This place has great service. The lady who manages this location is very responsive, knowledgeable and very friendly. I’m so glad I moved our business storage needs over here from another place right down the street. This place is so much better.

I wasn’t sure from where to get a storage unit. I had just moved from the East Coast. I am so happy that I chose this CubeSmart location. Rob (manager) and Lola (general manager) were respectful and accommodating.After initially getting an online discount I was reserved a unit. Considering my situation, Lola helped to make sure that my reserved unit was changed to another location in the complex to meet my needs.As with any move, not everything went exactly as planned. Lola didn’t anticipate my moves. She asked specifically what she and Rob could do to help me. She didn’t hesitate to make sure that my needs were met as the fluid situation changed.I’m not only pleased that I chose CubeSmart, but this location on North Ave. Rob and Lola were A+ professionals. I would highly recommend their services.

My experience at this location was smooth! Lola and Robert were a great team, quick to have a free rental truck with the purchase of a storage unit, plus a free month rent! Saved a good amount of money. Lola was friendly and on top of her job and Robert was quick and efficient!

3 days ago I stored with cube smart and I must say Robert was very helpful. Customer service there was great .

Ive only been using Cubesmart for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. This location is very neat and clean and seems quite secure. My initial rental visit was very easy and very painless. After initially reserving the unit online, my actual rental visit was less than 10 min start to finish and I had everything I needed to get into my unit. Although their stand hours of 6am to 10pm are mostly sufficient, the only thing Id like to see changed is longer hours, especially on the PM side extended. Even 2 hours until midnight would be extremely helpful. Overall, Im very happy with this storage facility.

Everyone was absolutely professional. They really know their business. Very happy with them. The locker has easy access even though its inside. It was clean and ready to go. Very friendly and helpful people. The best experience I have had with a Storage Company. I would recommend then to anyone looking for somewhere to store their stuff. The girl at the front desk was very good. She said her system was down but was able to handle it quickly and get me into the locker. The high ceilings are nice on the drive up I rented. Move in was fast and easy.Thanks!

Easy access, friendly management and reasonable cost.

Very efficient check-in after I had reserved online. They also showed me my unit which made finding it easy. The facility seems to be in good repair, although a few spots of the parking lot will need some pothole repair.

Making the reservation online was a snap. Setting up the account at the facility was super easy. Brianna, the manager, was super nice. The locker was clean and well lit. No issues whatsoever.

Robert is the best. Super helpful in getting us get moved in and great customer service

The facility is nice and clean and seems very secure. Mike Wims was extremely helpful and friendly. Their computers were a bit slow when transferring from one system to another, but overall was a great experience. We will definitely recommend to others.

Manager was pushy when trying to have me sign for a unit after viewing it. It was DISGUSTING. The insides smelled musty and there were noticeable dents and gouges in the wall. And unless you had a specific circle lock, you HAD to buy theirs. “Company policy”. Yeah, no. Screw that! I have a library full of books and other sensitive documents/ items that needed a safe place from moisture and break-ins, which the manager willingly admitted!If you have anything you want to be protected, go to the U Store it on Schmale in Wheaton. They provide you with the lock and keys to use, AND it was cheaper.

We have been using CubeSmart for almost a year and recently needed to get a second larger unit. The people there have always been courteous and helpful. The facility is clean as are the units.

Found this place online for a friend and I to share. Very friendly employees. Only took a few minutes to do everything to move in. They even have a free moving truck to movein with. Mike Wims was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice clean office and property. Would recommend to everyone to rent from this place.

I was completely underwhelmed. Not very courteous. Did not seem to care about whether I rented a space or not. I felt like I was knickled and dimed to death with all of the additional fees. I rented here four years ago and it was completely different. How about saying hello to the customer before burying the customer with terms and conditions. I will not rent here again.
