morning doesnt even know how to manage. He wouldnt help me use Samsung pay when I clearly use it during the night when I buy stuff there.

This Company knowingly comes to a predominantly latino community to do business and DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THE PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. The attendant his name was BRANDON told me I couldnt walk in the store with my mini backpack I had on because it was a store policy while there was a woman inside with a purse the size of a diaper bag. So this is not a corporate policy I have walked in to many Thorntons Gas stations, 711s Walgreens and walmarts even the mall with my bag and have never been asked to leave my bag on the floor by the door with my belongings while I go inside and shop. This is Ridiculous. Anyways I refused and everyone should too. That is not right. I like to see them try to make the ladies put this expensive purses on the floor by the door while they go inside to make a purchase. NO BAGPACKS haha not gonna happen.

Customer service is horrible, attendants act as if they were doing you a favor. If customer service is not your thing then FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!!!!I wish I could give it a “zero” stars review.
