Been using Metro Self-Storage in West Chicago for 3 years and I couldn’t be happier. The units come in multiple sizes and are climate-controlled which means no melting and no mold. To me, Metro is my garage, and keeping out-of-season stuff in storage declutters my home. Everything is easy there. You get a secret code to enter the facility. They have dollies and a huge elevator. They have restrooms. Also I set-up Autopay so I never have to worry about late fees. I have to give a shout-out to the Manager, Todd. He always helps me out any way he can. Todd is very helpful.

Im fortunate to have multiple units at the West Chicago Ilinois. 60185. A big part of the reason is the resident manager,Todd. What a great ambassador for the Metro brand !Im older. I have health issues. Todd is caring and considerate of my limitations. He is quick to open a door I cannot or pull out a chair for me when I come to the office. Todd is a true treasure. He showed me the benefit of 3 units and not just1. Good salesman skills too.

I have been renting for years now with this Metro Storage in West Chicago. The place is always clean and the climate control is excellent. I have rented and upgraded multiple units, and the process has always been smooth because of the helpful staff like Todd. I would recommend these units to anyone.

Before choosing this facility, we looked everywhere and chose this for a long list of reasons. The property manager, Todd, helped us immensely, was friendly, addressed all our concerns and questions, worked with us when we needed to change size of units over the years, returned phone calls promptly, was always receptive to any needs. We couldnt have asked for a better person to help us through the process. The facility is kept clean at all times, and it does not smell like strong, toxic chemicals like other places which would have flared up allergies. The staff does a great job maintaining it, and we have never had a problem there in any way regarding anything. Weve been storing there for years now and have always been happy with the entire process.

Outstanding value. The Manager, Todd, is professional, fast, able and eager to help in all facets of the business. The units are cost competitive, immaculate, very secure, and extremely well lit. Moving carts are provided and make the movement of items a breeze. There is even a rain shelter at the entrance. The climate control is perfect, regardless of season, and the entrances into the individual units are maximized for ease of movement. In fact, I can recommend no improvements to this facility whatsoever. A glowing review, and well deserved. Check this location out if a rental unit is in your future!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. After viewing the locker, I determined it was too small and had to upgrade to the next size after I had already contracted for the smaller one. Staff was very accommodating in making the upgrade. My only disappointment was that the smaller lockers did not have outside access. It would have been easier to unload directly from the truck into the locker.

Kept my stuff here for 20 months during a home move/ renovation. Great facility, very clean, no bugs, no weird smells. My stuff was in the exact condition as when I put it in. Next to no dust in this facility! Couldnt believe after 1.5 years things werent even dusty.
