Friendly staff. Weve never had an issue with any of their paint. We wont use any other brands since starting to use Sherwin-Williams.Can be pricey so we usually wait for a sale.

From a contractors perspective this is not the best store Ive been to. Ive been going here for 6 years and it had consistent problems getting my order accurate and on time. They have a very nice staff, but the timeliness and accuracy can be an issue

Your sample sizes are a regrettable business to take money from the consumer and also create a negative to the environment. With technology I am quite sure you could use less paint even down to a pint and get same result. I believe you have trapped your clients and therefore will do business with companies that do not create this situation
